Detailed Description
The present invention will be described below with reference to specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, a full-automatic head-wearing type N95 mask machine comprises a frame 1, wherein the frame 1 is provided with a cloth feeding machine 2, a nose line mounting machine 3, a cloth welding component 4, a mask body folding component 5, an automatic ear band dispensing component 6, an automatic edge banding machine 7 and a mask cutting component 8 which are sequentially arranged from front to back along a cloth conveying direction.
As shown in fig. 2, the cloth welding assembly 4 includes a cloth welding mounting frame 41 screwed to the frame 1, a forming welding roller 42 horizontally disposed is installed on the cloth welding mounting frame 41, a vibrator mounting frame 43 is installed on the frame 1 at the lower end of the forming welding roller 42, an ultrasonic vibrator 44 vertically disposed is installed on the vibrator mounting frame 43, and a welding head 45 located right below the forming welding roller 42 is installed at the upper end of the ultrasonic vibrator 44. For the cloth welding mounting frame 41 of the present invention, the cloth welding mounting frame 41 includes a welding mounting frame base plate 411 screwed to the frame 1 and horizontally and transversely arranged, the welding mounting frame base plate 411 is provided with a base plate through hole 4111 completely penetrating up and down, and an upper end portion of the welding head 45 penetrates through the base plate through hole 4111 of the welding mounting frame base plate 411 from bottom to top and extends to an upper end side of the welding mounting frame base plate 411; the left end part of the welding mounting frame bottom plate 411 is provided with a welding mounting frame left side plate 412 which is vertically arranged in a threaded manner, the right end part of the welding mounting frame bottom plate 411 is provided with a welding mounting frame right side plate 413 which is vertically arranged in a threaded manner, and the welding mounting frame left side plate 412 and the welding mounting frame right side plate 413 are opposite to each other in the left-right direction and are arranged at intervals; the left end of the shaped welding roller 42 is mounted to the welding mount left side plate 412 via a bearing, and the right end of the shaped welding roller 42 is mounted to the welding mount right side plate 413 via a bearing.
Preferably, the left side plate 412 of the welding installation frame is provided with a left side plate installation groove 4121, a left lifting movable block 4141 is embedded in the left side plate installation groove 4121 in a relatively up-and-down movable manner, a vertically arranged left lifting adjusting screw rod 4151 is screwed at the upper end part of the left side plate 412 of the welding installation frame, and the lower end part of the left lifting adjusting screw rod 4151 is connected with the left lifting movable block 4141; the right side plate 413 of the welding installation frame is provided with a right side plate installation groove 4131, a right side lifting movable block is movably embedded in the right side plate installation groove 4131 up and down relatively, the right side lifting movable block and the left side lifting movable block 4141 are arranged right and left oppositely, the upper end part of the right side plate 413 of the welding installation frame is provided with a right side lifting adjusting screw rod 4152 which is vertically arranged in a threaded manner, the lower end part of the right side lifting adjusting screw rod 4152 is connected with the right side lifting movable block, and the upper end parts of the left side lifting adjusting screw rod 4151 and the right side lifting adjusting screw rod 4152 are respectively provided with; the left end of the forming fusion roller 42 is mounted to the left elevating block 4141 via a bearing, and the right end of the forming fusion roller 42 is mounted to the right elevating block via a bearing.
