The clothes treatment equipment correlates the identification characteristics with the account number of the user terminal in advance, so that the corresponding user terminal can be authorized to remotely control the clothes treatment equipment after the user is identified.

In this embodiment, after the clothes processing device authorizes a user terminal to remotely control the clothes processing device, the child lock is automatically unlocked, and only the user terminal is authorized to have the right to unlock the child lock. In this embodiment, the laundry treating apparatus has a child lock function, the laundry treating apparatus may open/release the child lock, and when the laundry treating apparatus does not open the remote control mode, the user may open/release the child lock by triggering the child lock key without limitation. However, when the clothes treatment device starts the remote control mode, the clothes treatment device automatically starts the child lock, and only the user terminal connected with the clothes treatment device through remote control is authorized to have the authority of releasing the child lock. After the clothes treatment equipment starts a remote control mode, the clothes treatment equipment is authorized to have the authority of requesting to release the child lock, when the clothes treatment equipment receives the child lock release request triggered by the local machine, the clothes treatment equipment controls to send the child lock release request to the user terminal, and the release/prohibition of the child lock release is controlled according to feedback information of the user terminal. In this embodiment, the user may trigger the child lock release request at the home terminal of the laundry processing device, the laundry processing device sends the child lock release request to the user terminal, and the user terminal finally determines to release/prohibit the release of the child lock, so as to ensure safety and prevent the remote control mode from being automatically terminated due to someone operating the laundry processing device midway.
The clothes processing equipment detects feedback information of the user terminal in real time after sending a child lock releasing request to the user terminal, when the user terminal feeds back to release the child lock, the child lock is controlled to be released, and when the clothes processing equipment does not receive the feedback information or the user terminal feeds back to forbid the release of the child lock, the child lock is controlled to be forbidden to be released.

s1005, the clothes processing equipment judges whether the user terminal feeds back to release the child lock, if so, the control is carried out to step S1006, otherwise, the control is carried out to step S1007;
s1006, the clothes treatment equipment controls to release the child lock, and the control is finished;
s1007, the clothes processing equipment forbids the release of the child lock.

In this embodiment, after the clothes treatment device starts the remote control mode, the clothes treatment device automatically starts the child lock, and only the user terminal connected with the clothes treatment device under remote control is authorized to have the right to release the child lock. After the clothes treatment equipment starts a remote control mode, the clothes treatment equipment is authorized to have the authority of requesting to release the child lock, when the clothes treatment equipment receives the child lock release request triggered by the local machine, the clothes treatment equipment controls to send the child lock release request to the user terminal, and the release/prohibition of the child lock release is controlled according to feedback information of the user terminal. The method for sending the child lock release request to the user terminal comprises the following steps that the clothes processing equipment acquires user identity information which triggers the child lock release request at a local machine, and the step of sending the child lock release request to the user terminal comprises the following steps: the clothes processing equipment sends the user identity information to a user terminal. The clothes processing equipment of the embodiment sends the identity information of the user requesting to release the child lock to the user terminal, the user terminal prompts the user terminal to a remote user, and the remote user at the user terminal side can input feedback information according to the user at the clothes processing equipment side.
The clothes processing equipment acquires the identification characteristics of a user triggering a child lock release request at the local machine, and confirms the identity information of the user according to the identification characteristics, wherein the identification characteristics comprise a face image and/or a fingerprint and/or a voiceprint.
In the scheme, the clothes processing equipment can collect human face images to identify users, can also collect fingerprints of users at the clothes processing equipment end to identify the identities of the users, and can also analyze voiceprints of the users to determine corresponding identity information.
The clothes processing equipment stores identity information of a plurality of users, when the clothes processing equipment identifies a user who triggers a child lock release request, corresponding identity information is sent to the user terminal, and when the clothes processing equipment does not identify the user who triggers the child lock release request, face images of the user are collected and sent to the user terminal. According to the scheme, when the clothes processing equipment does not recognize the user identity, the face image of the user can be collected and sent to the user terminal, so that the user terminal displays the face image of the user, the user at the remote control end can know the user identity of the clothes processing equipment, and whether the child lock is unlocked or not is selected.
