A surveying instrument with a height convenient to adjust, comprising a housing (1), characterized in that: the bottom fixedly connected with of shell (1) removes wheel (2), the bottom fixedly connected with of shell (1) inner chamber adjusts seat (3), the bottom of shell (1) just is located the bottom fixedly connected with equipment box (4) of adjusting seat (3), the bottom fixedly connected with motor (5) of equipment box (4) inner chamber, the top fixedly connected with first threaded rod (6) of motor (5) output, first threaded rod (6) top is run through to the top of adjusting seat (3) inner chamber and is equipped with first thread bush (7), the both sides at first thread bush (7) top all fixedly connected with alignment jig (8), the top of alignment jig (8) is run through to the top of adjusting seat (3), the top fixedly connected with lift shell (9) of two alignment jigs (8), the bottom fixedly connected with surveying instrument body (10) of lift shell (9) inner chamber, the lifting shell (9) is characterized in that first springs (11) are fixedly connected to two sides of an inner cavity of the lifting shell (9), a baffle (12) is fixedly connected to one side of the lifting shell opposite to the first springs (11), protection plates (13) are arranged on two sides of the outer shell (1), buffer boxes (14) are fixedly connected to the top and the bottom of two sides of the outer shell (1), second springs (15) are arranged in inner cavities of the buffer boxes (14), buffer plates (16) are fixedly connected to one sides of the second springs (15) far away from the outer shell (1), buffer rods (17) are fixedly connected to one sides of the buffer plates (16) far away from the outer shell (1), one ends of the buffer rods (17) far away from the buffer plates (16) penetrate through the buffer boxes (14) and are fixedly connected with the protection plates (13), slide rods (18) are fixedly connected between the two buffer boxes (14), and third springs (19) are sleeved on the top and the, the surface of the sliding rod (18) is provided with a sliding sleeve (20) in a sleeved mode on one side opposite to the two third springs (19), the two protection plates (13) are fixedly connected with elastic pieces (21) on one side opposite to each other, and the top and the bottom of one side opposite to the two elastic pieces (21) are fixedly connected with the sliding sleeve (20).

A height-adjustable surveying instrument according to claim 1, characterized in that: the number of the moving wheels (2) is four, the moving wheels are uniformly distributed at four corners of the bottom of the shell (1), and the surface of the lifting shell (9) is in contact with the inner wall of the shell (1).

A height-adjustable surveying instrument according to claim 1, characterized in that: the equal fixedly connected with slider in both sides of first thread bush (7), the spout that uses with the slider cooperation is all seted up to the both sides of adjusting seat (3) inner chamber, and the inner chamber of spout all is extended to one side that two sliders are opposite.

A height-adjustable surveying instrument according to claim 1, characterized in that: the surface of first threaded rod (6) and the junction of equipment box (4), shell (1) and regulation seat (3) all through first bearing swing joint, one side that two baffles (12) are relative all contacts with surveying instrument body (10).

A height-adjustable surveying instrument according to claim 1, characterized in that: the equal fixedly connected with in bottom of shell (1) front side and rear side fixes box (22), the top and the bottom of fixed box (22) are provided with hand wheel (23) and backup pad (24) respectively, the bottom fixedly connected with second threaded rod (25) of hand wheel (23), the bottom of second threaded rod (25) is run through to the bottom of fixed box (22) inner chamber and is overlapped and be equipped with second thread bush (26).

A height-adjustable surveying instrument according to claim 5, characterized in that: the equal fixedly connected with connecting rod (27) in both sides of second thread bush (26) bottom, the bottom of connecting rod (27) run through fixed box (22) and with backup pad (24) fixed connection, the junction through second bearing swing joint of the surface of second threaded rod (25) and fixed box (22).

A height-adjustable surveying instrument according to claim 1, characterized in that: one side of the buffer box (14) far away from the shell (1) is provided with a first through hole matched with the buffer rod (17) for use, and the top of the adjusting seat (3) is provided with a second through hole matched with the adjusting frame (8) for use.
8. A height-adjustable surveying instrument according to claim 1, characterized in that: one side fixedly connected with protection pad of shell (1) is kept away from in guard plate (13), and the opposite one side of two sliding sleeves (20) all contacts with third spring (19).
9. A method of operating a height-adjustable surveying instrument according to claim 1, characterized in that: the operation method comprises the following steps:
A. the user can move the whole device through the matching of the moving wheels (2), if the device collides with an external object in the moving process, the protection plate (13) can be firstly contacted with the external object, the protection plate (13) is extruded to be close to the shell (1) to extrude the elastic sheet (21), the elastic sheet (21) drives the upper sliding sleeve (20) and the lower sliding sleeve (20) to be away from each other to extrude the third spring (19), meanwhile, the protection plate (13) can drive the buffer plate (16) to extrude the second spring (15) through the matching of the buffer rod (17), the second spring (15), the third spring (19) and the elastic sheet (21) can play a buffering role, the influence of collision on the whole device is reduced, and the surveying instrument body (10) can be well protected;
B. after the whole device is moved to a required position, the second threaded rod (25) is rotated through the matching of the hand wheel (23), the second threaded rod (25) rotates to drive the second threaded sleeve (26) to move downwards, the second threaded sleeve (26) drives the supporting plate (24) to move downwards through the matching of the connecting rod (27) to gradually approach the ground until the supporting plate is tightly attached to the ground, and the stability of the whole device can be improved;
C. when the surveying instrument is required to be used, the motor (5) is controlled to operate to drive the first threaded rod (6) to rotate, the first threaded rod (6) rotates to drive the first threaded sleeve (7) to move upwards, the first threaded sleeve (7) can drive the lifting shell (9) to move upwards through the matching of the adjusting frame (8), the lifting shell (9) drives the surveying instrument body (10) to move upwards to the top of the shell (1), the motor (5) is continuously controlled to operate to drive the surveying instrument to adjust the height, and the operation of personnel is facilitated;
D. control motor (5) drive first threaded rod (6) reversal after the operation finishes, first threaded rod (6) reversal can drive first thread bush (7) downstream, first thread bush (7) can drive surveying instrument body (10) downstream to the inner chamber of shell (1) through the cooperation of alignment jig (8) and lift shell (9), protection surveying instrument that can be fine, avoid surveying instrument to lead to impaired because of reasons such as external collision when not needing to use.
