Abstract
The invention provides a stock method and a stock system of vending machines, wherein the method comprises the steps that a mobile terminal is connected with a cloud data center to obtain the position and the stock information of at least one vending machine in a preset area; based on the information, the mobile terminal determines the vending machine and the stored goods to be stocked, and produces stored information based on the stored goods and sends the stored information to the cloud data center; the cloud data center generates inventory instructions based on the storage information and transmits the inventory instructions to the vending machine; based on the inventory instruction, the vending machine opens the storage cabinet to receive the stored goods and then closes; the vending machine controls the manipulator to actuate to transport the stored goods to the shelves. The vending machine can be used for storing goods conveniently, so that after-sales personnel can monitor the stock information of the vending machine in real time, and a function of temporarily storing goods can be provided for users.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of vending machines, in particular to a method and a system for storing goods of a vending machine.
Background
With the development of network technology, self-service selling has become a very common shopping mode in daily life, and a self-service vending machine is commonly used at present. The self-service vending machine is a common commercial automation device, is not limited by time and place, can save manpower and facilitate transaction, and is a brand new commercial retail mode, also called a micro supermarket with 24-hour business.
The stock flow of the vending machine is generally to open a door of the vending machine to perform stock. This method is cumbersome when only a certain commodity needs to be stored. And most of the vending machines on the market do not include a temporary storage function for users.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for a more convenient way of stocking that can be targeted to users at the same time.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a stock method and a stock system of a vending machine, which can conveniently stock and enable after-sales personnel of the vending machine to monitor the stock information of the vending machine in real time. In addition, the method and the system can provide a function of temporarily storing articles for the user.
In one aspect, the present invention provides an inventory method for vending machines, comprising the steps of: step 1, connecting a mobile terminal with a cloud data center to acquire position information and inventory information of at least one vending machine in a preset area; step 2, based on the position information and the inventory information, the vending machine to be stocked and the stored goods thereof are determined through the mobile terminal, and the stored information based on the stored goods is produced and sent to the cloud data center; step 3, the cloud data center generates inventory instructions based on the storage information and transmits the inventory instructions to the vending machine; step 4, based on the inventory instruction, the vending machine opens the storage container to receive the stored goods and then closes the storage container; and 5, controlling the mechanical arm to actuate by the automatic vending machine so as to convey the stored commodities to the goods shelf.
The step 1 comprises the step 1.1 that an information receiving module of a cloud data center receives position information and inventory information sent by the vending machine through a positioning system and data transmission; step 1.2, a data storage module of the cloud data center stores the position information and the inventory information; step 1.3, responding to the connection of the mobile terminal, an information publishing module of the cloud data center sends the position information and the inventory information stored in a preset area of a storage module to the mobile terminal; and step 1.4, acquiring the position information and the inventory information through a visual interface of the mobile terminal.
Step 2 includes step 2.1, based on the position information and the inventory information, the vending machine to be traded and the stored goods in the preset area are determined through the mobile terminal; 2.2, inputting storage information based on the mobile terminal; and 2.3, the mobile terminal transmits the stored information to an information receiving module of the cloud data center.
Step 3 comprises the step 3.1 that an operation module of the cloud data center identifies a position where a commodity is to be stored from a data storage module; and 3.2, generating the inventory instruction by an operation module based on the position to be stored.
The inventory instruction is an instruction for controlling the translation, rotation and pitching motion of the mechanical arm installed in the vending machine generated by the operation module, wherein the operation module judges the distance between the commodity and the mechanical arm and controls the mechanical arm to convey the commodity to the goods shelf through the translation, rotation and pitching motion.
In another aspect, the present invention further provides an inventory system for a vending machine, including a mobile terminal, a cloud data center, a vending machine background, and the vending machine, which are communicatively connected to each other, wherein the mobile terminal includes: the communication unit is in communication connection with the cloud data center and the vending machine background; the visual interface is configured to be information interactive and comprises a screen unit for reading information and an inventory unit for generating stored information; the cloud data center includes: the information receiving module is in communication connection with the mobile terminal communication unit so as to exchange information; a calculation module that generates inventory instructions based on the storage information; the data storage module is used for storing information and is in communication connection with the information receiving module and the operation module; and the information issuing module is in communication connection with the mobile terminal communication unit and the vending machine background. The vending machine includes: a manipulator responsive to the inventory instructions to grasp items to be stored contained in the storage cabinet onto the shelves; at least one storage container, the storage container for accommodating goods to be stored is provided with a storage opening.
The vending machines are in communication connection with a vending machine background, and the vending machine background controls the vending machines of the commodities to be stored corresponding to the position information from the vending machines in response to the position information; in response to the inventory instructions, the vending machine backend controls the vending machine of the items to be stored to transport the items to be stored from the inventory store onto the shelves.
The mobile terminal comprises a smart phone, a PAD and a personal handheld terminal, and the communication unit comprises wireless communication equipment.

