Abstract
本发明公开了按摩霜技术领域的一种含超微远红外陶瓷粉的舒肌展筋按摩霜及其制备方法,包括:乳香、没药、伸筋草、连翘、血竭、延胡索、超微远红外陶瓷粉、甘油、矿油、棕梱酸乙基己酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、丝氨酸、山梨坦硬脂酸酯、卡波姆、三乙醇胺、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯和去离子水余量,使用本发明的按摩霜,釆用推拿、按、揉、理筋等手法,将本发明的成分由肩颈,腰椎,脊椎部位及“筋结”处通过远红外的热效应,改善了微循环、建立了侧枝循环、调节了离子的深度、促进了有毒物质的代谢、废物的排泄、加速了渗出物质的吸收、使炎症水肿消退,与徒手按摩法相比较可以大大缩短疗程,提高疗效。

技术领域
本发明涉及按摩霜技术领域,具体为一种含超微远红外陶瓷粉的舒肌展筋按摩霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来筋骨痛这老年人常有的毛病,却像传染病一样中青年人群中蔓延。在电脑前坐了一整天,脖子痛;空调房里待久了,腰痛;鼠标用多了,手腕痛;偶尔游游泳,肩膀痛;爬山归来,膝盖痛……人未老,为何“筋骨”先衰专家指出,缺乏运动、不正确的姿势,以及运动损伤是导致许多年轻人全身“筋骨痛”的主要原因。
肩颈痛也多为慢性劳损及无菌性炎症引起的以病患部位疼痛,肿胀甚至功能受限为主的一组疾病。常见病包括:颈椎病,肩周炎,肩颈肌劳损,肩颈骨质增生等疾病。当软组织受到外力的突然打击、重力压迫及超过软组织生理范围的牵拉、扭转或者长期低头伏案、久坐、长时间弯腰及睡眠姿势不当或使用高枕头等,使部分软组织长时间处于牵拉状态,被牵拉组织内的血管长期处于半通畅而形成的组织缺氧状态,都会引起肩颈痛症状。阴雨天或受风着凉可引起疼痛的复发或加重等。肩颈痛严重地扰乱了患者的日常生活、学习和工作。
目前因为颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症而引起的肢体麻木、疼痛等病症通常釆用传统按摩的方法治疗,人们在按摩时不使用任何药物,针对因反复发作的颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症及腰椎管狭窄症而造成的上、下肢麻木的症状,效果不甚明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含超微远红外陶瓷粉的舒肌展筋按摩霜及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的目前因为颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症而引起的肢体麻木、疼痛等病症通常釆用传统按摩的方法治疗,人们在按摩时不使用任何药物,针对因反复发作的颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症及腰椎管狭窄症而造成的上、下肢麻木的症状,效果不甚明显的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种含超微远红外陶瓷粉的舒肌展筋按摩霜,包括:
乳香:0.5-2%、没药:0.5-2%、伸筋草:0.5-2%、连翘:0.1-1.5%、血竭:0.1-1%、延胡索:0.5-2%、超微远红外陶瓷粉:1-5%、甘油:2-10%、矿油:10-20%、棕梱酸乙基己酯:10-20%、鲸蜡硬脂醇:0.5-2.5%、丝氨酸:0.5-2.5%、山梨坦硬脂酸酯:1-3%、卡波姆:0.1-0.3%、三乙醇胺:0.1-0.3%、羟苯甲酯:0.1-0.5%、羟苯丙酯:0.1-0.5%和去离子水余量。
