Abstract
The invention discloses a packaging bag heat-sealing detection method and device, which comprises a heat-sealing device and a detection device, wherein the heat-sealing device comprises a heat-sealing part, a pressurizing part and an elastic part between the heat-sealing part and the pressurizing part, the detection device comprises a position sensor and a controller, the position sensor is used for acquiring a position signal of the pressurizing part and sending the position signal to the controller, and the controller is used for judging the heat-sealing quality. The invention judges whether the heat sealing quality is qualified or not by collecting the position signal of the pressurizing part, achieves the aim of identifying the heat sealing quality defect caused by the heat sealing pressure change, and is very accurate and reliable.

Background
The packaging bag is seen everywhere in our life, the existing packaging bag making machine comprises a feeding device, a conveying device, a punching device, a heat sealing device and a cutting device, and the working principle is that a tubular double-layer plastic film semi-finished product is processed into a packaging bag finished product. The double-layer plastic film of rolling up on the cylinder is placed on loading attachment at first, then is driven the transportation by conveyer's driving roller, then reaches punching device, and some wrapping bags need punch a hole and then open punching device, and some wrapping bags need not punch a hole and then close punching device. And then the double-layer plastic film enters a heat sealing device for hot-pressing edge sealing, and finally the double-layer plastic film is cut into individual packaging bag finished products by a cutting device.
In the bag making process, quality defects such as poor heat sealing of the packaging bag and the like can be caused due to factors such as tension change of the plastic film, heat sealing pressure change, heat sealing temperature change, movement speed change of the plastic film, material defects and the like. Such quality-defective packages are generally identified and rejected by inspection workers by manual eye force. But the manual labor is used for identifying the defects of the heat sealing quality and rejecting unqualified products, which wastes time, labor and energy and is difficult to ensure the qualification rate of the products.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a packaging bag heat-sealing detection method and device, which can automatically and accurately identify heat-sealing quality defects caused by heat-sealing pressure changes.

The invention finds that the heat sealing pressure is closely related to the pressing position of the pressing part, so that the invention judges whether the heat sealing quality is qualified or not by acquiring the position signal of the pressing part, and further sends out an alarm signal and/or a rejection signal, thereby achieving the purpose of identifying the heat sealing quality defect caused by the heat sealing pressure change, and being very accurate and reliable.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the heat-sealing detection device for a packaging bag of the present embodiment includes a heat-sealing device and a detection device.
The heat sealing device is used for carrying out hot-pressing edge sealing on the packaging bag and comprises a heat sealing part 1, a pressurizing part 2 and an elastic part 3 between the heat sealing part 1 and the pressurizing part 2; in this embodiment, the heat sealing member 1 is further provided with a guide connecting rod 4, and the guide connecting rod 4 penetrates through the pressurizing member 2 and then is connected through a nut 5. When the heat sealing device performs the heat-pressure edge sealing action, the heated heat-sealing member 1 moves downward to contact the plastic film 6, and pressure is applied downward by the pressing member 2, the pressure is transmitted to the heat-sealing member 1 through the elastic member 3 (such as a spring), the guide connecting rod 4 extends out of the top of the pressing member 2, and the plastic film 6 is subjected to the edge sealing action under the action of temperature and pressure.
The detection device comprises a position sensor 7 and a controller, the position sensor 7 is arranged on the side face of the heat sealing device, the position sensor 7 is used for collecting position signals of the pressurizing part 2 in the horizontal direction and sending the position signals to the controller, and the controller is used for judging the heat sealing quality.
In this embodiment, the position sensor 7 is a proximity switch, and the acquired position signal is a position detection signal.
The heat-sealing detection method of the packaging bag of the embodiment is as follows:
the position sensor 7 collects a position signal of the pressing member 2 in the horizontal direction and sends the position signal to the controller.
When the heat sealing device executes the hot-pressing edge sealing action, the position signal received by the controller exceeds a set threshold value, and the controller judges that the heat sealing quality is unqualified.
