Description

Flight change method, flight change device and storage medium
Technical Field
The present application relates to the technical field of flight management, and in particular, to a flight change method, device, and storage medium.
Background
At present, the ticket selling of civil aviation passengers is automated, and the ticket selling system of civil aviation passengers is accurately providing products and services, such as a ticket change service, for customers in real time based on an NDC (New Distribution Capability) standard provided by IATA (international air Transport Association).
Because the versions of the NDC standards applied to the interfaces of the respective navigation systems are different or the service logics based on the NDC standards are different, the difficulty of docking the navigation system interface by a downstream channel user is large. In order to solve the problem, a content Aggregator (Aggregator) is created, which provides a uniform interface and different airline company label change business logics for downstream channel users, receives a label change business processing request initiated by the downstream channel users through the uniform interface, forwards the received label change business processing request to the corresponding airline company, realizes the interaction between the downstream channel users and the corresponding airline company, and reduces the difficulty of the downstream channel users in connecting with the airline company interface.
However, the downstream channel user needs to maintain different subscription change service logics of different airlines, which causes great difficulty in accessing the content aggregator by the downstream channel user, and further causes low efficiency of subscription change service processing.

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, there is provided a flowchart of a flight change method provided in embodiment 1 of the present application, where the flight change method is applied to a content aggregator server, as shown in fig. 1, the method may include, but is not limited to, the following steps:
and step S11, receiving the change information sent by the agent terminal through the first interface.
In this embodiment, the change information may be understood as including information of the flight to be changed and information of the change request. For example, if the user originally subscribes for 18 th 8 th, a national aviation, and a flight from beijing to shanghai in an economy class, but the user needs to change to 17 th 8 th, and the national aviation is a flight from beijing to shanghai, the user may send a change request to the agent terminal, where the change request includes change information, and the agent terminal parses the change information, where specifically, the change information includes: the information of the flight to be changed (such as 18 days in 8 months, national aviation, one class of economy class flight from Beijing to Shanghai) and the change requirement (such as 17 days in 8 months, the flight from Beijing to Shanghai).
The first interface, may be an OrderReshop interface. The OrderReshop interface is an interface defined by NDC standard of IATA and is mainly used for a change link.
Step S12, based on the change information, determining a flight capable of changing labels and a driver to which the flight capable of changing labels belongs, calling a change interface of the driver to which the flight capable of changing labels belongs, and acquiring a target message, wherein the target message comprises: the basic information, the price and the price difference of the flight can be changed.
Because the change information contains the information of the flight to be changed and the change requirement, the flight which can be changed can be determined based on the change information. For example, the information to change flight is: and day 18 of 8 month, national aviation, namely, the flight from Beijing to Shanghai economic class, the sign change requirement is day 17 of 8 month, and the flight from Beijing to Shanghai national aviation can determine flight from 8 month 17, 10:00 take-off national aviation, namely, the flight from Beijing to Shanghai economic class, or flight from 8 month 17, 12:00 take-off national aviation, namely, the flight from Beijing to Shanghai first class, and the like, which can be changed on the basis of the information of the flight to be changed and the sign change requirement.
The information of the flight to be changed includes the driver information, and the tag needs to be changed in the same driver when the tag is changed, so that the driver corresponding to the driver information can be used as the driver to which the flight to be changed belongs.
Calling a label change interface of a navigation department to which the label-changeable flight belongs to obtain a target message, wherein the target message can be understood as follows: and calling a label changing interface of the driver to which the label changeable flight belongs, and acquiring target information from the driver to which the label changeable flight belongs.
The basic information of the bookable flight can be understood as follows: product information for flights. The product information of the flight may include, but is not limited to: flight time and duration, flight slot, freight rate information, additional services, and usage rules for the flight.
The difference price of the flight can be changed, and can be understood as follows: the sum of the price difference between the flight to be booked and the bookable flight and the possible bookchange fees.