一种含超微远红外陶瓷粉的舒肌展筋按摩霜的制备方法,该含超微远红外陶瓷粉的舒肌展筋按摩霜的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1:烘干、粉碎:将乳香、没药、伸筋草、连翘、血竭、延胡索,分别洗净烘干,粉碎成粉,过100-200目筛选备用;
S2:水相锅搅拌:将甘油、卡波姆、去离子水混合加入水相锅中进行搅拌;
S3:油相锅搅拌:将矿油、棕桐酸乙基己酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、丝氨酸、山梨坦硬脂酸酯、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯混合加入油相锅中进行搅拌;
S4:乳化锅搅拌:将步骤S2的混合物和步骤S3的混合物依次加入乳化锅中,均质10-30min,再将三乙醇胺加入乳化锅中,搅拌均匀,待降温至40-45°C加入超微远红外陶瓷粉和步骤S1的中药粉末,充分搅拌均匀,即得含超微远红外陶瓷粉的按摩霜。
优选的,所述步骤S2中水相锅搅拌升温至80-85°C,保温10-30min。
优选的,所述步骤S3中油相锅搅拌升温至80-85°C,保温10-30min。
优选的,所述乳化锅的搅拌速度保持在50-80r/min。
优选的,所述步骤S4中的超微远红外陶瓷粉粉末为50000目,粒径小于10wn。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明的目的在于提供一种在按摩时配套使用的可以治疗颈、肩、腰腿痛及肢肢体麻木的按摩霜,使用本发明的按摩霜,釆用推拿、按、揉、理筋等手法,将本发明的成分由肩颈,腰椎,脊椎部位及“筋结”处通过远红外的热效应,改善了微循环、建立了侧枝循环、调节了离子的深度、促进了有毒物质的代谢、废物的排泄、加速了渗出物质的吸收、使炎症水肿消退,同时作用于因反复发作的颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症及腰椎管狭窄症而造成的上、下肢麻木的症状的消失,加速促进颈、腰椎局部无菌性炎症的吸收及“筋结”部位的解锁,与徒手按摩法相比较可以大大缩短疗程,提高疗效。

乳香:性温,味辛、苦。归心、肝、脾经。具有活血行气止痛,消肿生肌功效。用于胸痹心痛,胃脘疼痛,痛经经闭,产后瘀阻,症瘕腹痛,风湿痹痛,筋脉拘挛,跌打损伤,痈肿疮疡;
没药:性平,味味辛、苦。归归心、肝、脾经。具有散瘀定痛,消肿生肌的功效。用治用于胸痹心痛,胃脘疼痛,痛经经闭.产后瘀阻,癥瘕腹痛,风湿痹痛,跌打损伤,痈肿疮疡等;
伸筋草:性温味苦、微辛。归肝、脾、肾经。具有祛风除湿,舒筋活络的功效,用于关节酸痛,屈伸不利;
连翘:性微寒,味苦。归心、肝、胆经。具有清热,解毒,散结,消肿的功效。治温热,丹毒,斑疹,痈疡肿毒,瘰疬;
血竭:性平,味甘、咸。归心、肝经。具有活血定痛,化瘀止血,敛疮生肌的功效。用治于跌打损伤,心腹瘀痛,外伤出血,疮疡不敛;
延胡索:性温、味辛、苦。归肝、胃、心、肺、脾经。用治于活血、散瘀、理气、止痛。主心腹腰膝诸痛、跌打损伤;
远红外陶瓷粉:白色粉末状。约3500-5000目,非离子性,阴离子性。PH值:6~8,当它吸收外界的热能后,能释放出波长为4-14微米的远红外线,易被人体吸收,远红外线对人体保健原理:激活了生物大分子的活性。使生物体的分子能够被激发而处于较高振动状态。这样使激活了核酸蛋白质等生物大水分子的活性,从而发挥了生物大分子调节机体代谢、免疫等活动的功能,有利于机能的恢复和平衡,达到防病治病的目的.促进和改善血液循环。远红外作用于皮肤后,大部分能量被皮肤所吸收,被吸收的能量转化为热能,引起皮温升高,刺激皮肤内热感觉器,通过丘脑反射,使血管扩张,血液循环加快。另一方面由于热作用,引起血管活性物质的释放,血管张力低,浅小动脉、浅毛细管和浅静脉扩张,血液循环得以改善(通过中国医学科学院血液病研究所检测)20分钟可使微循环血流量提高114%。增强新陈代谢,。通过远红外热效应、可以增加细胞的活力,调整神经液机体,加强新陈代谢,使体内外的物质交换处于平稳状态。