Description

Target project information generation method and related equipment
Technical Field
The embodiment of the application relates to the field of data processing, in particular to a target project information generation method and related equipment.
Background
Project management is a branch of management science, and the definition of project management is as follows: refers to the process of applying special knowledge, skills, tools and methods in project activities to enable projects to achieve or exceed set requirements and expectations under limited resource constraints. Project management is the overall monitoring and management of some activities (such as tasks) that successfully achieve a series of goals. This includes planning, progress-planning, and maintaining the progress of the activities that make up the project. A "project is a one-time task that needs to be completed in a defined resource and a defined time. Specifically, the method can be a project, a service, a research topic, an activity and the like. "project management" is the application of management knowledge, tools and techniques to project activities to solve project problems or fulfill project requirements. Management includes five main tasks, such as leading (leading), organizing (organizing), working (staffing), planning (planning), and controlling (controlling). "
Project Management (Project Management): various related skills, methods and tools are applied to develop various activities in terms of planning, organization, leadership, control and the like in order to meet or exceed requirements and expectations of various parties related to the project on the project. In the project management process, each stage has its own start-stop range, including the input file of the stage and the output file to be generated in the stage. Meanwhile, each stage has a control gate of the stage, namely, the important file to be generated when the stage is completed is also an important input file for entering the next stage. When each stage is finished, the next stage can be started only by passing through the control gate of the stage. The project management process of the IT industry generally comprises five parts: the method comprises the steps of starting a project, planning the project, implementing and controlling the project, ending the project and maintaining the project subsequently.
Many existing project management software require a project manager to distribute tasks to project composers according to project management experiences of the project manager, and the tasks have high requirements on the project manager management experiences, service levels and responsibility centers. Otherwise, the problems of lack of east and west tasks, wrong task hierarchy, lack of task delivery pieces, unreasonable task man-hour distribution, wrong task role distribution and the like can occur. This presents a significant challenge to project management, resulting in a low level of project management and project delay, making the overall project management more uncontrollable. The work task list is a list which integrates the planned tasks, the completed tasks and the future tasks, so that the work tasks can be known at a glance and effectively completed.

102. And acquiring a subtask corresponding to the target project scene based on the target project scene query.
And acquiring a subtask corresponding to the target project scene based on the target project scene query. After a target project scene selected by a user is acquired, a corresponding subtask in the project scene can be acquired based on the target project scene query, and for any project, the method generally comprises the following steps: and (4) planning the project. The three major subtasks of project implementation and project delivery can be further subdivided into a plurality of subtasks for different project scenarios, and meanwhile, a specific subtask different from other project scenarios can exist in each project scenario, for example, for a technical pre-research project, a pre-research report writing subtask also exists between project implementation and project delivery, and after project delivery, the subtask may also include work result introduction, technical review and the like, so that if a user selects a project scenario of the technical pre-research project, the corresponding to the technical pre-research project scenario can be correspondingly obtained: and (3) making a technical pre-research plan, and implementing seven subtasks of a technical pre-research project, writing a pre-research report, delivering the technical pre-research project, introducing a work result and evaluating the technology. It can be understood that there is a difference between the subtasks corresponding to different project scenarios, and specifically, each project scenario and the subtask corresponding to each project scenario may be stored in the database in an associated manner, so that the user may query and obtain the corresponding subtask after determining the project scenario, which is not limited herein.
It can be understood that, in a certain project scenario, there may be a precedence relationship in execution between the corresponding sub-tasks, and there may also be simultaneously executable sub-tasks, for example, in the above technical pre-research scenario. The execution sequence of the technical pre-research plan subtasks and the execution sequence of the technical pre-research project subtasks are established, the work result introduction subtasks and the technical review subtasks can be executed simultaneously, and after the subtasks corresponding to the target project scene are obtained, the subtasks can be sequenced according to the execution sequence of the subtasks and provided for the user, so that the user can better master the project execution condition, and the execution of the subsequent task distribution list generation process is facilitated.
It is noted that information related to the subtasks may be correspondingly stored for the subtasks stored in a project scenario, such as man-hours required to complete the subtasks, project materials required to perform the subtasks. The information such as the completion standard for determining whether the subtask is completed or not may be stored in the corresponding database or data table in association with the subtask, so as to perform the subsequent task distribution list generation process.
103. And acquiring the personnel allocation information corresponding to the subtasks.
And acquiring the personnel allocation information corresponding to the subtasks. Specifically, after the subtasks corresponding to the target project scenario are acquired, the user may allocate an executive staff to each subtask according to the task requirement of the subtask, for example, a responsible person is set for each subtask, so that the responsible person is determined to deliver the task based on the responsibility during subsequent project management and control. Meanwhile, a plurality of actual workers under the responsible person can be obtained, if a certain subtask is set to be responsible for the first person, the actual workers are set to be four workers of the first person, the second person, the third person and the fourth person to cooperate to complete the task, and it is worth noting that when the workers are distributed, a group or a department can be set to complete without setting specific workers, if a certain subtask is set to be completed by a first group or a financial department, the setting can be specifically determined according to actual conditions, and the setting is not limited here.
It can be understood that, when the user selects the staff corresponding to the subtask, the system can preliminarily screen the staff selectable by the user in advance, for example, when the system is applied to a technical pre-research project scene, the staff whose positions are salesmen or financial staff in company staff can be removed, and only the staff list in charge of technical work is provided for the user to select, so that the user can reduce the information to be processed, the efficiency of the staff allocation process is improved, and the system can be specifically determined according to the actual situation, and is not limited herein.
104. And generating target project information based on the subtasks and the staff allocation information corresponding to the subtasks.
And generating target project information based on the subtasks and the staff allocation information corresponding to the subtasks. The specific target project information comprises a task distribution list corresponding to a target project scene, and the task distribution list is generated based on personnel distribution information input by a user, wherein the specific task distribution list can comprise the name of the target project scene, subtasks corresponding to the project scene and personnel information correspondingly distributed for completing each subtask. It is understood that the task allocation list may further include time information for completing the task, and the specific time information may include time length information such as three working days, two weeks, and the like, and may also include specific date information such as 26 days 10/26 days 2020 to 28 days 10/28 months 2020, and the specific time information may be adjusted according to the actual situation. Meanwhile, the task allocation list may further include information such as data required in the execution process of each sub-task, a task result obtained after completion, and the like, and information such as importance degree, evaluation standard, task description, and the like of each sub-task, which may be determined specifically according to the actual situation, and is not limited herein.
According to the technical scheme, the embodiment of the application has the following advantages: the project scene is obtained to obtain corresponding subtasks in the project scene, a user distributes proper personnel to each subtask, target project information is generated based on each subtask and the distributed personnel information, the distribution process of each task under the project is clearer through the target project information, the task distribution efficiency is improved, and the problem that certain tasks are not distributed with personnel or are distributed unclear in the project execution process is solved.