As shown in fig. 3, the cover folding assembly 5 of the present invention includes a cover folding mounting bracket 51 installed on the frame 1, the cover folding mounting bracket 51 includes a cover folding mounting plate 511 horizontally and transversely disposed, a triangle mounting bracket 52 is screwed on the upper surface of the cover folding mounting plate 511, and a folding triangle 53 having a triangle shape and gradually extending upwards in an inclined manner from front to back is installed on the triangle mounting bracket 52; the front end side of the folding triangular plate 53 is provided with a folding feeding guide wheel 541 which is horizontally and transversely arranged, the upper surface of the cover folding mounting plate 511 is provided with a left guide wheel mounting block 542 and a right guide wheel mounting block 543 in a screwed manner relative to the folding feeding guide wheel 541, the left guide wheel mounting block 542 is positioned at the left end side of the right guide wheel mounting block 543, the left guide wheel mounting block 542 and the right guide wheel mounting block 543 are oppositely arranged at intervals left and right, and the left end part and the right end part of the folding feeding guide wheel 541 are respectively arranged on the left guide wheel mounting block 542 and the right guide wheel mounting block 543 of the corresponding side; the rear end side of the folding triangular plate 53 is provided with a cloth clamping roller group 55, the cloth clamping roller group 55 comprises a left cloth clamping roller 551 and a right cloth clamping roller 552, the left cloth clamping roller 551 and the right cloth clamping roller 552 are respectively vertically arranged, the upper surface of the cover body folding mounting plate 511 corresponds to the left cloth clamping roller 551 and the right cloth clamping roller 552 and is respectively provided with a roller mounting block 553 in a screwed manner, and the lower end parts of the left cloth clamping roller 551 and the right cloth clamping roller 552 are respectively arranged in the corresponding roller mounting blocks 553. The cover body doubling-up mounting frame 51 further comprises a left mounting frame supporting seat 512 and a right mounting frame supporting seat 513 which are respectively screwed on the rack 1, the left mounting frame supporting seat 512 is positioned at the left end side of the right mounting frame supporting seat 513, and the left mounting frame supporting seat 512 and the right mounting frame supporting seat 513 are opposite to each other in the left-right direction and are arranged at intervals; a left and right oppositely-folded adjusting screw rod 514 horizontally extending along the left and right direction is arranged between the left mounting frame supporting seat 512 and the right mounting frame supporting seat 513, the left end part and the right end part of the left and right oppositely-folded adjusting screw rod 514 are respectively arranged on the left mounting frame supporting seat 512 and the right mounting frame supporting seat 513 on the corresponding side, a left and right adjusting driving hand wheel 515 is arranged at the left end part or the right end part of the left and right oppositely-folded adjusting screw rod 514, and a left and right adjusting screw rod nut matched with the left and right oppositely-folded adjusting screw rod 514; still install the guide pillar 516 that extends along left right direction level between left side mounting bracket supporting seat 512 and the right side mounting bracket supporting seat 513, left end, the right-hand member portion of guide pillar 516 are installed respectively in left side mounting bracket supporting seat 512, the right side mounting bracket supporting seat 513 of corresponding side, and the guide pin bushing is equipped with to the lower surface spiral shell of cover body fifty percent discount mounting panel 511, and the guide pin bushing cooperatees with guide pillar 516.
The triangle mounting bracket 52 of the cover body folding assembly 5 comprises a triangle left supporting plate 521 and a triangle right supporting plate 522 which are respectively screwed on the frame 1 and are vertically arranged, wherein the triangle left supporting plate 521 is positioned at the left end side of the triangle right supporting plate 522, and the triangle left supporting plate 521 and the triangle right supporting plate 522 are oppositely arranged left and right; the left supporting plate 521 of the triangular plate is provided with a left supporting plate mounting groove 5211, the right supporting plate 522 of the triangular plate is provided with a right supporting plate mounting groove 5221, the double-folded triangular plate 53 is screwed with a triangular plate fixing shaft 523 horizontally extending along the left-right direction, the left end part of the triangular plate fixing shaft 523 extends into the left supporting plate mounting groove 5211, and the right end part of the triangular plate fixing shaft 523 extends into the right supporting plate mounting groove 5221; the left side folding lifting adjusting screw 524 which is vertically arranged and extends into the left side supporting plate mounting groove 5211 is installed on the left side supporting plate 521 of the triangular plate, the right side folding lifting adjusting screw 525 which is vertically arranged and extends into the right side supporting plate mounting groove 5221 is installed on the right side supporting plate 522 of the triangular plate, the lower end part of the left side folding lifting adjusting screw 524 is in threaded connection with the left end part of the triangular plate fixing shaft 523, and the lower end part of the right side folding lifting adjusting screw 525 is in threaded connection with the right end part of the triangular plate fixing shaft 523.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the mask cutting assembly 8 includes a mask cutting mounting frame 81 mounted on the frame 1, the mask cutting mounting frame 81 is provided with a profiling cutter roller 82 and an auxiliary cutter pad roller 83, the profiling cutter roller 82 and the auxiliary cutter pad roller 82 are respectively vertically arranged, the auxiliary cutter pad roller is located beside the profiling cutter roller 82 and matched with the profiling cutter roller 82, the upper end and the lower end of the profiling cutter roller 82 are respectively mounted on the mask cutting mounting frame 81 through bearings, and the upper end and the lower end of the auxiliary cutter pad roller 83 are respectively mounted on the mask cutting mounting frame 81 through bearings; the lower end of the profiling cutter roller 82 is provided with a cutter roller gear, the lower end of the auxiliary cutter pad roller 83 is provided with a cutter pad roller gear, and the cutter roller gear is meshed with the cutter pad roller gear. When the mask cutting unit 8 of the present invention is operated, a single mask is cut on the nonwoven fabric by pressing the contour cutter roller and the auxiliary shim roller 83.
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, the automatic ear belt dropping assembly 6 includes an ear belt dropping mount 61 installed on the rack 1, the ear belt dropping mount 61 includes a mount base 611 and a mount top plate 612 located at an upper end side of the mount base 611, a mount upright 613 vertically arranged is installed between the mount base 611 and the mount top plate 612, an upper end of the mount upright 613 is connected to the mount top plate 612, and a lower end of the mount upright 613 is connected to the mount base 611; an ear belt feeder 62 is arranged on the upper surface of the mounting rack top plate 612, an ear belt clamping and shearing mechanism 63 is arranged on the mounting rack base 611, the ear belt clamping and shearing mechanism 63 comprises a clamping and shearing mounting seat 631, an ear belt guide block 632 is arranged at the upper end of the clamping and shearing mounting seat 631, the ear belt guide block 632 is provided with an ear belt guide groove 6321 which completely penetrates from left to right and is opened upwards, an ear belt clamping block 633 which moves up and down is embedded in the ear belt guide groove 6321, a clamping driving cylinder 634 is screwed on the ear belt guide block 632 corresponding to the ear belt clamping block 633, and the extending end of a piston rod of the clamping driving cylinder 634 is connected with the upper end of the ear belt clamping block 633; the ear strap guide block 632 is provided with pneumatic scissors 635 at the outlet side of the ear strap guide slot 6321; the mounting rack base 611 is further provided with an ear band traction mechanism 64 and an ear band clamping and transferring mechanism 65 positioned beside the ear band traction mechanism 64; the mounting bracket top plate 612 is provided with a cover body positioning frame 66, the left side ear belt welding mechanism 67 is arranged on the left end side of the cover body positioning frame 66 of the mounting bracket top plate 612, and the right side ear belt welding mechanism 68 is arranged on the right end side of the cover body positioning frame 66 of the mounting bracket top plate 612.
As shown in fig. 7, the ear belt traction mechanism 64 includes an ear belt traction driving motor 641 and a driven synchronous pulley 642 respectively mounted on the mounting frame base 611, a driving synchronous pulley 643 is mounted on a power output shaft of the ear belt traction driving motor 641, and a transmission synchronous belt 644 is wound between the driving synchronous pulley 643 and the driven synchronous pulley 642; the mounting frame base 611 is movably provided with a traction movable frame 645 left and right, the traction movable frame 645 is connected with the transmission synchronous belt 644, and the traction movable frame 645 is provided with a traction clamping air claw 646.
As shown in fig. 6, the ear band holding/transferring mechanism 65 includes a transfer movable frame 651 located on the upper end side of the mounting frame base 611, the mounting frame base 611 is provided with a transfer driving cylinder 652 which moves up and down corresponding to the transfer movable frame 651, and the extended end of the piston rod of the transfer driving cylinder 652 is connected to the transfer movable frame 651; the transfer movable frame 651 can be movably provided with a left movable seat 6531 and a right movable seat 6532 relatively left and right, the transfer movable frame 651 is provided with a left pushing driving cylinder 6541 horizontally moving left and right corresponding to the left movable seat 6531, the extending end part of a piston rod of the left pushing driving cylinder 6541 is connected with the left movable seat 6531, the left movable seat 6531 is provided with a left switching driving cylinder moving back and forth, the extending end part of the piston rod of the left switching driving cylinder is provided with a left motor seat 6551, the left motor seat 6551 is screwed with a left driving motor 6561, and a power output shaft of the left driving motor 6561 is provided with a left ear air clamp 6571; the right pushing driving cylinder 6542 which horizontally moves left and right is arranged on the transferring movable frame 651 corresponding to the right movable seat 6532, the extending end part of the piston rod of the right pushing driving cylinder 6542 is connected with the right movable seat 6532, the right movable seat 6532 is provided with a right switching driving cylinder which moves back and forth, the extending end part of the piston rod of the right switching driving cylinder is provided with a right motor seat 6552, a right driving motor 6562 is screwed on the right motor seat 6552, and a right ear air clamp 6572 is arranged on the power output shaft of the right driving motor 6562.