具有消炎、消肿功能。远红外的热作用通过神经液的回答反应,激活了免疫细胞功能,加强了白细胞和网状内皮细胞的吞噬功能,达到消炎抑菌的目的。增强了组织营养、活跃了组织代谢、提高了细胞供氧量,加强了细胞再生能力、改善了病区的供血氧状态、控制了炎症的发展并使其局限化,加速了病灶修复。远红外的热效应,改善了微循环、建立了侧枝循环、调节了离子的深度、促进了有毒物质的代谢、废物的排泄、加速了渗出物质的吸收、使炎症水肿消退。基于以上原理,远红外线能量具有从高到低的可传递性,即能量可从强大的一方传向衰弱的一方,所谓天之道损有余补不足,对调节人体各器官的能量平衡十分重要,在医疗,康复领域发挥很大作用。

S1:烘干、粉碎:将乳香、没药、伸筋草、连翘、血竭、延胡索,分别洗净烘干,粉碎成粉,过100-200目筛选备用;
S2:水相锅搅拌:将甘油、卡波姆、去离子水混合加入水相锅中,开启搅拌升温至80-85°C,保温10-30min;
S3:将矿油、棕桐酸乙基己酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、丝氨酸、山梨坦硬脂酸酯、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯混合加入油相锅中,开启搅拌升温至80-85°C,保温10-30min;
S4:乳化锅搅拌:将步骤S2的混合物和步骤S3的混合物依次加入乳化锅中,均质10-30min,再将三乙醇胺加入乳化锅中,搅拌均匀,待降温至40-45°C加入超微远红外陶瓷粉和步骤S1的中药粉末,充分搅拌均匀,即得含超微远红外陶瓷粉的按摩霜,超微远红外陶瓷粉粉末为50000目,粒径小于10wn,乳化锅的搅拌速度保持在50-80r/min。
实施例1
一种含超微远红外陶瓷粉的舒肌展筋按摩霜,包括:
乳香:1%、没药:1.5%、伸筋草:1%、连翘:1%、血竭:0.8%、延胡索:1.5%、超微远红外陶瓷粉:2%、甘油:6%、矿油:15%、棕梱酸乙基己酯:15%、鲸蜡硬脂醇:1.5%、丝氨酸:0.5%、山梨坦硬脂酸酯:2%、卡波姆:0.2%、三乙醇胺:0.2%、羟苯甲酯:0.13%、羟苯丙酯:0.3%和去离子水余量。
实施例2
一种含超微远红外陶瓷粉的舒肌展筋按摩霜,包括:
乳香:0.5%、没药:0.5%、伸筋草:0.5%、连翘:0.1%、血竭:0.1%、延胡索:0.5%、超微远红外陶瓷粉:2.5%、甘油:2%、矿油:10%、棕梱酸乙基己酯:10%、鲸蜡硬脂醇:0.5%、丝氨酸:1%、山梨坦硬脂酸酯:1%、卡波姆:0.1%、三乙醇胺:0.2%、羟苯甲酯:0.1%、羟苯丙酯:0.1%和去离子水余量。
实施例3
一种含超微远红外陶瓷粉的舒肌展筋按摩霜,包括:
乳香:1.5%、没药:1.5%、伸筋草:1.5%、连翘:1%、血竭:0.5%、延胡索:1.5%、超微远红外陶瓷粉:2%、甘油:10%、矿油:20%、棕梱酸乙基己酯:20%、鲸蜡硬脂醇:2.5%、丝氨酸:1.5%、山梨坦硬脂酸酯:3%、卡波姆:0.3%、三乙醇胺:0.3%、羟苯甲酯:0.5%、羟苯丙酯:0.5%和去离子水余量。
实施例4
一种含超微远红外陶瓷粉的舒肌展筋按摩霜,包括:
乳香:2%、没药:2%、伸筋草:2%、连翘:1.5%、血竭:1%、延胡索:2%、超微远红外陶瓷粉:3%、甘油:4%、矿油:12%、棕梱酸乙基己酯:12%、鲸蜡硬脂醇:1%、丝氨酸:2%、山梨坦硬脂酸酯:1.5%、卡波姆:0.15%、三乙醇胺:0.15%、羟苯甲酯:0.2%、羟苯丙酯:0.2%和去离子水余量。
实施例5
试验样品:实施例1制得的含和超微远红外陶瓷粉的按摩霜;
试验动物:小白鼠;
试验结果:7天皮肤刺激试验,使用实施例1所得的含超微远红外陶瓷粉的按摩霜,未见刺激反应。说明本发明含超微远红外陶瓷粉的按摩霜无刺激性,安全性高。
实施例6
临床试验
对实施例1-4制备的含远红外陶瓷粉的按摩膏进行临床疗效试验。
一、受试者入选标准:
