Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a freezing container for food, which stores seasonings, food materials, water, etc. in a storage part having a plurality of storage spaces formed therein, and then stores them in a freezing or refrigerating manner so as to easily take out a desired amount of the seasonings, food materials, water, etc. for use, wherein a protrusion is provided on a bottom surface of the storage part, and in order to improve elasticity, restorability, and strength, the protrusion is provided with a first protrusion having a circular shape and a protrusion having a doughnut shape formed at the center of the first protrusion, and a second protrusion having a protrusion is formed at the center of the inner side of the storage part due to a recessed groove formed at the center of the protrusion, so that the foods in a frozen state do not continuously contact with each other on a wide surface of the bottom surface.
Background
In general, a freezing container is used as a container for freezing water or beverages, etc., and thus is provided in the shape of a plastic plate having a plurality of compartments. Since the freezing container has a compartment having a shape and a size suitable for freezing beverages and the like, it is not suitable for use as a freezing container for containing foods and foods of small to large volumes such as mashed garlic, foods at weaning stage, and porridge. In addition, since the conventional freezing container is made of a strong material, it is necessary to use the entire container by turning it upside down to take out the contents, and to use the container as a whole separately.
In order to solve the problem, the present applicant filed an ice making container for food, korean registered patent No. 10-1519819 This container can freeze not only ice cubes or beverages but also various food materials, and can easily take out a required amount when used, but has a disadvantage in that since the containing part has a hemispherical shape, it is necessary to press the bottom surface in order to take out the contents, and when the bottom surface is pressed, it is not easily restored to its original shape, and thus it is necessary to restore by pressing in the opposite direction.
In addition, the ice making container for food has a disadvantage in that the food is crushed or broken when the bottom surface is pressed in order to take out the frozen food, and thus the taken-out food is not in a complete state but in a crushed state.

Most preferred embodiments
Alternative embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily implement the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present invention relates to a freezing container for food, which stores food such as seasonings, food materials, or water in a container (120) having a plurality of storage spaces formed therein and then stores the food in a freezing or refrigerating manner so that a desired amount of the food can be easily taken out for use, the freezing container comprising: a main body part (100) which is opened at the upper part and is provided with a containing part (120) for dividing a plurality of storage spaces through a grid part (110); and a lid section (200) that covers the housing section (120) from above the body section (100) to prevent foreign matter from flowing into the interior thereof.
The body part (100) is a container case and is used in combination with a lid part (200) comprising a container lid, and the body part is composed of a mesh part (110), a plurality of receiving parts (120) divided by the mesh part (110), an end part (130), and a handle part (140), and can be made of a synthetic resin material.
The main body part (100) can be made of various materials, the selectable material is formed by polyethylene and other materials, and the finished product of the polyethylene material can keep flexibility and elasticity, is favorable for injection molding and can resist low temperature.
The main body part (100) is opened at the upper part, and a plurality of storage spaces form an accommodating part (120) for storing food such as seasonings, food materials or water according to a certain amount, and the accommodating part (120) forms a grid structure by grid parts (110) arranged in the horizontal and vertical directions.
The mesh part (110) is provided to protrude from the upper end side of the mesh part (110), and a separation protrusion (111) is provided to prevent the contents of the container part (120) from being frozen in a state of covering the upper end of the mesh part when the contents overflow.
The separation protrusion (111) solves the following problems: when the contents contained in the containing part (120) are overflowed and frozen in a state of being mixed with the contents of another containing part (120), it is difficult to separate only the contents of the containing part (120) at this time. And a separation protrusion provided at the center of the mesh part (110) that divides the storage part (120) and the other storage part and protruding by a predetermined length. In addition, the separation protrusion (111) can prevent the shape of the grid part from being deformed due to the increase of the volume of the food when the food is frozen, and can provide a large supporting force for the grid part. Due to the separation protrusion (111), even if the content (food) overflows to the upper end of the grid part and freezes, the grid part will not deform, and the thickness of the content connected between the grid part and the grid part will be reduced.
Since the separation protrusion (111) is provided, even if the food overflowing from the receiving part (120) is mixed with the food in another receiving part and frozen, a groove for easily separating the food can be formed.