After the clothes processing equipment opens the child lock, if detecting that a user triggers any control key, controlling to send a child lock releasing request to the user terminal. In the scheme, in a remote control mode, any control key on a control panel of the clothes treatment equipment is triggered, the clothes treatment equipment controls to send a child lock contact request to a user terminal, and controls to release/forbid releasing of the child lock according to feedback information of the user terminal.
In another scheme, the clothes treatment device is provided with a child lock key, and after the clothes treatment device opens a child lock, the clothes treatment device controls to send a child lock releasing request to the user terminal when detecting that the child lock key is triggered.
For the sake of safety, after the clothes treatment equipment releases the child lock, when a control instruction triggered by the machine is received, the user terminal is forbidden to remotely control the clothes treatment equipment. According to the scheme, after the child lock of the clothes processing equipment is released, the control instruction input by the user in the machine is received, and the user terminal cannot know the specific operation of the user at the end of the clothes processing equipment, so that the user terminal is forbidden to remotely control the clothes processing equipment, and the safety is ensured.
After the clothes treatment equipment prohibits the user terminal from remotely controlling the clothes treatment equipment and receives a control instruction for starting a remote control mode triggered by the local machine, the user issuing the control instruction is authorized to remotely control the clothes treatment equipment and automatically start the child lock, and only the user terminal of the user is authorized to have the authority of releasing the child lock. The clothes treatment equipment identifies the user issuing the remote control mode, authorizes the user terminal of the user to remotely control the clothes treatment equipment, automatically opens the child lock, and only the user terminal can unlock, so that the safety of the clothes treatment equipment is improved.
EXAMPLE six
The present embodiment provides a detailed description of the control scheme of some specific cases on the basis of the above embodiments.
Specifically, after the clothes treatment device starts the remote control mode, the clothes treatment device automatically starts the child lock, and only the user terminal connected with the clothes treatment device through remote control is authorized to have the authority of releasing the child lock. After the clothes treatment equipment starts a remote control mode, the clothes treatment equipment is authorized to have the authority of requesting to release the child lock, when the clothes treatment equipment receives the child lock release request triggered by the local machine, the clothes treatment equipment controls to send the child lock release request to the user terminal, and the release/prohibition of the child lock release is controlled according to feedback information of the user terminal.
In the remote control mode, when the clothes treatment equipment detects abnormal operation, the child lock function is automatically released, a family member at the clothes treatment equipment end does not need to request the remote user to authorize and release the child lock, and the family member can directly operate the fault clothes treatment equipment to release the fault. For example, when the laundry treating apparatus is dehydrating, the laundry treating tub is unbalanced and normal dehydration cannot be performed, and at this time, the laundry treating apparatus gives an alarm, and a user at home can directly operate the laundry treating apparatus. There is no need to request the remote user to unlock the child lock. The scheme is more suitable for emergency situations, remote users do not know the state of the home terminal, and after the clothes processing equipment detects a fault or an abnormality, the clothes processing equipment directly controls the machine to stop, removes a child lock and receives the operation of the home terminal user so as to remove the fault or the abnormality.
Of course, it may be: when the clothes treatment equipment fails, the child lock is kept unlocked, but the authorized machine has the authority of releasing the child lock, and the child lock function is released when a child lock releasing request triggered by the clothes treatment equipment machine is detected.

Claims (10)
1. A laundry treating apparatus controlling method, comprising: when the clothes treatment equipment receives a remote control request sent by a user terminal, the starting time length of the clothes treatment equipment is detected, and the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to be authorized/forbidden to be remotely controlled by the user terminal at least according to the starting time length of the clothes treatment equipment.
2. The control method according to claim 1, wherein when the clothes treatment device receives a remote control request sent by the user terminal, the clothes treatment device judges whether the starting-up time is less than the effective request time, if so, the user terminal is authorized to remotely control the clothes treatment device, otherwise, the clothes treatment device prohibits the user terminal from remotely controlling the clothes treatment device.
