cutting and transporting the wallboard line by using a cutting mechanism 5; the wallboard line is conveyed to the lower end of a cutting bottom plate 506 through a guide rail 504 and a cutting top plate 505, a hydraulic column 507 is driven to move downwards through a cutting hydraulic cylinder, the cutting bottom plate 506 and a plurality of cutting knives move downwards through the hydraulic column 507, the cutting bottom plate 506 compresses the wallboard line, the wallboard line is cut through the plurality of cutting knives, the wallboard line can be cut off rapidly and stably, the produced wallboard line is transported through a blanking mechanism 6, and the automatic production efficiency of the wallboard line can be effectively improved; the cutting blade of the cutting knife is made of imported material SKD11, and the cutting blade is HRC 60-62 after quenching, and has high hardness and good toughness.

An automatic production line of a wallboard line without replacing a product mold is characterized by comprising a feeding mechanism (1), a punching mechanism (2), a rolling mechanism (3), a bending mechanism (4), a cutting mechanism (5) and a blanking mechanism (6), the punching mechanism (2) and the rolling mechanism (3) are arranged on one side of the feeding mechanism (1), the punching mechanism (2) is positioned between the feeding mechanism (1) and the rolling mechanism (3), the bending mechanism (4), the cutting mechanism (5) and the blanking mechanism (6) are arranged on one side of the rolling mechanism (3) far away from the feeding mechanism (1), the cutting mechanism (5) is positioned between the bending mechanism (4) and the blanking mechanism (6), the bending mechanism (4) is positioned on one side of the cutting mechanism (5) close to the rolling mechanism (3), the blanking mechanism (6) is positioned on one side of the cutting mechanism (5) far away from the bending mechanism (4);
the feeding mechanism (1) comprises a feeding cross arm (101), a first supporting frame (102), a feeding base (103) and a second supporting frame (104), the second supporting frame (104) is arranged on one side of the feeding base (103), the first supporting frame (102) is installed on one side, away from the second supporting frame (104), of the feeding base (103), the feeding cross arm (101) is fixedly installed at the upper end of the first supporting frame (102), a plurality of first supporting columns (105) and second supporting columns (106) are fixedly installed at the upper end of the feeding base (103), and the first supporting columns (105) are located on one side of the second supporting columns (106);
the punching mechanism (2) comprises a punching base (201), a punching guide rail (202), a punching support frame (203) and a punching seat (204), a plurality of gas-liquid pressure cylinders (206) are mounted at the upper end of the punching seat (204), and a plurality of punching clamping arms (209) are connected at the upper end of the punching support frame (203);
the rolling mechanism (3) comprises a rolling base (301), a first rolling column (303) and a second rolling column (304), the first rolling column (303) and the second rolling column (304) penetrate through the inside of the rolling base (301), the first rolling column (303) is located behind the second rolling column (304), a plurality of first supporting columns (305) penetrate through the inside of the rolling base (301), and the plurality of first supporting columns (305) are located between the first rolling column (303) and the second rolling column (304);
the bending mechanism (4) comprises a bending base (401), a first bending frame (402), a bending bottom column (409) and a first bending top column (410), the bending bottom column (409) and the first bending top column (410) are connected inside the first bending frame (402), the bending bottom column (409) is located below the first bending top column (410), a plurality of bending clamping columns (412) are fixedly installed at the upper end of the bending bottom column (409), and a plurality of limiting columns (411) are installed on the outer surface of the first bending top column (410);
the cutting mechanism (5) comprises a cutting base (501) and a cutting frame (502), the cutting frame (502) is fixedly installed at the upper end of the cutting base (501), a hydraulic column (507) and a cutting hydraulic cylinder are installed in the cutting frame (502) at a position close to the upper side, the hydraulic column (507) is located at the lower end of the cutting hydraulic cylinder, and a cutting bottom plate (506) and a plurality of cutting knives are installed at the lower end of the hydraulic column (507);

The automatic production line of wallboard line without replacing product dies of claim 1, characterized in that, die-cut guide rail (202) fixed mounting is close to the position of one side at the upper end of die-cut base (201), die-cut support frame (203) fixed mounting is close to the position of the other side at the upper end of die-cut base (201), die-cut seat (204) and die-cut roof (207) are installed to the upper end of die-cut base (201), die-cut seat (204) are located one side of die-cut roof (207), the front end of die-cut seat (204) is provided with a plurality of die-cut baffle (205), a plurality of die-cut splint (208) are installed to the position that the upper end of die-cut arm lock (209) is close to one side, the internally mounted of die-cut seat (204) has a plurality of die-cutting knife.