The structure of the containing part (120) is rectangular, the containing part is a continuous arrangement structure, and the containing part can be arranged into grid structures with various shapes.
The size of the receiving part (120) can be selected according to the preference of the consumer. For example, a smaller size can be formed to store the ginger or mashed garlic cut into small pieces, or a larger size can be formed to store the cut chopped green onion or chili pepper, etc.
In addition, the accommodating part (120) can be formed into different specifications to form storage spaces with different sizes.
The receiving portion (120) may be formed to protrude at an edge thereof in an upper direction to form an end portion (130), and to protrude at both sides thereof to form a handle portion (140).
The accommodating part (120) is made of easily bendable material such as silicon, rubber, or synthetic resin, is deformed into a first protruding part (121) which rises upward in the downward direction (downward) when external force is applied from the lower part, is formed to protrude upward in the downward direction (downward), and has elasticity, restorability, and great strength against the deformation that the bottom surface (120a) of the first protruding part (121) protrudes upward by the external force, and comprises: a protrusion (122) provided at the center of the first protrusion (121); a groove (123a) formed in a shape in which the center of the protrusion (122) is recessed inward; and a second protrusion (123) provided at a position corresponding to the groove (123a) and having a central portion protruding.
The bottom surface (120a) of the receiving part (120) is different from a general freezing container, the bottom surface of the receiving part has a curvature protruding toward the lower side, so that the bottom surface (120a) protruding toward the bottom surface of the main body part (100) has elasticity, and the bottom surface of the receiving part can be bent or restored toward the inner side of the receiving part (120), a first protrusion part (121) having a circular shape and a protrusion part (122) having a doughnut shape are formed at the center of the first protrusion part (121), a groove part (123a) recessed inward is formed at the center of the protrusion part (122), and a second protrusion part (123) protruding inward is formed at the inner side surface of the receiving part (120), that is, at the center part of the receiving part (120) corresponding to the position of the groove part (123 a). That is, the first protrusion (121) and the second protrusion (123) have opposite protruding directions, and the first protrusion (121) and the protrusion (122) have the same protruding direction.
As shown in fig. 3, the thickness (t2) of the side surface (120b) of the receiving part (120) is thicker than the thickness (t1) of the bottom surface (120a) of the receiving part (120), and the side surface (120b) of the receiving part is not deformed when the bottom surface (120a) of the receiving part is pressed, so that the frozen food received in the receiving part is easily separated, and the receiving part is easily restored even if the receiving part (120) is pressed to be deformed.
In addition, the thickness (a) from the bottom surface (120a) to the protrusion (122), the thickness (b) from the bottom surface (120a) to the second protrusion (123), and the thickness (c) between the protrusion (122) and the second protrusion (123) are thicker than the thickness between the protrusion (122) and the first protrusion (121), so that when the bottom surface (120a) is pressed to separate the food from the freezing container, the food in the inner center of the protrusion (122) does not crack because the moving distance from the bottom surface (120a) to the protrusion (122) is longest.
Further, the inside of the container composed of the protrusion (122) and the second protrusion (123) protrudes toward the inside of the container, so that the food does not come into flat contact with the bottom surface of the inside of the container, and thus the food can be easily separated from the container by a small deformation of the container.
The thickness (b) of the second protrusion (123) protruding into the container is the same as the thickness (c) of the side surface, that is, between the second protrusion (123) and the protrusion (122). Therefore, the protrusion (122) protruding toward the outside of the container gradually rises toward the inside and the outside of the container, and rises toward the inside of the container with the same thickness from the middle between the second protrusion (123) and the protrusion (122) up to the second protrusion (123) to reach the apex. In addition, it is preferable that the thickness a of the protrusion (122) is generally smaller than b and c. Here, since the external force is applied to separate the frozen food from the container, if the protrusion has a large thickness and protrudes to the outside, the hand feels pain when pressed. The receiving portion is formed to be large and not only the protrusion portion but also the first protrusion portion (121) can be pressed, and then the thickness of the protrusion portion (122) may be slightly greater than that of the second protrusion portion at this time.
