The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(2) Because the cutting process and the conveying process of the invention are carried out in the box body and the conveying pipe, the water hyacinth after cutting can be prevented from spilling at other places when in use, and meanwhile, the water hyacinth after cutting can be prevented from being polluted by foreign matters such as dust and the like.
(3) The mixing mechanism arranged in the tank body can horizontally and vertically stir the cut water hyacinth and other feeds, can prevent the other feeds from being accumulated at the lower end in the tank body, and improves the mixing effect of the invention.
