Description

Packaging material for cooked rice processed food
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a packaging material for a cooked rice processed food for packaging the cooked rice processed food.
Background
Cooked rice processed foods (e.g., rice roll, etc.) sold in convenience stores, etc. are packaged in a state of being separated from sheet-like foods (e.g., sheet-like sea sedge, etc.). As a packaging material for packaging such cooked rice processed foods, a packaging material is known in which two main body pieces are arranged in a superposed manner, and a sheet-like food is accommodated between the two main body pieces. In the packaging material, each of the main body pieces is configured such that a region on one end side and a region on the other end side in the direction can be separated in the direction. Further, the sheet-like food can be taken out from between the two main body pieces by separating the region on one end side and the region on the other end side of each main body piece in the direction.
When packaging a cooked rice product with such a packaging material, for example, the packaging material is folded in half so as to sandwich the cooked rice product with the main body sheet on one side as the outside. Further, the region of the packaging material which does not overlap the cooked rice processed food is folded along the shape of the cooked rice processed food and is then wrapped in the cooked rice processed food. Thus, the cooked rice processed food is packaged in a state in which the sheet-like food is separated from the cooked rice processed food (see patent documents 1 and 2).
When the cooked rice processed food packaged by the packaging material as described above is eaten, the region on one end side and the region on the other end side of each main body piece in the direction are separated in the direction. Then, the sheet-like food is pulled out from between the two main body pieces, and the other main body piece is pulled out from between the cooked rice-processed food and the sheet-like food. Thus, the cooked rice processed food and the sheet-like food are integrated, and the cooked rice processed food and the sheet-like food can be eaten together.

Detailed Description
An embodiment of the packaging material for cooked rice processed foods according to the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 3. In the drawings, the same or corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will not be repeated. In the following description, one direction (hereinafter, also referred to as a "first direction") is a direction along the x-axis of the coordinate axes in each drawing, and the other direction (hereinafter, also referred to as a "second direction") intersecting the one direction is a direction along the y-axis of the coordinate axes in each drawing.
The packaging material for cooked rice processed foods (hereinafter, also simply referred to as "packaging material") 1 of the present embodiment is formed in a size that can be packed in a cooked rice processed food a as shown in fig. 1. The packaging material 1 has two main body pieces 2 and 3 arranged on top of each other, and has two strip-shaped pieces 4 and a sheet-shaped food B between the two main body pieces 2 and 3.
In the present embodiment, when the cooked rice processed food a is packaged by the packaging material 1, the body piece 2 on one side is disposed outside and the body piece 3 on the other side is disposed inside. Therefore, in the following description, the main body sheet 2 on one side is referred to as an outer sheet 2, and the main body sheet 3 on the other side is referred to as an inner sheet 3.
Further, as the cooked rice processed food a, sushi and the like can be mentioned in addition to various kinds of rice balls kneaded into a triangular shape, a barrel shape and the like. In addition to the sheet-like sea weed and kelp, small sardine slices and the like can be cited as the sheet-like food B.
The outer sheet 2 is configured such that the region on one end side and the region on the other end side in the first direction are separable. Specifically, the outer sheet 2 is composed of an outer sheet main body 2a having a size capable of being wrapped in the cooked rice processed food a, and two dicing tapes 2b laminated on the outer sheet main body 2a.
The outer sheet main body 2a is formed to have a longer length in a second direction intersecting the first direction than in the first direction (rectangular in this embodiment). The outer sheet main body 2a has two cuts 2c, and the cuts 2c are formed by cutting one end of the outer sheet main body 2a in the second direction. The two cuts 2c are formed at intervals in the first direction. The two cuts 2c are formed so that one end of each reaches the end edge of the outer sheet main body 2a. Thus, the region between the two cuts 2c in the outer sheet 2 is separated from the other region, and the region between the two cuts 2c can be pinched by a finger or the like.
The two dicing tapes 2b are arranged along the second direction and are arranged at intervals in the first direction. The two dicing tapes 2b are arranged at the center of the outer sheet main body 2a in the first direction. In addition, one end of each of the two dicing tapes 2b is located between the two cuts 2c, 2 c. Each dicing tape 2b is joined to the outer sheet main body 2a over the entire length.
The method for joining the dicing tapes 2b and the outer sheet main body 2a is not particularly limited, and for example, heat sealing may be used, and an adhesive tape, an adhesive (pressure-sensitive or heat-sensitive adhesive), or the like may be used, or ultrasonic waves or self-adhesive (adsorption of the dicing tapes 2b and the outer sheet main body 2 a) may be used.
The outer sheet 2 configured as described above is pulled toward the other end side in the second direction by pinching the region formed between the two cuts 2c at one end in the second direction with a finger or the like, whereby the two cuts 2c can be cut from the other end side in the second direction toward the other end side with the other end as a starting point. Thus, the outer sheet 2 can be separated in the first direction from the region on the one end side in the first direction and the region on the other end side in the first direction through the above-described cutting position.
