Description

Human body ecological operation frame for prostration
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a prone human ecological operation frame.
Background
The prone type is an operation mode which needs to be adopted in the treatment process of a plurality of diseases, no special forming equipment is adopted for the operation or treatment of the prone posture of a patient in the prior art, various pillows are added under the body of the patient, the head of the patient is supported by a square support frame with four pillars, a male patient needs to be smoothed out along the pudendum to avoid twisting, a female patient needs to avoid the extrusion of the chest, the mouth and the nose of the patient to prevent the breathing from being blocked, if the patient loses the autonomous mobility, 6 to 11 medical staff need to turn over the patient, in order to avoid the injury to the arms, the fingers, the neck, the toes and the like of the patient in the turning process, the patient needs to be clearly matched with each other in a specific way by division, which is already a professional course of the nursing staff, and a lot of people, money and material resources are further put into the. Prone surgery or treatment is especially true for critically ill patients of the respiratory system. In the emergency treatment process of treating patients infected by the respiratory system, the prostration fixation of patients becomes a treatment strategy commonly adopted by medical care personnel in the world for treating critically ill patients, and has a very obvious treatment effect. However, turning the patient from lying on the back to lying on the stomach also becomes the heaviest physical labor of the medical staff.
However, after the patient lies on the stomach, the opening and closing of the legs and the opening of the arms are greatly limited due to the fact that the patient lies on various pillows, the doctor needs to perform treatment again to meet the operation conditions, and the labor, material and time costs are very heavy.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a prostrate human ecological operation frame which is helpful for solving the technical problems.
The invention is realized by the following steps:
a prostrate human body ecological operation frame comprises an ecological frame, a cross bar, a lifting bar and an operation bed; the ecological frame is arranged on the cross rod, and the two ends of the cross rod are respectively provided with the lifting rod; the lifting rod comprises an upper rod section, a sleeve and a lower rod section; one end of the upper rod section is connected with the cross rod, and the other end of the upper rod section is arranged in the sleeve; the lower rod section is L-shaped, one end of the lower rod section is arranged in the sleeve, and the other end of the lower rod section is arranged on the operating bed; the ecological frame comprises a head ecological frame, a trunk ecological frame and a leg ecological frame which are sequentially arranged along a first direction, and the first direction is vertical to the length direction of the transverse rod; the trunk ecological frame comprises a first arm frame, a chest and abdomen ecological frame and a second arm frame; the first arm support, the thoracoabdominal ecological frame and the second arm support are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the transverse rod, and the first arm support, the thoracoabdominal ecological frame and the second arm support extend along the first direction; the leg ecological frame comprises a first leg frame and a second leg frame; the first leg frame and the second leg frame are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the transverse rod, and the first leg frame and the second leg frame extend along the first direction.
When the human body ecological operation frame for prostration is used, a patient lies on the sick bed at first, the ecological frame fixed on the cross rod is fixed above the sick bed through the cross rod and the lifting rod, and all parts of the ecological frame are buckled above the human body. Then, through the length of regulation pressure double-screw bolt, the weight of ecological frame and horizontal pole, lifter is acted on the bed surface, reach ecological frame and patient's health and connect to be supported, but do not oppress patient's effect, adjust the direction of L shape lifter and with operation table second frame butt, spiral shell joint, at this moment, patient is in between ecological frame and the operation table second frame, through the synchronous rising of elevating gear, second frame, ecological frame, the patient of operation table lift to a take the altitude, rethread axis of rotation can realize patient's upset, at this moment, patient face down prostrate on ecological frame, L shape lifter is the direction of inversion. Then, the height of the lifting device is lowered to enable the patient to be located at a reasonable height position on the hospital bed, the inverted L-shaped lifting rods are unscrewed one by one from the second frame of the operating bed, the L-shaped lifting rods rotate by 90 degrees around the cross rod to the downward L-shaped position, the height and the fixing direction of the L-shaped lifting rods are adjusted, and then the L-shaped lifting rods are screwed and fixed on the first frame of the operating bed one by one, or the supporting frames with other structures are arranged on the ground, and other modes of arranging the ecological frame and the patient are also included. The second frame of the operating bed is removed, the pressure stud is screwed in, and the lifting device is lowered back, so that the patient is positioned in the ecological frame. The both arms of patient need to be opened, realize through lifting off the straight-bar change of chest belly's lifter, need open patient's both legs, lift off the first bedstead of fixed first frame and the connection of the rotatory son of second bedstead knot and fixed box, unscrew shank ecological frame again and the connection of arbitrary section bedstead and L shape lifter in its below, lift off horizontal pole and the lifter of shank ecological frame, make shank ecological frame realize independent the rotation for chest belly ecological frame, fix again on the independent support frame of other structures that set up, withdraw from arbitrary section bedstead in shank ecological frame below.