The thickness from the protrusion (122) to the second protrusion (123) is greater than the thickness from the protrusion (122) to the first protrusion (121). Therefore, the part between the protrusion part and the first protrusion part (121) is easy to deform by external force, and the part between the protrusion part (122) and the second protrusion part (123) is not easy to deform by external force. Due to the structure, the distance moved between the second protruding part (123) and the protruding part at the center part of the freezing container is longest, so that the interval is not deformed, thereby causing less cracks on food, and the protruding part and the first protruding part are easily deformed, thereby easily deforming the food and the container. In addition, since the protrusion (122) and the second protrusion (123) protrude toward the inside of the container, a continuous flat shape on the circular first protrusion (121) is eliminated, so that it is difficult for the food to be in close contact with the freezing container, thereby easily separating the food from the container.
In addition, the height of the outer edge of the first protrusion (121) is higher than the center of the second protrusion (123). A circular first protrusion (121) protrudes downward from the outer edge, a second protrusion (123) is provided at the center thereof, and the second protrusion located at the middle among the second protrusions (123) protrudes at the highest height toward the inside of the container. At this time, as shown in fig. 3, even the highest position in the second protrusion portion (123) is set to a height lower than that of the outer edge of the first protrusion portion (121). The second protrusion (123) is located at the center of the bottom surface for preventing the food and the receptacle from being in flat contact over a large area, so that the food can be easily separated from the receptacle when an external force is applied to the first protrusion, but if the second protrusion (123) is set high, the food is caught by the second protrusion, so that the separation becomes more difficult.
The receiving part (120), which is smooth in surface roughness including the inside of the bottom surface (120a) of the receiving part (120) in order to facilitate the separation of the food in a frozen state, that is, in order to smooth the inside surface of the receiving part (120), the surface roughness may be set to a minimum so that the food in a frozen state in the receiving part (120) is easily slid until separated when the bottom surface (120a) of the receiving part is pressed.
In addition, the outer side surface of the receiving portion (120) may be provided with a large-sized surface roughness, that is, treated to such an extent that its gloss is not seen when observed with the naked eye, thereby preventing the body portion (100) from slipping off the hand when held.
In the main body part (100), a corner part surrounding the receiving part (120) is higher than the receiving part (120), that is, an end part (130) is formed at the corner part for connection with the cover part (200), and a handle part (140) extending from the main body part (100) is provided.
A hanging table (141) is provided at an end of the handle part (140), and is formed to be bent and extended toward a vertically lower side, thereby preventing the handle part (140) from sliding when the handle part (140) is held by a hand.
On one side of the upper side of the handle part (140), a letter mark part (not shown) indicating the volume of the accommodating part (120) may be provided, and the letter mark part may be molded according to the material of the body part (100) or directly printed on the surface.
The volume of the receiving part (120) may be set in various volumes, and the letter mark part (not shown) marks the volume of the receiving part (120) in units of ml or mg or a spoon, so that the capacity of the food in a frozen state can be easily improved.
The edge of the lid part (200) is formed in a recessed shape, and when it is coupled to the end part (130) formed at the edge of the body part (100) in a protruding manner, it can elastically press and close the inside, thereby preventing the contents from leaking water or soup.
The cover part (200) is detachably arranged at the upper part of the accommodating part (120) and is connected with the main body part (100) to prevent foreign matters from flowing into the accommodating part (120).
The lid section (200) may be made of the same material as the body section (100), and may be made of a material such as silicon, rubber, or synthetic resin.
In the lid section (200), a lid section handle section (210) formed to extend from one side of a corner is provided at one side of the corner so that the lid section (200) is easily opened, and the lid section (200) connected to the main body section (100) can be easily separated by the lid section handle section (210).
The container for food of the present invention has the following uses: the user stores seasonings, food materials, water, or the like, which are prepared by chopping garlic or ginger, in the receiving part (120) of the main body part (100), respectively, and then covers the cover (200) to store the same in a freezing or refrigerating manner, so that the bottom surface (120a) of the receiving part (120) is pressed as necessary, thereby easily taking out the food and using the same.
At this time, even if the food loaded in the receiving part (120) overflows to the upper end surface of the mesh part (110) forming the side wall of the receiving part (120), a lid part (200) is covered to close, and the lid part (200) is connected to the end part (130) provided at the corner of the receiving part (120), thereby isolating and closing the food received in the receiving part (120) from the outside air. That is, even if the food is filled up to the upper end of the mesh part and the volume of the food becomes large after freezing, the mesh part can be uniformly maintained and the food connected between the mesh part and the mesh part can be easily separated even if the food having a large volume is pressed against the mesh part by the separation protrusion (111) provided between the mesh parts.
