Extracting two types of form data of submission and approval related to the change item refers to extracting all sub-project data which are matched as the change item based on submission and approval in the classification item. If the data matching type is a non-change item, the sub-project data sent to be examined and the approved sub-project data are the same, and data related to the non-matching item does not need to be extracted and a corresponding auditing task does not need to be generated.
In this embodiment, the generated audit task includes an audit link and an audit page, a corresponding relationship is established between the audit page and the audit link, the audit link is sent to an audit interface for display, an auditor can click the relevant audit link to send an audit feedback request to the server, when the server receives the feedback request based on the audit task, the server jumps to the audit page having a corresponding relationship with the audit link, and the relevant audit sub-item data to be audited and the audited sub-item data are loaded on the corresponding audit page, so that the audit operation can be performed in the audit page.
In addition, in order to facilitate the auditor to quickly identify the audited data, based on the data matching type, the text marks of no-matching items and changed items are established for the related two form data of submission and approval, and page data is formed and displayed on the corresponding audit page.

the rule base module 5 is used for establishing a matching relation between the submission form data and the approval form data based on a data matching rule so as to generate a matching result;
the data judging module 6 is used for determining the data matching type according to the matching result;
the data marking module 7 is used for establishing character marks about non-matching items and changing items according to the two morphological data which are submitted for examination and approval according to the data matching type;
and the first execution module 8 is used for determining whether to extract related review and approval form data establishing a matching relationship based on the data matching type, generating a corresponding review task and sending the corresponding review task to the review interface.
Wherein, when the data matching type of the data of the two forms of the submission and the approval obtained by the data judgment module 6 is a modification item, the device further comprises:
the data comparison module 9 is used for comparing the two form data determined as the submission and approval of the change item to obtain a comparison result;
a grade judging module 10, configured to judge a grade of the data audit difference based on the comparison result;
and the second execution module 11 is configured to determine whether to perform color rendering on the form data subjected to the review and the approval based on the data review difference level, and form data to send to the review interface for display.

On the other hand, the data comparison module 9 compares the audited sub-project data determined as the changed item with the approved sub-project data to obtain a comparison result, the level judgment module 10 determines a data audit difference type according to the comparison result, and the second execution module 11 determines whether to perform color rendering on the audited sub-project data and the approved sub-project data according to the data audit difference level.
For the specific definition of the project pricing auditing device, reference may be made to the above definition of a project pricing auditing method, which is not described herein again. All or part of each module in the engineering pricing auditing device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules may be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device 2, or may be stored in a memory in the computer device 2 in a software form, so that the processor calls and executes operations corresponding to the modules.
The embodiment of the present application also discloses a computer device, as shown in fig. 4, which includes a processor, a memory and a computer program stored in the memory and running on the processor, which are connected by a system bus, and meanwhile, the computer device 2 includes a network interface and a database. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a project pricing auditing method disclosed above.
Wherein the processor of the computer device 2 is arranged to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device 2 includes a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database, and the internal memory provides an environment for the operating system and the computer program in the non-volatile storage medium to run. The database of the computer device 2 is used for storing the text data of the submission file, the text data of the approval file, the form data of the submission, the form data of the approval, the rule base rule and the like. The network interface of the computer device 2 is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the process flow for implementing an engineering pricing review method can be implemented by instructing the associated hardware with a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer readable storage medium, and when executed, can include all or part of the process flow of an engineering pricing review method as described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
Based on the computing device disclosed above, the embodiment of the present application further discloses a computer readable storage medium, such as various media capable of storing program codes, for example, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a read only memory, a random access memory, a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and the computer readable storage medium stores a computer program capable of being loaded with the engineering pricing auditing method disclosed above by a processor.
The present embodiment is only for explaining the present application, and it is not limited to the present application, and those skilled in the art can make modifications of the present embodiment without inventive contribution as needed after reading the present specification, but all of them are protected by patent law within the scope of the claims of the present application.
Claims (10)
1. A project pricing auditing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring the text data of the submission file and the text data of the approval file;
loading the text data of the submission file and the text data of the approved file into a preset comparison and audit model;
generating two types of form data of submission and approval in the comparison and approval model based on the text data of the submission file and the text data of the approval file, and establishing a matching relation between the two types of form data of submission and approval through a data matching rule to obtain a matching result;
determining a data matching type according to the matching result, wherein the data matching type comprises a non-change item, a non-matching item and a change item;
and determining whether to extract the related review and approval form data to generate a corresponding review task based on the data matching type, and sending the corresponding review task to a review interface for display.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining whether to perform the data matching based on the data matching type

when the data matching type is a modification item, determining to extract the two form data of submission and approval related to the modification item and establishing a matching relationship, generating a corresponding audit task, and sending the corresponding audit task to an audit interface for display;
and when the data matching type is no matching item, determining to extract the two form data of submission and approval related to the no matching item, generating a corresponding audit task, and sending the corresponding audit task to an audit interface for display.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein said step of determining said data match type comprises
Comprises the following steps:
when the data in the two forms of submission and approval have a matching relation and the data are unchanged, determining that the data matching type is an unchanged item;
when the data in the two forms of submission and approval have a matching relationship and the data changes, determining that the data matching type is a modified item;
and when the data in the two forms of submission and approval do not have a matching relationship, determining that the data matching type is a non-matching item.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the step after determining the data match type is performed
The method comprises the following steps:
establishing character marks about non-matching items and changing items for the related review and approval morphological data;
and forming data about the literal marks of the non-matching items and the change items, and sending the data to an audit interface for displaying.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the step after determining the data match type as an alteration comprises:
comparing the two forms of data which are determined to be changed items and are submitted to the trial and the approval to obtain a comparison result;
judging the auditing difference grade based on the comparison result, wherein the data auditing difference grade comprises small difference, small difference and large difference;
and determining whether to perform color rendering on the two forms of data to be audited and approved and form data to be displayed on an audit interface based on the audit difference grade.
6. A project pricing auditing device is characterized by comprising,
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring the text data of the submission file and the text data of the approval file;
the data generation module is used for loading the text data of the submission file and the text data of the approved file into a preset comparison and verification model, and generating submission and approval morphological data in the comparison and verification model based on the text data of the submission file and the text data of the approved file;
the rule base module is used for establishing a matching relation between the submission form data and the approval form data based on the data matching rule so as to obtain a matching result;

the data marking module is used for establishing character marks about the unmatched items and the modified items according to the data matching types and the two forms of data which are submitted for examination and approval;
and the first execution module is used for determining whether to extract related review and approval form data or not based on the data matching type, generating a corresponding review task and sending the corresponding review task to the review interface.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
the data comparison module is used for comparing the two form data determined as the submission and the approval of the change item to obtain a comparison result;
the grade judging module is used for judging the grade of the data auditing difference based on the comparison result;
and the second execution module is used for determining whether to perform color rendering on the form data which is submitted for examination and approved based on the data difference grade, and forming data to be sent to an examination interface for display.
8. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program that can be loaded by the processor and that executes a method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which can be loaded by a processor and which executes a project pricing auditing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. A project pricing auditing system is characterized by comprising