In this embodiment, the position sensor 7 is provided at the upper side of the heat sealing apparatus, and the threshold value is set to "no detection signal 0", that is, the pressing member 2 is pressed down to be lower than the plane where the position sensor 7 is located. If the pressing position of the pressing component 2 is not enough, the position signal received by the controller is 'detected signal 1', which indicates that the heat-sealing pressure is insufficient and exceeds the set threshold value, and the controller judges that the heat-sealing quality is not qualified.
When the controller finds that the heat sealing quality is unqualified, an alarm signal and/or a rejection signal are sent out, and the alarm device is controlled to perform an alarm action and/or the defective product rejection device is controlled to perform a rejection action.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: the position sensor 8 is arranged at the lower part of the side surface of the heat sealing device, and the set threshold value is 'detected signal 1', namely, the pressure component 2 is pressed down to the plane of the position sensor 8. If the pressing position of the pressing member 2 is not enough, the position signal received by the controller is 'no detection signal 0', which indicates that the heat-sealing pressure is insufficient and exceeds the set threshold value, and the controller judges that the heat-sealing quality is not qualified.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: the two position sensors are respectively arranged at the upper part and the lower part of the side surface of the heat sealing device.
The threshold value set by the upper position sensor 9 is "no detection signal 0", that is, the pressing member 2 is pressed down to be lower than the plane on which the upper position sensor 9 is located. If the pressing position of the pressing component 2 is not enough, the position signal received by the controller is 'detected signal 1', which indicates that the heat-sealing pressure is insufficient and exceeds the set threshold value, and the controller judges that the heat-sealing quality is not qualified.
The threshold value set by the lower position sensor 10 is "no detection signal 0", that is, the pressing member is pressed down to be higher than the plane on which the lower position sensor 10 is located. If the pressing position of the pressing part is too low, the controller receives a position signal of 'detected signal 1', which indicates that the heat-sealing pressure is too high (for some packaging bags, the heat-sealing pressure is too high and may cause defects), and therefore, the controller judges that the heat-sealing quality is not qualified.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 4, the heat-sealing detection device for the packaging bag of the present embodiment includes a heat-sealing device and a detection device.
The heat-sealing apparatus of this example was the same as that of example 1.
The detection device comprises a position sensor 11 and a controller, the position sensor 11 is arranged above the heat sealing device, the position sensor 11 is used for acquiring position signals of the top of the pressurizing part 2 in the vertical direction and sending the position signals to the controller, and the controller is used for judging the heat sealing quality.
In this embodiment, the position sensor 11 is a proximity switch, and the collected position signal is a position detection signal.
The heat-sealing detection method of the packaging bag of the embodiment is as follows:
the position sensor 11 collects a position signal of the top of the pressing member 2 in the vertical direction and sends the position signal to the controller.
When the heat sealing device executes the hot-pressing edge sealing action, the position signal received by the controller exceeds a set threshold value, and the controller judges that the heat sealing quality is unqualified.
In the present embodiment, the threshold value is set to "no detection signal 0", that is, the distance from the position sensor 11 to which the pressing member 2 is pressed. If the pressing position of the pressing component 2 is not enough, the position signal received by the controller is 'detected signal 1', which indicates that the heat-sealing pressure is insufficient and exceeds the set threshold value, and the controller judges that the heat-sealing quality is not qualified.
When the controller finds that the heat sealing quality is unqualified, an alarm signal and/or a rejection signal are sent out, and the alarm device is controlled to perform an alarm action and/or the defective product rejection device is controlled to perform a rejection action.
Example 5
As shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 4 in that: the position sensor 12 is used for acquiring a position signal of the top of the pressurizing part 2 in the vertical direction, the position sensor 12 is a distance measuring sensor, and the acquired position signal is a position distance signal.