The sheet constituting the outer sheet 2 is not particularly limited, and for example, a shaftless polypropylene (CPP) film, a biaxially oriented polypropylene (OPP) film, or the like can be used.
The inner sheet 3 is formed in a size capable of being enclosed in the whole cooked rice processed food a. The inner sheet 3 is formed in substantially the same shape as the outer sheet 2 (specifically, a rectangular shape having a longer length in the second direction than in the first direction). The inner sheet 3 is configured such that a region on one end side and a region on the other end side in the first direction can be separated. Specifically, the inner sheet 3 includes two inner sheets 3a and 3b arranged in parallel in the first direction.
The shape of the two inner sheets 3a and 3b is not particularly limited, but in the present embodiment, the inner sheets are formed in a rectangular shape having a longer side in the second direction. The width of each of the two inner sheets 3a and 3b formed in the rectangular shape is not particularly limited, but may be, for example, 85mm to 95mm, or about 90 mm.
The two inner sheets 3a and 3b are disposed so that the respective ends in the first direction overlap each other. In the present embodiment, the two inner sheets 3a, 3b are arranged so that the central portions of the inner sheets 3 in the first direction overlap. The overlapping region is formed so as to extend in the second direction. The inner sheet 3 is configured such that the two inner sheets 3a and 3b can be separated in the first direction when stretched in the first direction. Thereby, the region on the one end side in the first direction and the region on the other end side in the first direction of the inner sheet 3 can be separated in the first direction.
The sheet constituting the inner sheet 3 is not particularly limited, and for example, a shaftless polypropylene (CPP) film, a biaxially oriented polypropylene (OPP) film, or the like can be used.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, two strip-shaped sheets 4 are arranged between the outer sheet 2 and the sheet-like food B. In other words, the two strip-shaped sheets 4 are disposed between the outer sheet 2 and the inner sheet 3 so as to overlap the sheet-shaped food product B. The two belt-like sheets 4 are disposed so that the length in the second direction is longer than the length in the first direction. The two belt-like sheets 4 are arranged at intervals in the first direction. The dividing position of the outer sheet 2 (more specifically, the region having the cut-in portion 2c and the dicing tape 2 b) is located between the two belt-like sheets 4 in the first direction. The region where the end portions of the two inner sheets 3a, 3b overlap each other is located between the two belt-like sheets 4 in the first direction.
The strip-shaped piece 4a on one side is disposed so as to overlap one end of the sheet-shaped food product B in the first direction. Specifically, the one strip-shaped piece 4a is disposed so as to overlap a region excluding the edge of the one end of the sheet-like food product B in the first direction. The other strip-shaped piece 4B is disposed so as to overlap the other end portion of the sheet-shaped food product B in the first direction. Specifically, the other strip-shaped piece 4B is disposed so as to overlap with a region excluding the edge of the other end portion of the sheet-shaped food product B in the first direction. The two strip-shaped pieces 4 are arranged so that the two ends in the second direction (i.e., the longitudinal direction) do not overlap the sheet-like food product B. That is, only the region between the two end portions in the second direction (i.e., the longitudinal direction) of the two strip-shaped pieces 4 is arranged so as to overlap the sheet-shaped food product B.
The band-shaped piece 4a on one side has an inner end 4a1 on the band-shaped piece 4b side on the other side in the first direction, and an outer end 4a2 on the opposite side of the inner end 4a1 in the first direction. The other belt-shaped piece 4b has an inner end 4b1 located on the belt-shaped piece 4a side in the first direction and an outer end 4b2 located on the opposite side of the inner end 4b1 in the first direction.
The outer end portions 4a2 and 4B2 of the respective band-shaped pieces 4 are configured so that at least a part of the region overlapping the sheet-like food B (in the present embodiment, the entire length range of the outer end portions 4a2 and 4B2 in the second direction) is not joined to the outer piece 2. The inner end portions 4a1 and 4B1 of the respective band-shaped pieces 4 are configured so that at least a part of the region overlapping the sheet-like food B (in the present embodiment, the entire length range of the inner end portions 4a1 and 4B1 in the second direction) is not joined to the outer sheet 2. That is, the respective belt-like sheets 4 are configured such that the width-direction both ends (in the present embodiment, the entire area of the both ends in the second direction) are not joined to the outer sheet 2.
In addition, two belt-like sheets 4 are joined to the outer sheet 2. Specifically, the belt-like sheet 4a on one side is joined to the region on one end side of the outer sheet 2 in the first direction. The other belt-like sheet 4b is joined to the other end side region of the outer sheet 2 in the first direction. That is, the packaging material 1 has: a belt-shaped sheet joining portion 1a formed by joining the belt-shaped sheet 4a on one side to the outer sheet 2; and a belt-shaped sheet joining portion 1b on the other side formed by joining the belt-shaped sheet 4b on the other side with the outer sheet 2.
