As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 5, a partition 6 is disposed at the upper end of the experiment table 1, the partition 6 is disposed at the right side of the cell culture storage device 2, a drying box 7 and a water tank 8 are disposed between the partitions 6, the drying box 7 is disposed at the front side of the water tank 8, the drying box 7 comprises a porous plate 701, a fan 702, a heating element 703 and a connecting pipe 704, a porous plate 701 is disposed in the drying box 7, a fan 702 is disposed on the inner side wall of the drying box 7, a heating element 703 is disposed on the inner rear side wall of the drying box 7, the rear side of the drying box 7 is communicated with the water tank 8 through the connecting pipe 704, the sterilized and cleaned instruments are dried under the action of the fan 702 and the heating element 703, the porous plate 701 facilitates the dripping of water stains on the instruments, the water stains are discharged into the water tank 8 through the connecting pipe 704, the water tank 8 is disposed on the, the left side of the water tank 10 is provided with a disinfection tank 11, the disinfection tank 11 and the water tank 10 are both arranged at the upper end of the experiment table 1, the disinfection tank 11 is arranged at the right side of the partition plate 6, a first infusion pump 12 is arranged in the water tank 10, the first infusion pump 12 is connected with a first spray pipe 13, one end, far away from the first infusion pump 12, of the first spray pipe 13 penetrates through the inner front side wall of the water tank 10 and is arranged above a collection pool 22, the collection pool 22 is arranged on the experiment table 1, the collection pool 22 is arranged at the front side of the water tank 10, the collection pool 22 comprises a disinfection liquid pool 2201, a water collection pool 2202, a filter screen layer 2203, an active carbon adsorption layer 2204, a third infusion pump 2205 and a transmission pipe 2206, the collection pool 22 is internally provided with the disinfection liquid pool 2201 and the water collection pool 2202, the disinfection liquid pool 2201 is arranged at the left side of the water collection pool 2202, the inner side wall of the collection pool 2202 is provided with the filter screen layer, the bottom in the water collecting pool 2202 is provided with a third infusion pump 2205, the third infusion pump 2205 is connected with a transmission pipe 2206, one end of the transmission pipe 2206, which is far away from the third infusion pump 2205, penetrates through the water collecting pool 2202 and is communicated with the disinfection box 11, the washing water is filtered and adsorbed under the action of the filter screen layer 2203 and the activated carbon adsorption layer 2204, and the washing water can be pumped into the disinfection box 11 through the third infusion pump 2205 to be used for mixing and preparing disinfectant solution.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, a disinfectant tank 14 is disposed on a disinfection tank 11, a motor 15 is disposed at the upper end of the disinfection tank 11, the disinfectant tank 14 includes a feed port 1401, a second scale 1402 and an infusion tube 1403, the feed port 1401 is disposed at the upper end of the disinfectant tank 14, the second scale 1402 is disposed at the front side of the disinfectant tank 14, the infusion tube 1403 is disposed at the lower end of the disinfectant tank 14, under the auxiliary action of the second scale 1402, the disinfectant in the disinfectant tank 14 can be conveniently controlled to be added into the disinfection tank 11, the motor 15, a rotating shaft 16, a transmission shaft 17 and a stirring blade 18 constitute a rotating mechanism, the motor 15 drives the stirring blade 18 to rotate through the rotating shaft 6 and the transmission shaft 17 to sufficiently stir the disinfectant and the water in the disinfection tank 11, the motor 15 is connected with the rotating shaft 16, the lower end of the rotating shaft 16 penetrates through the upper end of the disinfection tank 11 to be connected with the transmission shaft, and the transmission shaft 17 is provided with a stirring blade 18, the second infusion pump 19 is arranged in the disinfection box 11, the second infusion pump 19 is connected with the second spray pipe 20, one end of the second spray pipe 20, which is far away from the second infusion pump 19, penetrates through the inner front side wall of the disinfection box 11 and is arranged above the collection pool 22, and the front sides of the disinfection box 11 and the water tank 10 are both provided with first scales 21.
The working principle is as follows: when the cell culture storage device 2 is used, the power supply is switched on, when cell culture detection is carried out, a proper amount of cell culture storage device 2 can be taken out through the test tube for carrying out corresponding cell experiments and detection, when cells need to be observed and detected, cell sap can be dripped on the supporting mechanism 5, observation is carried out through the microscopic observation device 4, the first placing platform 502 slides on the first slide rail 501 or the second placing platform 504 slides on the second slide rail 503 for adjustment, more comprehensive detection and observation of experimenters are facilitated, placing holes 304 with different inner diameter sizes are arranged on the placing rack 3 and used for fixedly placing test tubes with different sizes, the rubber pad 305 enhances the placing stability of the test tube and simultaneously plays a certain protection effect on the test tube, under the action of the temperature sensor 203, when the temperature in the cell culture storage device 2 is lower than a set value, the heating element 202 can be controlled by the controller 204 to heat the cell culture storage device 2, keeping a proper temperature in the cell culture storage device 2, being suitable for cell culture, avoiding low temperature from influencing enzyme activity and biological reaction rate, and further influencing cell culture, wherein the model of the temperature sensor 203 is CWDZ11, the experimental apparatus needs to be disinfected and cleaned after being used, the transfusion tube 1403 is opened, under the auxiliary action of the second scale 1402, the disinfectant in the disinfectant tank 14 is firstly added into a proper amount in the disinfection box 11, a proper amount of water is added into the disinfection box 11, the motor 15 drives the rotating shaft 16 to rotate, the rotating shaft 16 drives the transmission shaft 17 to rotate, the transmission shaft 17 drives the stirring blade 18 to mix and stir the disinfectant and the water, under the action of the second infusion pump 19, the disinfectant solution is sprayed out through the second spray tube 20 to disinfect and clean the apparatus, under the action of the first infusion pump 12, the water in the water tank 10 is sprayed out through the first spray tube 13 to wash the apparatus after disinfection and cleaning is placed on the porous, the water stain on the utensil is convenient to drip through the porous plate 701 after being dried by the fan 702 and the heating element 703, the water stain is drained into the water tank 8 through the connecting pipe 704, the disinfected, cleaned and dried utensil can be placed into the tool drawer 103 for storage, and is sterilized again under the action of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 102, the sanitary quality of the utensil is improved, in addition, cleaning water in the water collecting tank 2202 can be filtered through the filter screen layer 2203 and is absorbed by the active carbon absorption layer 2204, and then is pumped into the disinfection box 11 through the transmission pipe 2206 under the action of the third liquid pumping pump 2205, and then a proper amount of disinfectant is added to be mixed and stirred into a disinfectant solution, and the cleaning water is reused.
