In a possible embodiment, the intelligent ginger seed storage device further comprises: the system comprises an illumination system, a monitoring camera and a computer monitoring terminal; the lighting system and the monitoring camera are arranged in the storage box body; the monitoring camera is connected with the computer monitoring terminal.
Wherein the lighting system is composed of a plurality of lighting devices (e.g., LED lamps) for providing illumination or illumination for the ginger seeds.
Optionally, the monitoring camera is used for monitoring the growth condition of the ginger seeds so as to send the collected image to the computer monitoring terminal through a preset network (for example, WiFi or optical fiber).
The computer monitoring terminal is generally arranged at a user, so that the user can monitor the growth condition of the ginger seeds conveniently.
Referring to fig. 6, the present application further provides a control method applied to the above-mentioned intelligent ginger seed storage device, the method includes:
step S201, monitoring the temperature and humidity in the storage box body.
Wherein, seed ginger is placed in the storage box body.
Step S202, when the temperature in the storage box body is lower than a preset temperature threshold value, the processor controls the electric heater to adjust the temperature in the storage box body, and the temperature in the storage box body is restored to be higher than the preset temperature threshold value again.
And S203, when the humidity in the storage box body is lower than a preset minimum humidity threshold value, controlling the humidifying spray head to spray water liquid on the ginger seeds in the storage box body through the processor, so that the ginger seeds in the storage box body are kept moist.
For a specific implementation manner of steps S201 to S203, please refer to the above description of the intelligent ginger planting storage device, which is not repeated herein.
In summary, the application discloses an intelligent ginger planting storage device and a control method. When it is used, a user may put ginger into the storage drawer 20 and then push the storage drawer 20 along the sliding rail into the storage box 10 for storage. A temperature sensor 51 and a humidity sensor 61 are provided in the storage box 10 for monitoring the temperature and humidity in the storage box 10, respectively. When the temperature in the storage box 10 is lower than the preset temperature threshold, the processor controls the electric heater 52 to adjust the temperature in the storage box 10, so that the temperature in the storage box 10 is restored to be higher than the preset temperature threshold. When the humidity in the storage box 10 is lower than the preset minimum humidity threshold value, the processor controls the humidifying spray nozzle 63 to spray water liquid on the ginger stored in the box, so that the ginger stored in the storage box 10 is kept moist. In addition, the top surface and the bottom surface of the storage box 10 are respectively provided with a locking protrusion 30 and a locking groove 40, so that when in use, a user can correspondingly insert the locking protrusion 30 of one storage box 10 into the locking groove 40 of another storage box 10, thereby stacking the storage boxes 10.

Claims (8)
1. An intelligent ginger planting storage device, characterized by comprising:
the device comprises a storage box body, a storage drawer, a clamping bulge, a clamping groove, a temperature sensor, an electric heater, a humidity sensor, a liquid storage box and a humidifying sprayer;
the storage box body is a rectangular body, at least three clamping bulges are arranged at the bottom of the storage box, at least three clamping grooves matched with the clamping bulges are arranged at the top of the storage box, and the notch profile of each clamping groove is matched with the cross section profile of each clamping bulge;
a first sliding rail and a second sliding rail are arranged in the storage box body and are perpendicular to the main side surface of the storage box body, the storage drawer is inserted into the storage box body along the first sliding rail and the second sliding rail, and the storage drawer can be pushed and pulled vertically relative to the main side surface;
the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor are arranged on the inner side wall of the storage drawer; at least one electric heater is arranged on the inner wall of the storage box body; the storage drawer is characterized in that the liquid storage tank is arranged on the top surface inside the storage box body, and the liquid storage tank faces one side of the storage drawer and is communicated with the humidification spray head.
2. The intelligent ginger seed storage device according to claim 1,
the sides of the storage drawer comprise a first side adjacent to the exterior of the storage box and a second side facing away from the major side; the storage box body is arranged opposite to the main side surface and is a back side surface; a rice bin moving cavity is formed between the second side surface and the back side surface;
an electric telescopic rod is vertically arranged on the top surface of the rice bin moving cavity, a rice bin is fixed at the tail end of the electric telescopic rod, and an electric control valve is arranged on one side, facing the second side surface, of the rice bin;
the storage drawer is characterized in that a plurality of through holes are formed in a bottom plate of the storage drawer, a cross rod is arranged at a position, close to the main side face, of the bottom surface of the storage drawer, the cross rod is parallel to the main side face, an electric control baffle is rotatably connected to the cross rod, and the electric control baffle is parallel to the cross rod and is arranged between the first sliding rail and the second sliding rail.
3. The intelligent ginger seed storage device according to claim 2,
the diameter of the through hole is larger than 1 cm and smaller than 2 cm.
4. The intelligent ginger seed storage device according to claim 3,
the size of the electric control baffle plate is equal to that of the bottom plate of the storage drawer.
5. The intelligent ginger seed storage device according to claim 1,
disinfectant is stored in the liquid storage tank.
6. The intelligent ginger seed storage device according to claim 1,
the bottom plate of storage drawer orientation one side of humidification shower nozzle is provided with light sensor, first side deviates from one side of second side is provided with the speaker, light sensor with the speaker electricity is connected.
7. The intelligent ginger seed storage device of claim 1, further comprising:
the system comprises an illumination system, a monitoring camera and a computer monitoring terminal;
the lighting system and the monitoring camera are arranged in the storage box body;
the monitoring camera is connected with the computer monitoring terminal.
8. A control method applied to the intelligent ginger seed storage device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the method comprising:
monitoring the temperature and humidity in a storage box body, wherein the ginger seeds are placed in the storage box body;
when the temperature in the storage box body is lower than a preset temperature threshold value, the processor controls the electric heater to adjust the temperature in the storage box body, so that the temperature in the storage box body is restored to be higher than the preset temperature threshold value again;
when the humidity in the storage box body is lower than a preset minimum humidity threshold value, the processor controls the humidifying spray head to spray water liquid to the ginger seeds in the storage box body, so that the ginger seeds in the storage box body are kept moist.