Fig. 1 to 4 provide a flow chart of a selling method of the vending machine according to the present invention. Step 1, the mobile terminal is connected with a cloud data center to obtain position information and inventory information of at least one vending machine in a preset area. Step 1 comprises the steps that 1.1, an information receiving module of a cloud data center receives position information and inventory information sent by a vending machine through a positioning system and data transmission; step 1.2, a data storage module of the cloud data center stores the position information and the inventory information; step 1.3, responding to the connection of the mobile terminal, an information publishing module of the cloud data center sends the position information and the inventory information stored in a preset area of a storage module to the mobile terminal; and step 1.4, acquiring the position information and the inventory information through a visual interface of the mobile terminal.
And 2, determining the vending machine to be stocked and the stored goods thereof through the mobile terminal based on the position information and the inventory information, and producing the stored information based on the stored goods and sending the stored information to the cloud data center. Step 2 includes step 2.1, based on the position information and the inventory information, the vending machine to be traded and the stored goods in the preset area are determined through the mobile terminal; 2.2, inputting storage information based on the mobile terminal; and 2.3, the mobile terminal transmits the stored information to an information receiving module of the cloud data center.
And 3, the cloud data center generates inventory instructions based on the storage information and transmits the inventory instructions to the vending machine.
Step 3 comprises the step 3.1 that an operation module of the cloud data center identifies a position where a commodity is to be stored from a data storage module; and 3.2, generating the inventory instruction by an operation module based on the position to be stored.
And 4, based on the inventory instruction, the vending machine opens the storage container to receive the stored goods and then closes the storage container.
And 5, controlling the mechanical arm to actuate by the automatic vending machine so as to convey the stored commodities to the goods shelf.
Example two
Fig. 5-6 provide schematic structural views of the inventory system of the vending machine of the present invention. The inventory system of the inventory method of the vending machine comprises a mobile terminal, a cloud data center, a vending machine background and the vending machine, wherein the mobile terminal, the cloud data center, the vending machine background and the vending machine are in communication connection with each other. And the communication unit of the mobile terminal is in communication connection with the cloud data center and the vending machine background. An information receiving module of the cloud data center is in communication connection with the mobile terminal communication unit to exchange information; the operation module generates an inventory instruction based on the storage information; the data storage module for storing information is in communication connection with the information receiving module and the operation module; the information issuing module is in communication connection with the mobile terminal communication unit and the vending machine background.
The vending machines are in communication connection with the vending machine background, the vending machine background responds to the position information, the vending machine of the commodities to be stored corresponding to the position information is controlled from the vending machines, and the vending machine of the commodities to be stored is controlled to convey the commodities to be stored to the goods shelf from the stock cabinet.

1. An inventory method for a vending machine, said inventory method comprising the steps of:
step 1, connecting a mobile terminal with a cloud data center to acquire position information and inventory information of at least one vending machine in a preset area;
step 2, based on the position information and the inventory information, the vending machine to be stocked and the stored goods thereof are determined through the mobile terminal, and the stored information based on the stored goods is produced and sent to the cloud data center;
step 3, the cloud data center generates inventory instructions based on the storage information and transmits the inventory instructions to the vending machine;
step 4, based on the inventory instruction, the vending machine opens the storage container to receive the stored goods and then closes the storage container;
and 5, controlling the mechanical arm to actuate by the automatic vending machine so as to convey the stored commodities to the goods shelf.
2. A method of stocking vending machines according to claim 1, characterized in that: the step 1 comprises the steps of,
step 1.1, an information receiving module of a cloud data center receives position information and inventory information sent by a vending machine through a positioning system and data transmission;
step 1.2, a data storage module of the cloud data center stores the position information and the inventory information;
step 1.3, responding to the connection of the mobile terminal, an information publishing module of the cloud data center sends the position information and the inventory information stored in a preset area of a storage module to the mobile terminal;
and step 1.4, acquiring the position information and the inventory information through a visual interface of the mobile terminal.
3. A method of stocking vending machines according to claim 1, characterized in that: the step 2 comprises the steps of,
step 2.1, based on the position information and the inventory information, determining the vending machine to be traded and the stored goods in the preset area through the mobile terminal;
2.2, inputting storage information based on the mobile terminal;
and 2.3, the mobile terminal transmits the stored information to an information receiving module of the cloud data center.
4. A method of stocking vending machines according to claim 1, characterized in that: the step 3 comprises the steps of,
3.1, identifying a position to be stored of a stored commodity from a data storage module by an operation module of the cloud data center;
and 3.2, generating the inventory instruction by an operation module based on the position to be stored.

A method of stocking vending machines according to claim 1, characterized in that: the inventory instruction is an instruction for controlling the translation, rotation and pitching motion of the mechanical arm installed in the vending machine generated by the operation module, wherein the operation module judges the distance between the commodity and the mechanical arm and controls the mechanical arm to convey the commodity to the goods shelf through the translation, rotation and pitching motion.

a calculation module that generates inventory instructions based on the storage information,

the information issuing module is in communication connection with the mobile terminal communication unit and the vending machine background:
the vending machine includes:
a robot responsive to the inventory instructions to grasp items to be stored contained in the storage cabinet onto the shelves,

7. The inventory system of claim 6, wherein: a plurality of vending machine communication connection vending machine backstage, wherein:
