In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a drying device, including: a body having a receiving cavity with an opening; a foldable support switchable between a folded state in which the foldable support is received in the receiving cavity and an extended state in which a portion of the foldable support extends from the opening; and the air supply module is communicated with the accommodating cavity to convey air to the accommodating cavity, and the air flows through the accommodating cavity and then flows out of the opening.
From this, can effectively reduce drying device's space volume, do benefit to the miniaturized design that realizes domestic appliance. Particularly, the foldable support is accommodated in the accommodating cavity when being in a folded state, and extends out of the accommodating cavity to an extended state when clothes are required to be dried, so that the volume of the drying device in a non-working state is minimized, and the space is efficiently utilized through the foldable support.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a drying apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a schematic view of the foldable stand of the drying apparatus shown in fig. 1 in an extended state. The drying device 1 described in this embodiment can be applied to a home laundry drying scene, and has the advantage of small occupied space.
For convenience of description, the longitudinal direction of the drying device 1 is hereinafter referred to as x-direction, the width direction of the drying device 1 is referred to as y-direction, and the height direction of the drying device 1 is referred to as z-direction.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the drying device 1 of the present embodiment may include: the body 10, the body 10 may have a receiving cavity 101, and the receiving cavity 101 may have an opening 102.
For example, the extending direction of the accommodating chamber 101 may be parallel to the illustrated z direction, and the accommodating chamber 101 may have an opening 102 at a side close to the upper surface of the drying apparatus 1. Wherein, the upper surface of the drying device 1 is the side facing the user when in use. The internal structure of the accommodating chamber 101 can be visually viewed from the opening 102.
More specifically, the drying apparatus 1 may further include: the foldable support 11 is switchable between a folded state in which the foldable support 11 is received in the receiving chamber 101 and an extended state in which a portion of the foldable support 11 extends from the opening 102.
For example, the foldable support 11 can be switched between a folded state and an extended state in the illustrated z-direction. Further, one end of the foldable support 11 in the illustrated z direction is fixed to the bottom of the accommodating chamber 101, and the other end is movable in the z direction in the accommodating chamber 101 and can protrude from the opening 102.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the drying apparatus 1 may further include: and the air supply module 12 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 101 to supply air to the accommodating cavity 101, and the air flows through the accommodating cavity 101 and then flows out from the opening 102. Fig. 3 and 4 are top perspective views to show the internal structure of the drying apparatus 1 more clearly.
For example, the drying device 1 may include a body 10 enclosed by a housing, the housing is provided with a second air inlet 103, a cavity wall of the accommodating cavity 101 is provided with a second air outlet 105, and the second air outlet 105 and the second air inlet 103 are communicated through an air duct 104. The air duct 104 and the second air outlet 105 are both disposed in the body 10 and are in an invisible state to the outside, so as to ensure the overall beauty and simplified structure of the drying device 1.
Further, the air supply module 12 may be disposed in the air duct 104 to blow air into the air duct 104 from the second air inlet 103, and flow into the accommodating cavity 101 after flowing to the second air outlet 105 along the air duct 104, and finally flow out from the opening 102.
For example, the air supply module 12 may be a fan.
Further, since the objects to be dried have a certain weight in a wet state, it is possible to play a supporting role by the foldable support 11.
From this, can effectively reduce drying device 1's space volume, do benefit to the miniaturized design that realizes domestic appliance. Specifically, the foldable support 11 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 101 when being folded, and extends out of the accommodating cavity 101 to an extended state when clothes are required to be dried, so that the volume of the drying device 1 in the non-working state is minimized, and efficient use of space is realized through the foldable support 11.
In one or more embodiments, a heater 106 may be further disposed in the air duct 104, and the heater 106 is configured to heat the air flowing in the air duct 104, so that the air flowing out from the opening 102 is hot air, and rapid air drying of the object to be dried is achieved. Particularly, the hot air can remove the moisture in the object to be dried in a short time, and is beneficial to quick clothes drying.
Further, along the flowing direction of the air in the air duct 104, the heater 106 may be disposed in front of the air supply module 12 to ensure that the air flowing to the second air outlet 105 is effectively heated.
In one or more embodiments, with continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the drying apparatus 1 may further include: the cover 13 is adapted to open or close the opening 102 to prevent foreign matters such as dust from falling into the accommodating chamber 101 from the opening 102 to contaminate or damage the drying apparatus 1.
For example, the effect of the cover 13 closing the opening 102 may be as shown in fig. 1, and the effect of the cover 13 opening the opening 102 may be as shown in fig. 2.
In a variation, the shape and size of the cover 13 may be adapted to the shape and size of the opening 102.
In one or more embodiments, referring to fig. 1, 4 to 8, the drying apparatus 1 may further include: the drying accessory 14 is detachably sleeved on the foldable support 11 in the extending state, the drying accessory 14 has a first air inlet 141 and a first air outlet 142, the first air inlet 141 is communicated with the opening 102, and the air flowing out from the opening 102 enters the drying accessory 14 from the first air inlet 141 and flows out from the first air outlet 142. Therefore, the design of the drying accessories 14 enables the clothes to be dried to be supported on the foldable support 11 more firmly, and ensures good drying effect.
Specifically, the sleeving means that the drying accessory 14 is a hollow structure, and when in use, the drying accessory 14 is integrally sleeved on the foldable support 11 in the extending state from the top of the foldable support 11 downwards along the z direction.
Further, to ensure drying accessories 14 are securely sleeved outside foldable support 11, the top of foldable support 11 may be provided with a clamping mechanism for securely fixing at least a portion of drying accessories 14 to the top of foldable support 11.
In one or more embodiments, drying accessories 14 may be 1 in number and non-detachably fit on foldable support 11. Specifically, when the foldable support 11 is in the folded state, the drying accessory 14 can be folded together with the foldable support 11 and accommodated in the accommodating cavity 101; when cover 13 is opened, drying accessory 14 is ejected with foldable support 11 and moved to the extended state.
Further, the foldable support 11 can be automatically switched between the folded state and the extended state to realize the intelligent control of the drying device 1. For example, when the cover 13 is opened, the foldable support 11 can be automatically switched from the folded state to the extended state.
In a variation, the number of drying accessories 14 may be multiple, and the shapes and sizes of different drying accessories 14 may be different to fit objects to be dried in different shapes and sizes.
Further, in use, drying accessory 14 may be manually mounted to foldable support 11 by a user.
Alternatively, the drying apparatus 1 may further be provided with a mechanical arm (not shown), and when the drying apparatus 1 needs to be used, the drying accessory 14 may be sleeved on the foldable support 11 by operating the mechanical arm.
In one or more embodiments, the drying object can be sleeved on the surface of the expanded drying accessory 14 to achieve the wrinkle smoothing effect.
In one or more embodiments, the profile of the drying accessory 14 can be adapted to the profile of the object to be dried to match the objects to be dried in different shapes, so as to ensure that the object to be dried is always firmly supported on the foldable support 11 during the drying process, and to facilitate wrinkle smoothing.
In one or more embodiments, when the air supply module 12 is in operation, air is sucked from the second air inlet 103, passes through the air supply module 12, the heater 106, the second air outlet 105, the opening 102 and the first air inlet 141, and reaches the drying accessory 14.
Further, the arrangement position and size of the first air outlet 142 of drying accessories 14 with different contour shapes may be different.
Taking the clothes-type drying accessory 14 shown in fig. 1 and 4 as an example, all surfaces of the drying accessory 14 may be porous structures, and air can be exhausted. For example, each notch on the outer contour line of drying accessory 14 shown in fig. 4 may be a first air outlet 142. Thus, the clothes are put on the clothes-type drying attachment 14, and the hot air can remove the moisture in the clothes in a short time.
For another example, for the pants-type drying accessory 14 shown in fig. 5, the first air outlet 142 may be located at a position similar to the bottom of the pants in the drying accessory 14.
Alternatively, similar to the clothes-type drying accessory 14 shown in fig. 4, the whole surface of the pants-type drying accessory 14 may be exhausted to ensure that the air can sufficiently flow through each corner in the drying accessory 14 and then flow out.
For another example, for a sock-type drying accessory 14 shown in fig. 6, first air outlet 142 may be located at a position similar to the toe of the drying accessory 14.
Alternatively, similar to the clothes-type drying accessory 14 shown in fig. 4, the air can be blown out from all surfaces of the sock-type drying accessory 14, so as to ensure that the air can sufficiently flow through each corner in the drying accessory 14 and then flow out.
For another example, for the drying accessory 14 of the bucket type shown in fig. 7, the first air outlet 142 and the first air inlet 141 may be two ends of the drying accessory 14, respectively. The bucket-shaped drying accessory 14 can be adapted to a skirt or the like to be spread open to an object to be dried in a bucket shape.
Or, similar to the clothes-type drying accessory 14 shown in fig. 4, all surfaces of the bucket-type drying accessory 14 may be blown out to ensure that the air can sufficiently flow through each corner in the drying accessory 14 and then flow out.
For another example, for a tray-type drying accessory 14 shown in fig. 8, the first air outlet 142 may be located at an upper surface of the tray, as indicated by the arrow. Tray-type drying accessories 14 may be used to fit small items such as masks, towels, and the like waiting for drying objects.
Further, whether drying accessory 14 can exhaust air or not can be determined by the fiber fabric used for making drying accessory 14.
In one or more embodiments, the first air inlet 141 of the drying accessory 14 may be a tight opening to ensure that the first air inlet 141 is tightly communicated with the opening 102 to avoid air overflow.
In one or more embodiments, referring to fig. 9, the drying apparatus 1 may further include: storage compartment 15 is used for storing drying accessories 14 to avoid the possible loss problem caused by placing drying accessories 14 separately.
Further, a cover 151 may be disposed on the storage cavity 15 to expose or close the storage cavity 15.
In one or more embodiments, the lid 151 and the cover 13 may be a single cover plate integrally formed or connected to simultaneously expose or simultaneously close the receiving cavity 101 and the storage cavity 15.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9 and 1, the cover 151 and the cover 13 may be two separate covers, and the opening or closing directions of the two covers may be different.
In one variation, lid 151 may be omitted, i.e., storage compartment 15 may be exposed at all times, to facilitate storage and access of drying accessories 14.
In one or more embodiments, drying accessories 14 may be made of a flexible material, and when air flows through drying accessories 14, drying accessories 14 are inflated by the air. Thereby, the drying accessories 14 can be conveniently expanded to the shape of the objects to be dried under the action of the gas to achieve the wrinkle smoothing effect.
Further, the flexible material may include: porous fiber material to optimize the air-out effect through the porous structure on stoving annex 14 surface, make quick air-drying possible.
In one or more embodiments, with continued reference to fig. 2, drying appliance 1 may further include: a first sensor 16 is disposed at the opening 102 for detecting whether the foldable stand 11 in the extended state is placed with the object to be dried and/or the drying attachment 14. Thereby, it is effectively avoided that the drying apparatus 1 is started by mistake, for example, the drying apparatus 1 is started when the object to be dried and/or the drying accessory 14 is not placed.
For example, the first sensor 16 may be a pressure sensor and is disposed on the foldable support 11, and when sensing that the load of the foldable support 11 is increased, it may be determined that the object to be dried and/or the drying attachment 14 is placed on the foldable support 11.
For another example, the first sensor 16 may be a photosensitive sensor and is disposed at a connection position of the first air inlet 141 of the drying accessory 14 and the opening 102, and when it is detected that the light of the environment is shielded, it can be determined that the drying accessory 14 is placed on the foldable support 11.
For another example, the first sensor 16 may be used to sense metal, and a metal structure is disposed at the first air inlet 141 of the drying accessory 14, and when the first sensor 16 senses the metal, it may be determined that the drying accessory 14 is placed on the foldable bracket 11.
In one or more embodiments, referring to fig. 1, the drying apparatus 1 may further include: and a control module 17 respectively coupled to the first sensor 16 and the air supply module 12, wherein when the first sensor 16 detects that the object to be dried and/or the drying accessory 14 is placed on the foldable support 11 in the extended state, the control module 17 may send a first operation instruction to the air supply module 12, and the first operation instruction is used for instructing the air supply module 12 to supply air. Therefore, air supply can be automatically started when the object to be dried and/or the drying accessory 14 are/is placed on the foldable support 11, intelligent control over the drying device 1 is achieved, and the use by a user is facilitated.
Specifically, the control module 17 may be integrated in the body 10, and the portion exposed to the surface of the body 10 shown in fig. 1 may be a display panel to show the real-time operation state of the drying device 1 to the outside.
Further, the display panel may be a touch panel to receive an input command from a user and transmit the input command to the control module 17.
In one or more embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the drying apparatus 1 may further include: and a second sensor 18 disposed on the top of the foldable support 11 for detecting the temperature and/or humidity of the gas flowing out from the opening 102. Because the drying principle of the drying device 1 is to remove the moisture in the object to be dried by the gas flowing out from the opening 102, the drying degree of the object to be dried can be accurately and timely obtained through the second sensor 18, which is beneficial to determining whether the object to be dried is dried.
For example, the second sensor 18 may be a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, or a combination of both.
Further, the control module 17 may be further coupled to the second sensor 18, and when the temperature and/or humidity detected by the second sensor 18 reaches a preset threshold range, the control module 17 may send a second operation instruction to the air supply module 12, where the second operation instruction is used to instruct the air supply module 12 to stop supplying air. Therefore, the function of stopping clothes immediately can be realized, the drying device 1 is closed without additional operation of a user, and the intelligent control of the drying device 1 is realized.
For example, different preset threshold ranges may be set for the temperature and the humidity, and when the gas temperature and the gas humidity detected by the second sensor 18 both reach the respective corresponding preset threshold ranges, the control module 17 may perform an operation of sending the second operation instruction.
For another example, when any one of the gas temperature and the gas humidity detected by the second sensor 18 reaches a corresponding preset threshold range, the control module 17 may perform an operation of sending the second operation instruction.
Further, the preset threshold range of the temperature may be 40 to 60 ℃, and the preset threshold range of the humidity may be 5% to 10%.
In a variation, the second sensor 18 may be further configured to collect an ambient temperature and/or an ambient humidity, and the control module 17 may adjust a corresponding preset threshold range in time according to the received ambient temperature and ambient humidity, so as to ensure that the object to be dried is dried to a proper state.
For example, when the ambient humidity is relatively high, the corresponding preset threshold range may be correspondingly increased to avoid damage to the laundry due to over-drying.
In one or more embodiments, when the temperature and/or humidity detected by the second sensor 18 reaches a preset threshold range, the control module 17 may further send a prompt message to prompt the user that the objects to be dried have been dried.
For example, it may be indicated on the display panel in the form of text and/or graphics that the drying operation has been completed.
For another example, the drying device 1 may be provided with a power amplifier module (not shown), and the control module 17 may control the power amplifier module to send a prompt sound to prompt that the drying is completed.
For another example, the control module 17 may communicate with an intelligent terminal (not shown) of the user, the user may send a control instruction to the control module 17 through the intelligent terminal, such as starting/stopping the drying device 1, and the control module 17 may also send a prompt message to the intelligent terminal to prompt the user that the drying is completed.
Specifically, the smart terminal may include a mobile phone, an IPAD, a smart television, and the like. The intelligent terminal and the control module can be in the same wireless local area network, or connected through Bluetooth or connected through a 3G/5G network.
In one or more embodiments, when the operation time of the air supply module 12 reaches the preset time, the control module 17 may send a third operation instruction, where the third operation instruction is used to instruct the air supply module 12 to stop supplying air. Thereby, the timing control of the drying apparatus 1 can be realized.
Specifically, the preset time period may be preset by a user.
More specifically, the control module 17 may have a timer function or a timer coupled thereto to start timing from the time the blower module 12 is turned on.
For example, a plurality of candidate durations may be provided to the user through the display panel, and the preset duration of the operation of the air supply module 12 this time may be determined according to the user selection, and when the operation duration of the air supply module 12 reaches the preset duration, the control module 17 sends a third operation instruction to stop air supply.
Further, before/while/after the third operation instruction is sent, the control module 17 may send the aforementioned prompt message to prompt the user that the drying is completed this time.
In one or more embodiments, the extended state of foldable stand 11 may include a plurality of sub-states, which may include at least: a first sub-state in which the height h1 of the foldable stand 11 is different from the height h2 of the foldable stand 11 in the second sub-state, and a second sub-state. Therefore, the drying requirements of the objects to be dried with different sizes can be met, so that the objects to be dried with different sizes can be firmly supported on the foldable support 11 and can be dried in a short time.
