-运动和图像获取装置9,适于从房间和用户的运动获取图像;
-用于获取用户的生命体征的装置10;
房间进一步包括这种有源装置的电子管理和控制系统,其被编程为连续地从这种无源装置获得反馈数据,其中管理和控制系统被编程以自主地评估反馈数据并且根据这种自主评估,选择性地激活和/或停用这些有源装置中的每个和/或选择性地连续改变其操作,反馈数据包括以下中的一个或多个:
-由用户发出的言语或声音信号;
-由用户执行的运动信号或手势或面部表情;
-用户的生命体征的变化;
更详细地,根据本发明的多感官和多媒体房间1由可变数量的侧壁界定。至少一个侧壁支撑上述视频装置2,诸如,作为非限制性示例,由高分辨率LED模块构成的视频屏幕;在优选的解决方案中,单个LED的分辨率或像素尺寸包括在0.9和1.2mm2之间。
因此,视频装置2可以影响前方侧壁10(其中,前方意味着在使用期间与用户相对放置的壁),但也延伸到相邻的侧壁12上(即,仍然以用户为参考,上天花板和侧壁)。没有什么阻止视频装置也延伸到地板11和用户后面的墙壁。
投影可以在平坦的表面上进行,也可以在弯曲的表面上进行,以提供更大的浸入图像的感觉。
视频装置2能够呈现静止的但也能够呈现运动的图像、文本、图画、颜色和彩色光以提供颜色治疗处理。
房间还配备有音频装置3,其包括例如多个声扩散器。这些扩散器设置在房间中以便给予用户一种声音沉浸体验的感觉,即,可能设置在用户周围360°处。再次,音频装置还能够发出声波,其也包含可听区域之外的频率,特别地,从1Hz到10Hz的次声。
对于嗅觉装置4,其包括香精扩散系统。其利用待汽化的香精的罐和多个汽化器喷嘴来完成,待汽化的香精的罐设在房间自身的边缘处,多个汽化器喷嘴分布在房间中并且适于连接到该罐以用于使待汽化的香精进入房间并扩散。有利地,这种扩散系统以及通常这种多个喷嘴可以与气候装置5可操作地关联。更详细地,这样的操作关联包括激活或改变气候装置5的操作以促进香精的扩散,或相反地,当用香精的治疗被中断时,去除其在房间中的气味。
气候装置5包括配备有离子发生器的气候控制系统,离子发生器具有根据房间的体积来确定尺寸的开口50。系统可以处理所引入的气流(例如,通过微风或风的刺激)的强度或以合适的流速抽吸空气以在短时间内去除嗅觉内容物。还可以模拟雾等大气事件。如上所述,系统配备有离子发生器以根据在视频中传输的图像修改引入的空气的条件(例如,如果图像涉及山地景观,则离子发生器将被激活以通过引入负离子将“更清洁”空气引入到房间中)。
再次,根据本发明的房间配备有电磁波生成装置6,其通过在图中示意性示出的特斯拉线圈天线传输到房间中。
可能地,在一些具体应用中,还可以提供便携式的电磁波生成装置7,其适于生成和传输从0.1Hz到10MHz的电磁波,通过连接到用户的相关缆绳或手环,并且配备有连接器,以允许微电流直接接触通过身体。
众所周知,电磁波以一定频率传播到用户所沉浸的房间可以影响他们的大脑响应,不仅对放松状态,而且对其他症状诸如疼痛、压力等也有一系列好处。在图中所示的解决方案中,有两个特斯拉型线圈天线。显然,这并不排除存在更多数目的可能性。
在如图中所示的实施例中,在前侧壁的底部处并且一般而言在垂直壁的底部处,在地板与它们之间延伸有基板13,在基板13中插入上述有源装置,特别地是音频装置、嗅觉装置以及气候装置。可能且优选地,在基板中,还插入部分无源装置,诸如至少图像获取装置和声音接收装置。
上面描述的是房间的所谓的有源装置,因为它们直接对用户施加动作或者在房间中施加动作其次对用户施加动作。
根据本发明的多感官和多媒体房间进一步包括无源装置,即不直接作用于用户而是具有从他/她接收信息/信号的功能的装置。
无源装置包括:声音接收装置8,其适于接收来自房间并且特别地是来自用户的声音;运动和图像获取装置9,其适于从房间以及用户的运动获取图像;用户的生命体征的获取装置10。
更详细地,上面列出的无源装置的目的是连续地监测用户的活动和它们对由有源装置发送的刺激的感知。
再次,感官房间包括电子控制系统,其可操作地连接到无源装置和有源装置,以便连续地接收来自无源装置的关于用户状态的反馈,并且基于这样的反馈自主地改变操作或选择性地激活/停用有源装置。这样的反馈可以在以下类别中的一个或多个中标识:
-由用户发出的言语或声音信号;
-由用户执行的运动信号或手势或面部表情;
-用户生命体征的变化;
-用户大脑活动的变化。
