The bidirectional electric push rod 45 extends after receiving the control signal, pushes the push blocks 46 at the two ends to the two sides, pushes the elliptic cylinder 44 to rotate by 90 degrees by utilizing the inclined plane 461 to match with the cambered surface 462, further jacks up the speed bump 2, increases the height of the speed bump, improves the speed reduction effect, enables the positioning groove 441 on the bidirectional electric push rod to clamp the positioning steel ball 25 at the bottom of the speed bump 2, and is supported by the elliptic cylinder 44 when a vehicle presses the speed bump 2; after a specified period of time, bidirectional electric push rod 45 is reset, and elliptic cylinder 44 is pulled back to the original state through belt 48, so that speed bump 2 is lowered, and reset module 122 clears timer 125 to wait for the next time for timing anew.
After rainwater enters the mounting groove 3 in rainy days, silt is filtered out through the filter strips 6, part of water directly permeates downwards, and the part of water is discharged to the roadside from the water guide pipe 7 on the side face.
