The embodiment of the invention provides a target information redistribution method, which comprises the step that a server correspondingly stores target information and identification information, wherein the identification information is identification information of a user side sending the target information. When the redistribution is carried out, the server receives a redistribution request sent by the redistribution executor, sends a redistribution execution authority to the redistribution executor, the redistribution executor feeds back a redistribution result to the server, and the server updates the identification information of the target information according to the distribution result. Further, the beneficial effects include:
(1) customer service personnel maintain customer data in a working scene, and realize the transfer of target customer data through one-key data sharing when leaving jobs or changing jobs, thereby completing the maintenance and inheritance of enterprise customer resources;
(2) the method is simple to operate, can effectively complete the redistribution work of the target information, can redistribute the target information through two ways of an administrator user side and a user side, and has wider application;
(3) and storing corresponding target description information corresponding to the target information, and performing reallocation operation on the target description information, so that the workload of the receiving end can be reduced, the receiving end can quickly determine the characteristics of the target information, and the handover between the user end and the receiving end can be completed better.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a device for redistributing target information, please refer to fig. 10, where the device includes: an information receiving module 1010, a target information storage module 1020, a reallocation request receiving module 1030, an execution right allocating module 1040, an allocation result receiving module 1050, and an identification information updating module 1060;
the information receiving module 1010 is configured to receive target information and identification information sent by a user side, where the identification information is identification information of the user side;
the target information storage module 1020 is configured to store the target information corresponding to the identification information;
the reallocation request receiving module 1030 is configured to receive a reallocation request, where the reallocation request is a request for reallocation of target information of a user end;
the execution permission allocation module 1040 is configured to send the reallocation execution permission information in response to the reallocation request, so as to perform reallocation of the target information. The execution authority distribution module can send different redistribution execution authority information according to different redistribution executors.
When the redistribution executor is the administrator user side, the target information calling authority is sent to the administrator user side in response to the redistribution request, so that the administrator user side is used as the redistribution executor to execute the redistribution of the target information.
And when the reallocation executor is the user side, responding to the reallocation request, and sending the receiving end address acquisition authority to the user side so that the user side is used as the reallocation executor to execute reallocation of the target information.
The distribution result receiving module 1050 is configured to receive a distribution result of the target information;
the identification information updating module 1060 is configured to update the identification information of the target information according to the distribution result.
Further, referring to fig. 11, the identification information updating module 1060 in the apparatus includes: a reassigned identifier obtaining unit 1110, a correspondence relationship releasing unit 1120, and a correspondence relationship rebuilding unit 1130;
the redistribution identifier obtaining unit 1110 is configured to obtain redistribution identifier information of the target information according to a distribution result, where the redistribution identifier information is identifier information of a receiving end of the target information;
the correspondence removing unit 1120 is configured to remove the correspondence between the target information and the identification information; the corresponding relation is a mapping relation table between the target information and the identification information.
The correspondence relationship reestablishing unit 1130 is configured to establish a correspondence relationship between the target information and the reallocation identification information according to the reallocation identification information.
Further, referring to fig. 12, the apparatus further includes: a description information receiving module 1210, a description information re-assigning module 1220, and a description information assignment result receiving module 1230;
the description information receiving module 1210 is configured to receive target description information sent by a user side, where the target description information is additional information for describing features of a target;
the description information reallocation module 1220 is configured to send reallocation execution permission information in response to the reallocation request, so as to perform reallocation of the target description information;
the description information distribution result receiving module 1230 is configured to receive a distribution result of the target description information.
The device provided in the above embodiments can execute the method provided in any embodiment of the present invention, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects for executing the method. Technical details that are not described in detail in the above embodiments may be referred to a target information reallocation method provided in any of the embodiments of the present invention.
The present embodiment also provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which computer-executable instructions are stored, and the computer-executable instructions are loaded by a processor and execute the target information reallocation method of the present embodiment. The method comprises the following steps:
s210, receiving target information and identification information sent by a user side, wherein the identification information is identification information of the user side;
s220, storing the target information corresponding to the identification information;
s230, receiving a redistribution request, wherein the redistribution request is a request for redistributing target information of a user side;
s240, responding to the reallocation request, sending reallocation execution authority information to execute reallocation of target information;
s250, receiving a distribution result of the target information;
and S260, updating the identification information of the target information according to the distribution result.
The present embodiment also provides an apparatus, which includes a processor and a memory, where the memory stores a computer program, and the computer program is adapted to be loaded by the processor and execute a target information reallocation method described above in this embodiment.
The device may be a computer terminal, a mobile terminal or a server, and the device may also participate in forming the apparatus or system provided by the embodiments of the present invention. As shown in fig. 13, the mobile terminal 13 (or computer terminal 13 or server 13) may include one or more (shown with 1302a, 1302b, … …, 1302 n) processors 1302 (the processors 1302 may include, but are not limited to, a processing device such as a microprocessor MCU or a programmable logic device FPGA), a memory 1304 for storing data, and a transmission device 1306 for communication functions. Besides, the method can also comprise the following steps: a display, an input/output interface (I/O interface), a network interface, a power source, and/or a camera. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 13 is only an illustration and is not intended to limit the structure of the electronic device. For example, mobile device 13 may also include more or fewer components than shown in FIG. 13, or have a different configuration than shown in FIG. 13.
