In the working process of the mask, the multilayer cloth of the mask is placed in a cloth discharging machine 2, the cloth discharging machine 2 continuously discharges the multilayer cloth forming the mask, the cloth discharged by the cloth discharging machine 2 firstly passes through a nose line mounting machine 3, and the nose line is mounted in the middle of the cloth by the nose line mounting machine 3; after the nose line mounting machine 3 finishes the nose line mounting operation, the cloth enters the cloth welding component 4, and the cloth welding component 4 welds the multiple layers of cloth into a whole; after the cloth welding component 4 finishes welding operation, the mask cloth enters an ear belt welding machine, an ear belt welding component 5 on the front side of the ear belt welding machine finishes front ear belt welding operation of the mask, and an ear belt welding component 5 on the rear side of the ear belt welding machine finishes rear ear belt welding operation of the mask; after the ear band welding machine finishes the ear band welding operation, the mask cloth is sent to the mask body folding assembly 6, and the mask body folding assembly 6 folds the mask cloth in half; after the mask body folding assembly 6 finishes the mask folding operation, the folded mask with the ear bands welded is sent to an automatic edge bonding machine 7 for automatic edge bonding operation; after the automatic edge bonding machine 7 finishes the automatic edge bonding operation of the mask, the mask is sent to the mask cutting assembly 8, the mask cutting assembly 8 cuts continuous masks, and finished mask products are cut.
It is to be noted that, with the ear band weld kit 5 of the present invention, in the course of carrying out the ear band welding work, the continuous ear band fed out through the ear band feeder 52 is guided into the ear band guide groove 5321 of the ear band guide block 532, and the ear band is pulled out by a prescribed length by the ear band pulling mechanism 54; when the ear band pulling mechanism 54 pulls the ear band with the designated length, the ear band pulling driving linear module 541 drives the pulling movable frame 542 to move towards the ear band guide block 532, the pulling movable frame 542 drives the pulling clamping air claw 543 to move synchronously, when the pulling clamping air claw 543 moves to the ear band clamping position, the pulling clamping air claw 543 clamps the ear band, and then the ear band pulling driving linear module 541 moves reversely, in the process, the ear band continuously passes through the ear band guide groove 5321 of the ear band guide block 532, and the pulling clamping air claw 543 pulls the ear band out of the ear band guide groove 5321; after the ear belt is pulled to a required length by the pulling and clamping air claw 543, the pneumatic scissors 535 cut the ear belt and the clamping driving cylinder 534 drives the ear belt clamping block 533 to move downwards to press the ear belt, so as to prevent the ear belt from exiting from the ear belt guiding groove 5321; the ear belt clamped and cut by the traction clamping air claw 543 is transferred to the transfer clamping air claw 554, the ear belt clamping and transferring mechanism 55 of the present invention has two transfer clamping air claws 554, when one transfer clamping air claw 554 clamps the ear belt, the transfer driving servo motor 553 corresponding to the transfer clamping air claw 554 clamping the ear belt moves and drives the transfer clamping air claw 554 to index, and then the ear belt advancing mechanism feeds the ear belt into the other transfer clamping air claw 554; after the two transferring clamping air claws 554 of the ear belt clamping and transferring mechanism 55 clamp the ear belts and are respectively driven by the corresponding transferring driving servo motors 553 to rotate, the servo motor lifter 551 drives the transferring lifting movable plate 552 to move downwards, the transferring lifting movable plate 552 moving downwards drives the transferring driving servo motors 553 and the transferring clamping air claws 554 to synchronously move downwards, and finally the ear belts clamped by the transferring clamping air claws 554 are attached to the ear belts of the mask to be welded externally; after the ear belt moves down to the ear belt welding position of the mask, the ear belt welding mechanism 56 acts, the pressing driving cylinder 563 drives the pressing movable frame 562 to move down, the pressing movable frame 562 which moves down drives the two welding pressing rods 564 to move down synchronously, the two welding pressing rods 564 finally press one ear belt respectively, the ultrasonic welding head 561 is started, and the welding pressing rods 564 are matched with the ultrasonic welding head 561 and enable the ear belt to be welded on the mask.
From the above situation, through the structural design, the nose line installation, the cloth fusion, the ear band welding, the cover body folding, the edge sealing and the cutting process can be completed in sequence, namely, the production operation of the head-wearing type N95 mask can be automatically and efficiently realized; therefore, the mask has the advantages of novel structural design, high automation degree, high working efficiency and capability of reducing the production and manufacturing cost of the mask.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the cloth welding assembly 4 includes a cloth welding mounting bracket 41 screwed to the frame 1, the cloth welding mounting bracket 41 is provided with a horizontally and horizontally arranged forming welding roller 42, the frame 1 is provided with a vibrator mounting bracket 43 at a lower end side of the forming welding roller 42, the vibrator mounting bracket 43 is provided with a vertically arranged ultrasonic vibrator 44, and an upper end portion of the ultrasonic vibrator 44 is provided with a welding head 45 located right below the forming welding roller 42.