In this embodiment, the position distance signal value acquired by the position sensor 12 under the predetermined qualified heat sealing pressure is, for example, 5 to 5.5cm, that is, the set threshold value is "5 to 5.5 cm". If the pressing position of the pressing member 2 is not enough, for example, the position signal received by the controller is "4.5 cm", which indicates that the heat-sealing pressure is insufficient and thus exceeds the set threshold, the controller judges that the heat-sealing quality is not good at this time. If the pressing position of the pressing member 2 is too low, for example, the controller receives a position signal of "6 cm", which indicates that the heat-sealing pressure is too high (for some packaging bags, the heat-sealing pressure may cause defects), and therefore exceeds a set threshold, the controller judges that the heat-sealing quality is not good.

The heat-sealing apparatus of this example was the same as that of example 1.
The detection device comprises a position sensor 13 and a controller, wherein the position sensor 13 is installed on the pressurizing part 2, the position sensor 13 is used for acquiring a relative position signal in the vertical direction between the pressurizing part 2 and the heat-sealing part 1 (in the embodiment, the relative position represents the distance between the position sensor 13 connected to the pressurizing part 2 and the top of the guide connecting rod 4 connected to the heat-sealing part 1), and sending the position signal to the controller, and the controller is used for judging the heat-sealing quality.
In this embodiment, the position sensor 13 is a proximity switch, and the collected position signal is a position detection signal.
The heat-sealing detection method of the packaging bag of the embodiment is as follows:

In the present embodiment, the threshold value is set to "there is a detection signal 1", that is, the relative distance in the vertical direction between the pressing member 2 and the heat-seal member 1 reaches the detection distance of the position sensor 13. If the pressing position of the pressing member 2 is insufficient and the detected distance of the position sensor 13 is not reached, the position signal received by the controller is "no detected signal 0", which indicates that the heat-seal pressure is insufficient and exceeds the set threshold, and the controller judges that the heat-seal quality is not good.
When the controller finds that the heat sealing quality is unqualified, an alarm signal and/or a rejection signal are sent out, and the alarm device is controlled to perform an alarm action and/or the defective product rejection device is controlled to perform a rejection action.
Example 7
As shown in fig. 7, the present embodiment is different from embodiment 6 in that: the position sensor 14 acquires a relative position signal between the pressurizing member 2 and the heat-sealing member 1 in the vertical direction, the position sensor 14 is a distance measuring sensor, and the acquired position signal is a position distance signal.
In this embodiment, the position distance signal value acquired by the position sensor 14, for example, 1 to 1.5cm, is determined to be "1 to 1.5 cm" in advance under the qualified heat sealing pressure. If the pressing position of the pressing member 2 is not enough, for example, the position signal received by the controller is "1.7 cm", which indicates that the heat-sealing pressure is insufficient and thus exceeds the set threshold, the controller judges that the heat-sealing quality is not good at this time. If the pressing position of the pressing member 2 is too low, for example, the controller receives a position signal of "0.8 cm", which indicates that the heat-seal pressure is too high (for some packaging bags, the heat-seal pressure may cause defects), and therefore exceeds the set threshold, the controller judges that the heat-seal quality is not good.
The invention only identifies the heat sealing quality defect caused by the heat sealing pressure change, and the skilled person should understand that the heat sealing quality defect can be caused by other factors such as the heat sealing temperature change. Therefore, when the heat-seal pressure is judged to be unqualified by using the invention, the heat-seal quality is unqualified; when the invention is used for judging that the heat sealing pressure is qualified, the heat sealing quality is not always qualified, and other judgment factors such as temperature and the like are also needed.
The invention is not limited to the heat sealing device of the above embodiment, and for other structural forms of heat sealing devices, when the position sensor needs to be installed on the heat sealing device, the position sensor can be selectively installed on the heat sealing component or the pressurizing component according to a specific structure, so that the acquisition of the relative position signal between the pressurizing component and the heat sealing component in the vertical direction can be achieved.