It should be noted that the one or more processors 1302 and/or other data processing circuitry described above may be referred to generally herein as "data processing circuitry". The data processing circuitry may be embodied in whole or in part in software, hardware, firmware, or any combination thereof. Further, the data processing circuitry may be a single stand-alone processing module, or incorporated in whole or in part into any of the other elements in the mobile device 13 (or computer terminal). As referred to in the embodiments of the application, the data processing circuit acts as a processor control (e.g. selection of a variable resistance termination path connected to the interface).
The memory 1304 may be used to store software programs and modules of application software, such as program instructions/data storage devices corresponding to the method described in the embodiment of the present invention, and the processor 1302 executes various functional applications and data processing by running the software programs and modules stored in the memory 1304, that is, implementing one of the above-described methods for generating a self-attention-network-based time-series behavior capture block. The memory 1304 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some examples, the memory 1304 may further include memory remotely located from the processor 1302, which may be connected to the mobile device 13 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The transmission means 1306 is used for receiving or transmitting data via a network. Specific examples of the network described above may include a wireless network provided by a communication provider of the mobile terminal 13. In one example, the transmission device 1306 includes a Network adapter (NIC) that can be connected to other Network devices through a base station to communicate with the internet. In one example, the transmitting device 1306 can be a Radio Frequency (RF) module, which is used to communicate with the internet in a wireless manner.
The display may be, for example, a touch screen type Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) that may enable a user to interact with a user interface of the mobile device 13 (or computer terminal).
The present specification provides method steps as described in the examples or flowcharts, but may include more or fewer steps based on routine or non-inventive labor. The steps and sequences recited in the embodiments are but one manner of performing the steps in a multitude of sequences and do not represent a unique order of performance. In the actual system or interrupted product execution, it may be performed sequentially or in parallel (e.g., in the context of parallel processors or multi-threaded processing) according to the embodiments or methods shown in the figures.
The configurations shown in the present embodiment are only partial configurations related to the present application, and do not constitute a limitation on the devices to which the present application is applied, and a specific device may include more or less components than those shown, or combine some components, or have an arrangement of different components. It should be understood that the methods, apparatuses, and the like disclosed in the embodiments may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is merely a division of one logic function, and there may be other divisions when actually implemented, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or unit modules.
Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
Those of skill would further appreciate that the various illustrative components and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the various illustrative components and steps have been described above generally in terms of their functionality in order to clearly illustrate this interchangeability of hardware and software. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method for reallocating target information, the method comprising:
receiving target information and identification information sent by a user side, wherein the identification information is identification information of the user side;
storing the target information corresponding to the identification information;
receiving a redistribution request, wherein the redistribution request is a request for redistributing target information of a user side;
in response to the reallocation request, sending reallocation execution authority information to execute reallocation of target information;
receiving the distribution result of the target information;
and updating the identification information of the target information according to the distribution result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the reallocation execution authority information to execute the reallocation of the target information in response to the reallocation request comprises:
and responding to the reallocation request, and sending target information calling authority to the administrator user side so that the administrator user side executes reallocation of the target information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the reallocation execution authority information to execute the reallocation of target information in response to the reallocation request further comprises:
and responding to the reallocation request, sending a receiving end address acquisition authority to the user end so that the user end executes the reallocation of the target information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving target description information sent by a user side, wherein the target description information is additional information for carrying out feature description on a target;
responding to the reallocation request, and sending reallocation execution authority information to execute reallocation of the target description information;
and receiving the distribution result of the target description information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the updating the identification information of the target information according to the allocation result comprises:
acquiring redistribution identification information of the target information according to a distribution result, wherein the redistribution identification information is identification information of a receiving end of the target information;
releasing the corresponding relation between the target information and the identification information;
and establishing a corresponding relation between the target information and the redistribution identification information according to the redistribution identification information.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the target information and the identification information sent by the user side, the method further comprises:
receiving target updating information, wherein the target updating information is updated target information of a user side;
and updating the stored target information according to the target updating information.
7. An apparatus for redistributing target information, the apparatus comprising: the system comprises an information receiving module, a target information storage module, a reallocation request receiving module, an execution authority distributing module, a distribution result receiving module and an identification information updating module;
the information receiving module is used for receiving target information and identification information sent by a user side, wherein the identification information is identification information of the user side;
the target information storage module is used for storing the target information corresponding to the identification information;
the reallocation request receiving module is used for receiving a reallocation request, wherein the reallocation request is a request for reallocation of target information of a user side;
the execution authority distribution module is used for responding to the redistribution request and sending redistribution execution authority information to execute redistribution of target information;
the distribution result receiving module is used for receiving the distribution result of the target information;
and the identification information updating module is used for updating the identification information of the target information according to the distribution result.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the apparatus identification information updating module comprises: the redistribution identification obtaining unit, the corresponding relation removing unit and the corresponding relation rebuilding unit;
the redistribution identification obtaining unit is used for obtaining redistribution identification information of the target information according to a distribution result, wherein the redistribution identification information is identification information of a receiving end of the target information;
the corresponding relation removing unit is used for removing the corresponding relation between the target information and the identification information;
the corresponding relation rebuilding unit is used for building the corresponding relation between the target information and the redistribution identification information according to the redistribution identification information.
9. An apparatus comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory has stored therein at least one instruction, at least one program, set of codes, or set of instructions, which is loaded and executed by the processor to implement a method of reallocating target information as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A storage medium comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory has stored therein at least one instruction, at least one program, set of codes, or set of instructions, which is loaded and executed by the processor to implement a method of reallocating target information as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6.