The cloth welding mounting frame 41 comprises a welding mounting frame bottom plate 411 which is screwed on the rack 1 and horizontally and transversely arranged, a bottom plate through hole 4111 which completely penetrates from top to bottom is formed in the welding mounting frame bottom plate 411, and the upper end of the welding head 45 penetrates through the bottom plate through hole 4111 of the welding mounting frame bottom plate 411 from bottom to top and extends to the upper end side of the welding mounting frame bottom plate 411; the left end part of the welding mounting frame bottom plate 411 is provided with a welding mounting frame left side plate 412 which is vertically arranged in a threaded manner, the right end part of the welding mounting frame bottom plate 411 is provided with a welding mounting frame right side plate 413 which is vertically arranged in a threaded manner, and the welding mounting frame left side plate 412 and the welding mounting frame right side plate 413 are opposite to each other in the left-right direction and are arranged at intervals; the left end of the shaped welding roller 42 is mounted to the welding mount left side plate 412 via a bearing, and the right end of the shaped welding roller 42 is mounted to the welding mount right side plate 413 via a bearing.
In addition, the left side plate 412 of the welding installation frame is provided with a left side plate installation groove 4121, a left lifting movable block 4141 is embedded in the left side plate installation groove 4121 in a relatively up-and-down movable manner, a vertically arranged left lifting adjusting screw rod 4151 is screwed at the upper end part of the left side plate 412 of the welding installation frame, and the lower end part of the left lifting adjusting screw rod 4151 is connected with the left lifting movable block 4141; the right side plate 413 of the welding installation frame is provided with a right side plate installation groove 4131, a right side lifting movable block is movably embedded in the right side plate installation groove 4131 up and down relatively, the right side lifting movable block and the left side lifting movable block 4141 are arranged right and left oppositely, the upper end part of the right side plate 413 of the welding installation frame is provided with a right side lifting adjusting screw rod 4152 which is vertically arranged in a threaded manner, the lower end part of the right side lifting adjusting screw rod 4152 is connected with the right side lifting movable block, and the upper end parts of the left side lifting adjusting screw rod 4151 and the right side lifting adjusting screw rod 4152 are respectively provided with; the left end of the forming fusion roller 42 is mounted to the left elevating block 4141 via a bearing, and the right end of the forming fusion roller 42 is mounted to the right elevating block via a bearing.
When the cloth welding assembly 4 works, the multi-layer cloth of the mask passes through the space between the forming welding knurling roller 42 and the welding head 45, the forming welding knurling roller 42 rolls, the welding head 45 vibrates upwards at high frequency under the driving action of the ultrasonic vibrator 44, and the forming welding knurling roller 42 is matched with the welding head 4545 and presses and prints the appearance of the mask.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the cover folding assembly 6 includes a cover folding mounting bracket 61 mounted on the frame 1, the cover folding mounting bracket 61 includes a cover folding mounting plate 611 horizontally and transversely disposed, a triangle mounting bracket 62 is screwed on the upper surface of the cover folding mounting plate 611, and the triangle mounting bracket 62 is provided with a folding triangle 63 which is triangular and gradually extends upwards in an inclined manner from front to back; the front end side of the folding triangle 63 is provided with a folding feed guide wheel 641 which is horizontally and transversely arranged, the upper surface of the cover folding mounting plate 611 is provided with a left guide wheel mounting block 642 and a right guide wheel mounting block 643 which are screwed on the folding feed guide wheel 641, the left guide wheel mounting block 642 is positioned at the left end side of the right guide wheel mounting block 643, the left guide wheel mounting block 642 and the right guide wheel mounting block 643 are oppositely arranged at intervals from left to right, and the left end part and the right end part of the folding feed guide wheel 641 are respectively arranged on the left guide wheel mounting block 642 and the right guide wheel mounting block 643 at the corresponding sides; the rear end side of the folding triangular plate 63 is provided with a cloth clamping roller group 65, the cloth clamping roller group 65 comprises a left cloth clamping roller 651 and a right cloth clamping roller 652 which are vertically arranged, the right cloth clamping roller 652 is positioned at the right end side of the left cloth clamping roller 651, the upper surface of the cover body folding mounting plate 611 is respectively provided with a roller mounting block 653 in a screwed mode corresponding to the left cloth clamping roller 651 and the right cloth clamping roller 652, and the lower end parts of the left cloth clamping roller 651 and the right cloth clamping roller 652 are respectively arranged on the corresponding roller mounting blocks 653.

When the cover body folding assembly 6 works, the cloth conveyed by the folding feed guide wheel 641 passes through the folding triangle 63, the folding triangle 63 folds the cloth to form two symmetrical surfaces of the folding mask, the cloth is changed from horizontal to vertical, the cloth folded by the folding triangle 63 passes between the left cloth clamping roller 651 and the right cloth clamping roller 652, and the left cloth clamping roller 651 is matched with the right cloth clamping roller 652 and clamps and presses the folded cloth to play a role in shaping.