The label changing interface of the airline department to which the bookable flight belongs can be an OrderReshop interface. The OrderReshop interface is an interface defined by NDC standard of IATA and is mainly used for a change link.
For example, the steps of determining a changeable flight and a driver to which the changeable flight belongs based on the change information, calling a change interface of the driver to which the changeable flight belongs, and acquiring a target message are described, for example, if the driver to which the changeable flight belongs is determined to be Air _ a based on the change information, the content aggregator server needs to call an Airshopping interface of Air _ a, and the Air _ a returns target information (that is, basic information, price and difference of the changeable flight); if the driver of the flight which can be changed and signed is determined to be Air _ B based on the change information, the content aggregator server needs to call an OrderReshop interface of the Air _ B, and the Air _ B returns target information (namely, basic information, price and price difference of the flight which can be changed and signed); if the driver of the flight which can be changed in sign is determined to be Air _ C based on the change information, the content aggregator server needs to call the OrderReshop interface of the Air _ C, and the Air _ C returns the target information (namely, the basic information, the price and the price difference of the flight which can be changed in sign).
And step S13, returning the target information to the agent terminal through the first interface.
And returning the target information to the agent terminal through the first interface, wherein the agent terminal can select a change flight from the change flights based on the target information, and the change flight selected from the change flights is taken as the selected change flight. After determining that the flight has been selected for re-signing, the broker terminal may send information of the selected flight, along with confirmation information and payment information for the selected flight, to the content aggregator server via a second interface provided by the content aggregator server.
The second interface may be an OrderChange interface. The OrderChange interface is defined by NDC standard of IATA and is mainly used for order change links. Through the OrderChange interface, the change of flight sections and payment can be completed, and delayed payment, order information modification or passenger information modification and the like can also be completed.
And step S14, receiving the information of the selected change flight, confirmation and payment information sent by the agent terminal through a second interface.
Correspondingly, the content aggregator server receives the information of the selected flight change, the confirmation and the payment information sent by the agent terminal through the second interface.
And step S15, determining and calling a payment interface of the driver to which the selected re-signed flight belongs based on the information of the selected re-signed flight, and sending the confirmation and payment information to the driver to which the selected re-signed flight belongs.
The payment interface may be an OrderChange interface. The OrderChange interface is defined by NDC standard of IATA and is mainly used for order change links. Through the OrderChange interface, the change of flight sections and payment can be completed, and delayed payment, order information modification or passenger information modification and the like can also be completed.
And determining the driver to which the selected change flight belongs based on the information of the selected change flight. And after determining the driver to which the selected re-signed flight belongs, determining and calling a payment interface of the driver to which the selected re-signed flight belongs, and sending confirmation and payment information to the driver to which the selected re-signed flight belongs.
And step S16, sending the information returned by the driver to which the selected change flight belongs to the agent terminal through the second interface.
And after receiving the confirmation and payment information, the navigation department of the selected re-signed flight completes payment transaction, and returns information to the content aggregator server to prompt that the payment transaction is completed, and correspondingly, the content aggregator server sends the information returned by the navigation department of the selected re-signed flight to the agent terminal through the second interface.
In the application, by improving the service processing flow of the content aggregator server, the content aggregator server provides a first interface and a second interface to receive information sent by the agent terminal, determines a flight number capable of being changed based on the change information, determines and calls a change interface of a navigation department to which the flight number capable of being changed belongs, the agent terminal is not required to determine and call the change interface of the navigation department to which the flight number capable of being changed belongs, and determines and calls a payment interface of the navigation department to which the flight number selected belongs based on the information of the selected change flight, the agent terminal is not required to determine and call the payment interface of the navigation department to which the flight number selected change belongs, so that the agent does not need to maintain the change service logic of different navigation departments any more, only a set of uniform change service logic is maintained, and the difficulty of accessing the agent terminal to the content aggregator server is reduced, the efficiency of the processing of the label changing service is improved.
