the stirring unit 64 comprises a stirring paddle 641, one end of the stirring paddle 641 extends into the chamber b622, stirring blades 6411 are uniformly distributed on the stirring paddle 641 extending into the chamber b622 along the axial direction of the stirring paddle 641, and the other end of the stirring paddle is provided with a bevel gear a642, and further comprises a bevel gear b643 connected with the transmission shaft 73;
as shown in fig. 10, the annular track groove 41 is continuously concave-convex, and when the guide link assembly 5 contacts with the concave point of the annular track groove 41, the fan-shaped tray 3 is leveled under the action of the elastic connecting piece 8; when the guide connecting rod component 5 contacts with the salient points of the annular track groove 41, the fan-shaped tray 3 swings downwards under the action of the guide connecting rod component 5.

As shown in fig. 2, a seasoning baffle 42 is arranged above the annular guide frame 4 to prevent seasoning from flying out and wasting seasoning during spraying.
As shown in fig. 3, the lower half part of the inner diameter surface of the annular support 2 is circular arc-shaped, the upper half part of the inner diameter surface of the annular support 2 is cylindrical, the lower half part of the inner diameter surface of the annular support 2 is tangential to the outer side surface of the fan-shaped tray 3, and the upper half part of the inner diameter surface of the annular support 2 is tangential to the outer diameter surface of the annular guide frame 4.
It should be noted that the annular support 2 is tangent to the fan-shaped tray 3, so that the fan-shaped tray 3 is always in contact with the inner wall of the annular support 2 in the rotating process, and the peanut is prevented from falling due to the enlarged gap between the annular support and the fan-shaped tray.
As a modification, the width of the oil dropping notch 22 is set to be 3-5mm, and the diameter of the oil dropping hole 31 is set to be 3-5 mm.

the annular guide frame (4) is arranged above the annular support (2), an annular track groove (41) is formed in the lower end face of the annular guide frame (4) along the circumferential direction of the annular guide frame, and each fan-shaped material tray (3) is connected with the annular guide frame (4) through at least one group of guide connecting rod assemblies (5); the lower end of the guide connecting rod assembly (5) is connected with the corresponding fan-shaped material tray (3), and the upper end of the guide connecting rod assembly extends into the annular track groove (41) and is arranged in contact with the annular guide frame (4);
the seasoning spraying unit (6) is arranged on the rack (1) and is arranged below the seasoning spraying space (200), and a powder outlet (61) of the seasoning spraying unit (6) is communicated with the seasoning spraying space (200); and
the driving unit (7) is arranged below the annular support (2), the driving unit (7) comprises a motor (71), a transmission assembly (72) and a transmission shaft (73), the motor (71), the transmission assembly (72) and the transmission shaft (73) are mounted on the rack (1), the transmission shaft (73) penetrates through the annular support (2), and the upper end part of the transmission shaft is rotatably connected with the annular guide frame (4);
the method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, adding fried peanuts, namely adding the fried peanuts into a feeding space (100) through a feeding hole (23) and dropping the fried peanuts onto a fan-shaped material tray (3);
step two, oil leaching, namely driving the fan-shaped material disc (3) to rotate by using a transmission shaft (73) in the driving unit (7), and enabling the fan-shaped material disc (3) to rotate and swing up and down by using the combined action of an annular track groove (41) formed in the annular guide frame (4) and a guide connecting rod assembly (5), so that peanuts can shake up and down to finish oil leaching;
step three, a seasoning adding procedure, namely when the fan-shaped tray (3) rotates to the seasoning spraying space (200), the piston assembly (63) arranged in the seasoning box (62) in the seasoning spraying unit (6) and the matching stirring unit (64) are utilized to realize intermittent seasoning spraying; meanwhile, the spraying frequency of the seasonings is the same as the up-and-down swinging frequency of the fan-shaped material tray (3), and when the fan-shaped material tray (3) swings to the bottom, the seasonings are sprayed;
and step four, a discharging procedure, wherein when the fan-shaped material tray (3) rotates to the discharging space (300), the discharging hole (21) formed in the side surface of the annular support (2) is utilized, and the fan-shaped material tray (3) rotates to the position of the discharging hole (21) by matching with the up-and-down swinging of the fan-shaped material tray (3), so that the discharging is realized through the up-and-down swinging.

The method for draining oil and spreading salt of fried peanuts according to claim 1, wherein a first connecting block (731) and a second connecting block (732) are sequentially connected to a transmission shaft (73) of the driving unit (7) from bottom to top, one end of the fan-shaped tray (3) is hinged to the first connecting block (731), the fan-shaped tray (3) synchronously rotates along with the transmission shaft (73), the second connecting block (732) is connected with an elastic connecting piece (8), and the elastic connecting piece (8) is connected with the fan-shaped tray (3), so that the power of the fan-shaped tray (3) in the upward swinging process is realized.
