A device for sterilizing a contaminated multi-well culture plate, comprising a base plate (1) and a drying box (6), characterized in that: an ultrasonic cleaning case (2) is installed above the left side of the bottom plate (1), liquid inlet pipes (3) are installed on the outer walls of the left side and the right side of the ultrasonic cleaning case (2), first moving assemblies (4) are installed on the edges of the front side and the rear side of the bottom plate (1), a second moving assembly (5) is connected above the first moving assembly (4), the drying box (6) is installed above the right side of the bottom plate (1), clamping grooves (26) are formed in the middle positions of the upper edges of the front side and the rear side of the drying box (6), a third moving assembly (7) is arranged on the right side of the drying box (6), a sealing cover (10) is arranged above the drying box (6), sealing blocks (11) are installed on the front side and the rear side of the sealing cover (10), a flat plate (9) is fixed above the sealing cover (10), and a support (8) is connected above the flat, a draining basket (13) is arranged in the ultrasonic cleaning case (2), connecting rods (12) are arranged on the front side and the rear side above the draining basket (13), a clamping seat (14) is arranged in the draining basket (13), a draining pipe (15) is arranged at the middle position of the bottom of the ultrasonic cleaning case (2), safety nets (18) are arranged on the inner walls of the front side and the rear side of the drying case (6), electric heating wires (17) are arranged on the outer sides of the safety nets (18), an air duct (16) is arranged on the outer side of each electric heating wire (17), an air pipe (19) is arranged at the middle position of the bottom of the drying case (6), a fan (20) is arranged at the middle position of the air pipe (19), a filter (21) is connected to the lower end of the air pipe (19), a metal net (22) is fixed in the filter (21), a filtering layer (23) is arranged in the, an ultraviolet germicidal lamp (24) is arranged inside the sealing cover (10).

An apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the apparatus is adapted to sterilize a contaminated multi-well culture plate by: first removal subassembly (4) include lead screw (401), servo motor (402) and roll slip table (403), and servo motor (402) are installed to the left end of lead screw (401), and the outside of lead screw (401) is connected with roll slip table (403), and the connected mode between roll slip table (403) and lead screw (401) is threaded connection simultaneously.

An apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the apparatus is adapted to sterilize a contaminated multi-well culture plate by: the first moving assembly (4), the second moving assembly (5) and the third moving assembly (7) are identical in structure, and the second moving assembly (5) and the third moving assembly (7) are perpendicular to the first moving assembly (4).

An apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the apparatus is adapted to sterilize a contaminated multi-well culture plate by: the quantity of the liquid inlet pipe (3) is set to four, the liquid inlet pipe (3) is communicated with the inside of the ultrasonic cleaning case (2), and the liquid inlet pipe (3) is distributed in a bilateral symmetry mode about the vertical central line of the ultrasonic cleaning case (2).

An apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the apparatus is adapted to sterilize a contaminated multi-well culture plate by: the outer surface of the sealing cover (10) and the inner surface of the clamping groove (26) are both connected with sealing gaskets (25), and the sealing cover (10) forms a sealing structure with the drying box (6) through a sealing block (11) and the clamping groove (26).

An apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the apparatus is adapted to sterilize a contaminated multi-well culture plate by: the connecting rod (12) and the second moving assembly (5) are fixedly connected, the connecting rod (12) is of an L-shaped structure, and the draining basket (13) is of a hollow-out mesh structure.

An apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the apparatus is adapted to sterilize a contaminated multi-well culture plate by: the air duct (16) is communicated with the air pipe (19) through a fan (20), and the air duct (16) is communicated with the inside of the drying box (6) through a safety net (18).
8. An apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the apparatus is adapted to sterilize a contaminated multi-well culture plate by: the outer wall of the filter (21) and the inner wall of the air pipe (19) are both provided with threads, the sizes of the threads between the filter (21) and the air pipe (19) are identical, and the filter layer (23) is made of activated carbon.
9. A method of sterilizing a contaminated multi-well culture plate, comprising the steps of:
s1, placing the polluted porous culture plate in a draining basket (13), introducing tap water into the ultrasonic cleaning case (2), starting the ultrasonic cleaning case (2) for primary cleaning, and draining sewage;
s2, introducing a disinfectant into the ultrasonic cleaning case (2), soaking the multi-hole culture plate in the disinfectant overnight, and discharging the disinfectant;
s3, introducing tap water into the ultrasonic cleaning case (2), starting the ultrasonic cleaning case (2) for cleaning, discharging sewage, and repeating the step S3 for 3-5 times;
s4, introducing triple distilled water into the ultrasonic cleaning case (2), starting the ultrasonic cleaning case (2) for cleaning, and discharging sewage;
s5, putting the porous culture plate cleaned in the step S4 into a drying box (6), covering a sealing cover (10), and drying;
s6, finally, irradiating the dried porous culture plate by using an ultraviolet germicidal lamp (24) for 30-60min for sterilization treatment.