The left ear strap welding mechanism 67 comprises a left welding mounting rack 671 which is screwed on the mounting rack top plate 612, the left welding mounting rack 671 is provided with a left welding driving cylinder 672 horizontally moving left and right, the extending end part of the piston rod of the left welding driving cylinder 672 is provided with a left welding movable frame 673, and the left welding movable frame 673 is provided with a left ultrasonic welding head 674. Similarly, the right ear strap welding mechanism 68 includes a right welding mounting 681 screwed to the mounting top plate 612, the right welding mounting 681 is provided with a right welding driving cylinder 682 horizontally moving right and left, a right welding movable frame 683 is provided at the end of the piston rod extension of the right welding driving cylinder 682, and a right ultrasonic horn 684 is provided at the right welding movable frame 683.
When the cloth welding assembly 4 of the present invention is in operation, the multi-layer cloth of the mask passes through the space between the forming welding knurling roller 42 and the welding head 45, the forming welding knurling roller 42 rolls, the welding head 45 vibrates upwards at high frequency under the driving action of the ultrasonic vibrator 44, and the forming welding knurling roller 42 and the welding head 45 are matched and impress the appearance of the mask.
When the mask body folding assembly 5 works, the cloth conveyed by the folding feed guide wheel 541 passes through the folding triangular plate 53, the folding triangular plate 53 folds the cloth to form two symmetrical surfaces of the folding mask, the cloth is changed from horizontal to vertical, the cloth folded by the folding triangular plate 53 passes between the left cloth clamping roller 551 and the right cloth clamping roller 552, and the left cloth clamping roller 551 is matched with the right cloth clamping roller 552 to clamp and press the folded cloth, so that the shaping effect is achieved.
When the automatic ear tape dispensing assembly 6 of the present invention is operated, the continuous ear tape fed out by the ear tape feeder 62 is guided into the ear tape guide groove 6321 of the ear tape guide block 632, and the ear tape is pulled out by a prescribed length by the ear tape pulling mechanism 64; when the ear belt traction mechanism 64 pulls an ear belt with a specified length, the ear belt traction driving motor 641 drives the transmission synchronous belt 644 to act through the matching of the driving synchronous pulley 643 and the driven synchronous pulley 642, the transmission synchronous belt 644 drives the traction movable frame 645 to move towards the ear belt guide block 632 firstly, the traction movable frame 645 drives the traction clamping air claw 646 to move synchronously, when the traction clamping air claw 646 moves to an ear belt clamping position, the traction clamping air claw 646 clamps the ear belt, then the ear belt traction driving motor 641 rotates reversely, in the process, the ear belt continuously passes through the ear belt 63guide groove 21 of the ear belt guide block 632, and the traction clamping air claw 646 pulls the ear belt out of the ear belt 63guide groove 21; after the ear belt is pulled to a required length by the pulling and clamping pneumatic claw 646, the pneumatic scissors 635 cuts the ear belt and the clamping driving cylinder 634 drives the ear belt clamping block 633 to move downwards to press the ear belt, so as to prevent the ear belt from exiting from the ear belt guide groove 6321; the cut ear band clamped by the pulling clamping pneumatic claw 646 is transferred to the left ear band pneumatic clamp 6571 or the right ear band pneumatic clamp 6572, and the left ear band pneumatic clamp 6571 or the right ear band pneumatic clamp 6572 clamps the ear band; when the ear belt is welded on the cover body, the transfer driving cylinder 652 pushes the transfer movable frame 651 upwards, and the transfer movable frame 651 drives the left ear belt air clamp 6571 and the right ear belt air clamp 6572 to move upwards; after the left ear belt air clamp 6571 and the right ear belt air clamp 6572 move upwards to the right, the left driving motor 6561 drives the left ear belt air clamp 6571 to rotate and enable the clamped ear belt to be close to the cover body, the right driving motor 6562 drives the right ear belt air clamp 6572 to rotate and enable the clamped ear belt to be close to the cover body, finally, the left welding driving cylinder 672 pushes the left ultrasonic welding head 674 towards the right side and enables the left ultrasonic welding head 674 to complete the welding of the left ear belt, and the right welding driving cylinder 682 pushes the right ultrasonic welding head 684 towards the left side and enables the right ultrasonic welding head 684 to complete the welding of the right ear belt.
For the full-automatic head-wearing type N95 mask machine, the procedures of nose line installation, cloth fusion, mask body folding, ear band welding, edge sealing and cutting can be completed in sequence, namely, the production operation of the head-wearing type N95 mask can be automatically and efficiently realized; therefore, the invention has the advantages of novel structural design, high automation degree, high working efficiency and effective cost saving.