特别地,由用户发出的言语或声音信号由上述声音接收装置8接收,声音接收装置8包括优选地插入到上述基板中的一个或多个环境麦克风。通过图像获取装置9获取用户所执行的运动信号或手势或面部表情,图像获取装置9包括至少一个电视摄像机。图像获取装置9可以进一步包括一个或多个运动传感器。
运动或手势显然也意味着用户姿势的变化。可能地,图像和运动获取装置还包括红外电视摄像机。
生命参数获取装置10包括传感器(也定位在实际用户上),但也可以使用上述至少一个电视摄像机和至少一个运动传感器;它们至少检测用户的心率和体温。
在另一个实施例中,无源装置还包括用于监测用户的大脑活动的装置,其适于监测由正在进行的大脑活动发出的电磁波。例如,这样的装置包括用于检测用户的脑电或脑电波的传感器。
本发明的另一方面涉及一种用于管理上述多感官和多媒体房间的方法。特别地,方法包括以下步骤:
-通过有源装置中的一个或多个向用户提供至少一个多感官/多媒体刺激;
-通过无源装置连续地检测关于用户与至少一个刺激相关的反馈数据;
-将反馈数据连续地发送到管理和控制系统;
-评估用户对这样的至少一个刺激的反应的积极性;
如果这样的评估是负面的,则通过干预有源装置的功能来通过管理和控制系统修改至少一个刺激。
因此,系统连续且自主地响应用户的需求。即,它不需要直接的命令来解释他们的需求,而是评估他们的反应并且基于反应评估具有积极情感反馈的有源装置的功能。修改有源装置的功能表示激活和/或停用它们,但也修改在多媒体和多感官房间中重复的声音或视频或所发出的精华,如修改房间的温度或湿度百分比。
再次,通过评估上面列出的数据,即,用户发出的手势、运动、面部表情、生命体征、声音,从系统获得对刺激的积极响应的评估。
例如,厌恶或恐惧的表达可以被系统识别并被解释为负面的。体温升高超过某一期望阈值是对感官刺激的负面响应的信号。
通过非限制性示例提供的以下事件中的一个或多个指示对感官刺激的负面响应:
-大喊;
-鲁莽的手势;
-与恐惧、厌恶有关的面部表情;
-可以被解释为中断信号的词语的动词化(例如:“够了”、“停止”);
-体温大于38°或小于34°
-心率超过120次/分钟。
相对于已知的解决方案,根据本发明的多感官和多媒体房间获得一系列新的优点。特别地,由于由用户提供的连续反馈,控制系统能够实时且连续地修改提供给实际用户的刺激,以通过它们获得期望的调节结果。
因此,根据本发明的房间也适用于治疗或幸福感的目的,因为通过应用某些方案,将有可能实现对每个用户的特定刺激,以便出于将他/她带到放松和/或认知接受的条件的角度来修改例如生命体征和大脑活动。
系统与用户的主动交互是根据本发明的房间相对于已知的多感官/多媒体仪器的新功能。特别地,根据本发明的房间结合了用于在执行刺激之前使用户处于合适的精神状态下的装置,该刺激通过上面列出和描述的反馈信号进行验证。因此,通过实时地修改有源装置的刺激功能并随后分析关于对象响应于刺激的情感反应的数据或分析实际用户的其他偶然要求来控制有源装置。
可以对根据本发明的多媒体和多感官房间进行其他变化和/或修改,但不由此偏离由所附权利要求限定的本发明自身的保护范围。
Claims (22)
1.一种适于容纳用户的多感官和多媒体房间,由周边壁(10,11,12)界定,至少配备有有源装置,诸如:
-视频装置(2),适于将视频图像传输到所述周边壁中的至少一个上;
-音频装置(3),适于在所述房间中发出声音;
-嗅觉装置(4),适于在所述房间中发出气味和香味物质;
-气候装置(5),适于调节所述房间的温度;
-电磁波生成装置(6),至少适于在所述房间中发出电磁波;
所述房间进一步包括无源装置,诸如:
-声音接收装置(8),适于接收来自所述房间的声音;
-运动和图像获取装置(9),适于从所述房间和所述用户的运动获取图像;
-用于获取所述用户的生命体征的装置(10);
所述房间进一步包括被编程为连续地从所述无源装置(8,9,10)获得反馈数据的所述有源装置(2,3,4,5,6)的电子管理和控制系统,其中所述管理和控制系统被编程为自主地评估所述反馈数据,并且根据所述自主评估,选择性地激活和/或停用所述有源装置中的每个和/或选择性地连续改变其操作,所述反馈数据包括以下中的一个或多个:
-由所述用户发出的言语或声音信号;
-由所述用户执行的运动信号或手势或面部表情;
-所述用户的生命体征的变化。
2.根据权利要求1所述的房间,其中所述无源装置进一步包括用于监测所述用户的大脑活动的装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的房间,其中所述反馈数据进一步包括所述用户的大脑活动中的变化。
