the spray head (62) is installed on the water storage tank (61), and one-way valves are installed in the water storage tank (61) and the spray head (62);
the deflector rod (63) is fixedly sleeved on each rotating column (55);
the two sides of the water storage tank (61) are both provided with extrusion rods (64) in a sliding manner, and the extrusion rods (64) are in contact with the shifting rod (63);
the first sliding sleeves (65) are slidably sleeved on the extrusion rods (64), and the first sliding sleeves (65) are fixedly connected with the water storage tank (61);
the first spring (66) is sleeved on the extrusion rod (64), and two ends of the first spring (66) are respectively connected with the extrusion rod (64) and the first sliding sleeve (65).

a brush (73), wherein the brush (73) is arranged on the upper part of the sliding rod (72);
each first sliding rod (71) is sleeved with a second spring (74), and two ends of each second spring (74) are respectively connected with the first sliding rod (71) and the sliding rod (72);
and the first connecting rod (75), and the first connecting rod (75) is arranged between the sliding rods (72) at two sides.
5. The energy-saving environment-friendly street lamp capable of generating electricity by utilizing airflow as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that: still including boiling water mechanism (8), boiling water mechanism (8) including:
a thermal switch (81), the thermal switch (81) being mounted on a side surface of the spray head (62);

the connecting rods (91) are fixedly connected to the two sides of the placing frame (51);
the end part of the connecting rod (91) is rotatably provided with a first rotating shaft (931);
the end parts of the connecting rods (91) are respectively and rotatably provided with a second rotating shaft (932);
a second bevel gear set (93), wherein the second bevel gear set (93) is installed between the first rotating shaft (931) and the second rotating shaft (932);
a second transmission assembly (92), wherein a second transmission assembly (92) is arranged between the second rotating shaft (932) and the rotating column (55);
the first rotating shaft (931) is provided with the gear (94) with the missing teeth;
the first connecting rod (75) is provided with a rack (95), and the rack (95) is meshed with the gear (94) with the missing teeth.
7. The energy-saving and environment-friendly street lamp capable of generating electricity by utilizing airflow according to claim 6, further comprising a material clamping mechanism (10), wherein the material clamping mechanism (10) comprises:
a second sliding sleeve (101), wherein the second sliding sleeve (101) is arranged on one first bracket (53);
a third connecting rod (102), wherein the third connecting rod (102) is slidably penetrated in the second sliding sleeve (101), and the third connecting rod (102) is in contact with the second connecting rod (83);
the third sliding sleeves (103) are mounted on the outer sides of the solar panels (4), and the third connecting rods (102) are in sliding fit with the third sliding sleeves (103);
a wedge block (104), wherein the wedge block (104) is fixedly connected to the end part of the third connecting rod (102);
and the third spring (105) is sleeved on the third connecting rod (102), and two ends of the third spring (105) are respectively connected with the third connecting rod (102) and the third sliding sleeve (103).
8. The energy-saving and environment-friendly street lamp capable of generating electricity by using airflow as claimed in claim 4, wherein the brush (73) is in a roller shape.