The user can prepare a plurality of the body parts (100) having the cover parts (200) covered thereon and then stack them and put them into the freezing chamber, thereby effectively using the space of the freezing chamber.
The main body part (100) covered with the cover part (200) is put into a freezing chamber and then frozen, and a user can take out the main body part (100) when necessary, then open the cover part (200), take out the frozen food and use the food.
A user holds the handle parts (140) arranged at two sides of the main body part (100) by hands, then takes the main body part (100) out of the freezing chamber, and a hanging table (141) is arranged at the end part of the handle part (140), so that the handle part (14) can be easily held and prevented from sliding down, and the main body part (100) can be stably moved.
In order to take out frozen food from the accommodating part (120), a user presses the bottom surface (120a) of the accommodating part (120) towards the inner side direction of the accommodating part (120) so as to separate the frozen food from the accommodating part (120), the thickness of the bottom surface (120a) is thinner than that of the side surface (120b) of the accommodating part (120), when the user applies pressure, the bottom surface (120a) is easy to press, and at the same time, the side surface (120b) is kept in the original shape, so that the content of the accommodating part (120) can be easily separated.
In addition, in the process of freezing the food accommodated in the accommodating part (120), the food overflows from the accommodating part (120) due to the increased volume of the food, so that the food is frozen in a state of being connected with the content of another accommodating part, and when a user presses the bottom surface (120a) of the accommodating part (120), the food of the required accommodating part and the food around the food may be separated in one piece. At this time, the contents are frozen in a partially separated state by a separation protrusion (111) provided on an upper side surface of the mesh part (110), so that the user can easily separate the contents of the storage part frozen in a connected state.
After the frozen food is separated, the bottom surface (120a) of the accommodating part (120) is restored under the influence of elasticity, and then the cover part (200) is covered to refrigerate and store the residual food, thereby ensuring the sanitation of the food.
Therefore, the freezing container for food of the invention, its upper portion is open, load a certain amount of condiment, food or food such as water separately, then freeze or refrigerate and keep, form the containing part (120) of a plurality of storage spaces through the grid part (110) division inside, form the jut on its bottom surface (120a), in order to improve elasticity, resilience and intensity, there are first protruding parts (121) of round shape and protruding parts (122) of the doughnut shape formed in the centre of the first protruding part in the said jut, because the trough part (123a) of the recess formed in the centre of the said protruding part (122), make the food in frozen state will not contact on the bottom surface (120a) flatly, therefore can pass the bottom surface (120a) of the said containing part of pressing, the frozen food accommodated in each of the accommodating parts (120) can be easily taken out without being crushed or cracked.
In the freezing container for food of the present invention, the thickness of the side surface (120b) of the containing part (120) is thicker than the thickness of the bottom surface (120a), when the bottom surface (120a) is pressed, the side surface (120b) is not deformed, so that the food in the frozen state contained in the containing part (120) is easily separated, and even if the containing part (120) is pressed and deformed, the containing part is easily restored, so there is no inconvenience due to the deformation.
In the freezing container for food of the present invention, the thickness from the bottom surface (120a) to the protrusion (122) is the same as the thickness from the bottom surface (120a) to the second protrusion (123), and the thickness between the protrusion (122) and the second protrusion (123) is thicker than the thickness between the protrusion (122) and the second protrusion (123), so that the food in a frozen state is not cracked when the bottom surface (120a) is pressed.
The freezing container for food of the present invention is characterized in that the bottom surface (120a) is formed to be curved so that the bottom surface (120a) of the containing part has elasticity, so that the contents thereof can be independently separated for each containing part (120), so that various seasonings or weaning food, porridge, medicines, etc. can be frozen and stored in one portion, and the remaining ingredients can be frozen and stored after use, so that the sanitation of the ingredients can be ensured, and at the same time, a container having containing parts (120) of different capacities can be provided, so that small-capacity ingredients such as mashed garlic to large-capacity foods such as weaning food, etc. can be frozen and stored in one portion, so that the frozen foods can be used as needed.