(1)治疗方法:选80个病人,20人为一组,配合产品试用要求每组分别用推拿按摩治疗,7天一个疗程,一个疗程后,按照麻木肿胀和疼痛程度,无效,显效,有效,治愈;结果显示:

由临床研究可知,本发明的配方制造出的按摩霜,对舒肌展筋,肩颈腰椎具有优秀的修复效果;按摩霜实施例3为最优产品;按照重量份数百分百组成有:乳香1.5%、没药1.5%、伸筋草1%、连翘1%、血竭0.5%、延胡索1.5%、和超微远红外陶瓷粉2%的配方为最优配方。
虽然在上文中已经参考实施例对本发明进行了描述,然而在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,本发明所披露的实施例中的各项特征均可通过任意方式相互结合起来使用,在本说明书中未对这些组合的情况进行穷举性的描述仅仅是出于省略篇幅和节约资源的考虑。因此,本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。

乳香:0.5-2%、没药:0.5-2%、伸筋草:0.5-2%、连翘:0.1-1.5%、血竭:0.1-1%、延胡索:0.5-2%、超微远红外陶瓷粉:1-5%、甘油:2-10%、矿油:10-20%、棕梱酸乙基己酯:10-20%、鲸蜡硬脂醇:0.5-2.5%、丝氨酸:0.5-2.5%、山梨坦硬脂酸酯:1-3%、卡波姆:0.1-0.3%、三乙醇胺:0.1-0.3%、羟苯甲酯:0.1-0.5%、羟苯丙酯:0.1-0.5%和去离子水余量。
2.一种含超微远红外陶瓷粉的舒肌展筋按摩霜的制备方法,其特征在于:该含超微远红外陶瓷粉的舒肌展筋按摩霜的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1:烘干、粉碎:将乳香、没药、伸筋草、连翘、血竭、延胡索,分别洗净烘干,粉碎成粉,过100-200目筛选备用;
S2:水相锅搅拌:将甘油、卡波姆、去离子水混合加入水相锅中进行搅拌;
S3:油相锅搅拌:将矿油、棕桐酸乙基己酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、丝氨酸、山梨坦硬脂酸酯、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯混合加入油相锅中进行搅拌;
S4:乳化锅搅拌:将步骤S2的混合物和步骤S3的混合物依次加入乳化锅中,均质10-30min,再将三乙醇胺加入乳化锅中,搅拌均匀,待降温至40-45°C加入超微远红外陶瓷粉和步骤S1的中药粉末,充分搅拌均匀,即得含超微远红外陶瓷粉的按摩霜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种含超微远红外陶瓷粉的舒肌展筋按摩霜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中水相锅搅拌升温至80-85°C,保温10-30min。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种含超微远红外陶瓷粉的舒肌展筋按摩霜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中油相锅搅拌升温至80-85°C,保温10-30min。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种含超微远红外陶瓷粉的舒肌展筋按摩霜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述乳化锅的搅拌速度保持在50-80r/min。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种含超微远红外陶瓷粉的舒肌展筋按摩霜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S4中的超微远红外陶瓷粉粉末为50000目,粒径小于10wn。