4.根据权利要求1所述的房间,其中所述有源装置进一步包括适于执行频率治疗并且由所述用户佩戴的用于生成电磁波(7)的另外的装置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的房间,其中所述另外的电磁波发生器装置(7)包括连接到所述用户的缆绳或手环,以允许微电流,诸如从0.1Hz到10MHz的电磁波直接通过到所述用户的身体上。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的房间,其中所述视频装置(2)包括由具有包括在0.9与1.2mm2之间的分辨率的LED模块组成的视频屏幕。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的房间,其中所述视频装置(2)能够影响所述周边壁中的一个或多个。
8.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的房间,其中所述音频装置(3)适于发出包含可听区域之外的频率的声波。
9.根据权利要求8所述的房间,其中所述声音频率包括在1Hz与10Hz之间。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的房间,其中所述音频装置(3)包括散布在所述房间中的多个扩散器。
11.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的房间,其中所述嗅觉装置(4)包括香精扩散系统和多个汽化器喷嘴。
12.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的房间,其中所述气候装置(5)包括具有离子发生器的气候控制系统。
13.根据权利要求12所述的房间,其中所述气候控制系统可操作地连接到所述嗅觉装置(4)。
14.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的房间,其中所述有源装置能够插入在所述周边壁与所述房间的地板之间实现的基板(13)中。
15.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的房间,其中所述可穿戴装置(7)包括手环,所述手环被提供有与适于执行频率治疗的可穿戴装置连接的电极,并且适于生成经调制具有包括在0.1Hz与10MHz之间的频率的微电流。
16.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的房间,其中所述声音接收装置(8)包括至少一个环境麦克风。
17.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的房间,其中所述图像获取装置(9)包括至少一个电视摄像机。
18.根据权利要求17所述的房间,其中所述至少一个电视摄像机是红外电视摄像机。
19.根据权利要求17或18所述的房间,其中所述图像获取装置(9)进一步包括一个或多个运动传感器。
20.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的房间,其中所述生命体征获取装置(10)适于至少检测所述用户的体温和心率。
21.一种用于管理根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的多感官和多媒体房间的方法,包括以下步骤:
-通过所述有源装置中的一个或多个向用户提供至少一个多感官/多媒体刺激;
-通过所述无源装置连续地检测关于用户与所述至少一个刺激相关的反馈数据;
-将所述反馈数据连续地发送到所述管理和控制系统;
-所述管理和控制系统自主地评估所述用户对所述至少一个刺激的反应的积极性;
-如果这样的评估是负面的,则通过干预所述有源装置的所述功能,所述管理和控制系统自主地修改所述至少一个刺激。
22.根据权利要求21所述的方法,其中如果所述反馈数据包括所述用户的以下反应中的一个或多个,则所述评估被认为是负面的:
-大喊;
-鲁莽的手势;
-与恐惧、厌恶有关的面部表情;
-可以被解释为中断信号的词语的动词化;
-体温大于38°或小于34°
-心率超过120次/分钟。
