Description

Store up membrane mechanism and send membrane machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of packaging machinery, in particular to a film storage mechanism and a film feeding machine.
Background
In the field of packaging machines, the device for feeding the packaging film is an important device for determining the efficiency and packaging effectiveness of the packaging machine.
The packaging machines in the prior art are often heat shrink packaging machines, the films used in the heat shrink packaging machines being heat shrink films, which have a low requirement on the tightness of the wrapping. In the process of conveying the film, the film feeding device and a plurality of tension wheels are adopted to match and adjust the tension degree, so that the smooth film feeding process can be realized.
To eliminate the heat-shrinking process, an adhesive film may be used instead of the heat-shrinkable film for packaging. However, when an adhesive film is used, the requirement on the tightness of the package is higher than that when a heat shrinkable film is used, so that the requirement on the accuracy of the amount of the film during film pasting is greatly improved, if the film conveyed by a film roller is too much, the residual amount of the film still exists in the whole packaging machine after film pasting, the tightness of the film is easily reduced, and the adhesive film has viscosity, so that adhesion is easily generated during film conveying, once the adhesion is generated, the film cannot be normally conveyed, even is reversely wound, and the packaging machine needs to be stopped; if too little film is delivered from the film roll, packaging efficiency may be affected; and no device capable of accurately measuring the amount of the used film in real time exists in the prior art.
In addition, the adhesive film is less likely to separate from the film roll and the separation speed is slow compared to the heat shrinkable film, so that the film storage length is sufficient to increase the film release time. The thermal shrinkage film has no viscosity, adhesion cannot be generated in the film feeding process of the film feeding mechanism, and the adhesive films cannot be contacted with each other in the film feeding process; the existing packaging machine can not be suitable for packaging the adhesive film.