3. The control method according to claim 2, wherein the valid request duration is a factory set value of the laundry treatment apparatus, or the valid request duration is a user set value, or the laundry treatment apparatus automatically sets the valid request duration.
4. The control method according to claim 3, wherein the laundry treating apparatus automatically sets the effective request period: after the clothes processing equipment is started, detecting whether a user puts clothes into the clothes processing equipment in real time, if the clothes are put into the clothes processing equipment by the user, setting the effective request time length as the sum of the current starting time length and a basic value by the clothes processing equipment, and otherwise, setting the effective request time length as the basic value;
preferably, the base value is 4-6 min.
5. The control method according to claim 1, wherein the laundry treating apparatus authorizes/prohibits the user terminal to remotely control the laundry treating apparatus according to the on-time and the state information of the laundry treating apparatus when the laundry treating apparatus receives the remote control request transmitted from the user terminal.
6. The control method according to claim 5, wherein the laundry processing apparatus determines whether the start-up time period and the state information both conform to the authorization condition, authorizes the user terminal to remotely control the laundry processing apparatus if the start-up time period and the state information both conform to the authorization condition, and prohibits the user terminal from remotely controlling the laundry processing apparatus if at least one of the start-up time period and the state information does not conform to the authorization condition;
preferably, the time length of starting up the computer meets the authorization condition includes: the starting time length of the clothes processing equipment is less than the effective request time length;
preferably, the compliance of the state information of the laundry treating apparatus with the authorization condition includes: the door of the laundry treating apparatus is closed and not in the remote control mode.
7. The control method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein if the remote control request sent by the user terminal is not received after the clothes treatment device is powered on and started up, a prompt message is sent to the user terminal within the effective request time length to prompt the user whether to remotely control the clothes treatment device.
8. The control method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the clothes treatment device receives a remote control request sent by a user terminal, and after the clothes treatment device is prohibited from being remotely controlled by the user terminal after the starting time length is judged to be longer than the effective request time length, the remote control request triggered by the local machine is detected, and the user terminal is authorized to remotely control the clothes treatment device;
preferably, when the clothes treatment device receives a remote control request sent by the user terminal, judges that the starting time length is longer than the effective request time length and prohibits the user terminal from remotely controlling the clothes treatment device, the clothes treatment device sends prompt information of the user terminal requesting remote control, detects whether the machine triggers the remote control request, and authorizes the user terminal to remotely control the clothes treatment device when the machine triggers the remote control request.
9. The control method according to claim 8, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1, the clothes processing equipment detects that the machine triggers to start a remote control request;
s2, the clothes processing equipment judges whether the clothes processing equipment is in a remote control state or not, if so, the step S3 is carried out, otherwise, the step S4 is carried out;
s3, the clothes processing equipment sends out prompt information in a remote control state, and the control is finished;
s4, the clothes processing equipment judges whether the user terminal fails to request remote control outside the effective request time length, if so, the step S5 is executed, otherwise, the step S6 is executed;
s5, the clothes processing equipment authorizes the user terminal to remotely control the clothes processing equipment, and the control is finished;
s6, the clothes processing device authorizes the user terminal of the user triggering the remote control request/putting in clothes/starting the clothes processing device to remotely control the clothes processing device;
preferably, the laundry treating apparatus obtains an identification feature of a user who triggers a remote control request/puts in laundry/turns on the laundry treating apparatus locally, and confirms user identity information according to the identification feature, and in step S6, the laundry treating apparatus authorizes the user terminal of the user who determines the identity to remotely control the laundry treating apparatus;
wherein the identification features comprise face images and/or fingerprints and/or voice prints.
10. The control method according to claims 1 to 6, wherein after the clothes treatment device authorizes a user terminal to remotely control the clothes treatment device, the user terminal is authorized to have the authority to release the child lock.