The band-shaped sheet joint portions 1a, 1b are formed adjacent to the outer end portions 4a2, 4b2 of the band-shaped sheets 4. In the present embodiment, the band-shaped piece joint portions 1a, 1b are formed between the outer end portions 4a2, 4b2 of the band-shaped pieces 4 and the inner end portions 4a1, 4b1 of the band-shaped pieces 4. That is, in the present embodiment, the band-shaped sheet joint portions 1a, 1b are formed inside both end portions in the width direction of the band-shaped sheet 4. In the present embodiment, the band-shaped sheet joined portions 1a and 1b are formed so as to extend in the second direction (specifically, the entire length range of the packaging material 1 in the second direction).
The method for joining the two belt-like sheets 4 and the outer sheet 2 is not particularly limited, and for example, heat sealing may be used, and an adhesive tape, an adhesive (pressure-sensitive or heat-sensitive adhesive) or the like may be used, or ultrasonic waves or self-adhesive (adsorption of the two belt-like sheets 4 and the outer sheet 2) may be used.
The sheet constituting the two belt-like sheets 4 is not particularly limited, and for example, a shaftless polypropylene (CPP) film, a biaxially oriented polypropylene (OPP) film, or the like can be used, and preferably, a sheet having higher slip properties than the outer sheet 2 can be used. The sheet having a higher slip property than the outer sheet 2 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a material having many fine irregularities formed on the surface, a material subjected to embossing, or a material having a surface subjected to a delustering process (a matte surface).
The width of each strip 4 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, 20mm or more and 30mm or less, or may be about 25 mm. The interval between the two belt-like sheets 4 (the interval in the first direction) is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, 45mm to 55mm, or about 50 mm. The distance from the both end edges of the outer sheet 2 in the first direction to the two belt-like sheets 4 (the distance in the first direction) is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, 25mm or more and 35mm or less, or may be about 30 mm.
The packaging material 1 having the above-described respective structures has the end portion of the outer sheet 2 and the end portion of the inner sheet 3 joined directly or indirectly so as to surround the sheet-like food B. That is, the packaging material 1 has a plurality of joint portions 1c where the end portions of the outer sheet 2 and the end portions of the inner sheet 3 are directly or indirectly joined around the sheet-like food B.
The distance L between the two ends of the packaging material 1 in the first direction (specifically, the two ends extending in the second direction) and the two strip-shaped sheets 4 (the distance along the first direction) is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, 3mm to 8mm, or about 5 mm.
In the present embodiment, the packaging material 1 has a non-joined portion 1d between adjacent joined portions 1c, in which the end portion of the outer sheet 2 and the end portion of the inner sheet 3 are not joined directly or indirectly. In the non-joined portion 1d, the space R in which the sheet-like food B is accommodated communicates with the space outside the packaging material 1.
The method for joining the outer sheet 2 and the inner sheet 3 is not particularly limited, and for example, heat sealing may be used, and an adhesive tape, an adhesive (pressure-sensitive or heat-sensitive adhesive) or the like may be used, or ultrasonic waves or self-adhesion may be used.
As described above, the packaging material 1 of the present invention can suppress breakage of the sheet-like food B.
That is, since the two strip-shaped pieces 4 are provided between the sheet-like food B and the one main body piece 2, a gap is easily generated between the sheet-like food B and the one main body piece 2, and the contact between the sheet-like food B and the one main body piece 2 can be suppressed. Thus, when the area on one end side and the area on the other end side of the two main body pieces 2 and 3 in the first direction are separated in the first direction and the sheet-like food B is pulled out from between the two main body pieces 2 and 3, the contact between the sheet-like food B and the main body piece 2 on one side can be suppressed. Therefore, when the sheet-like food B is pulled out from between the two main body pieces 2, 3, the sheet-like food B is prevented from being damaged by contact with the main body piece 2 on one side.
The outer end portions 4a2, 4B2 of the respective band-shaped pieces 4 are configured such that at least a part of the region overlapping the sheet-like food B is not joined to the main body piece 2 on one side. Thus, the region of the outer end portions 4a2, 4b2 of each band-shaped sheet 4 that is not joined to the one main body sheet 2 can be brought close to and separated from the one main body sheet 2, and can be deformed. Therefore, the sheet-like food B is less likely to adhere to each of the belt-like sheets 4 or to peel off even if adhered, and a gap is more likely to occur between the sheet-like food B and the one-side main body sheet 2. Thus, when the sheet-like food B is pulled out from between the two main body pieces 2, 3, breakage of the sheet-like food B can be more effectively suppressed, and the co-workers can easily pull out the sheet-like food B from between the two main body pieces 2, 3.
The two ends of the sheet-like food B in the first direction are portions that are easily broken when the sheet-like food B is pulled out from between the two main body pieces 2 and 3, but by disposing the respective belt-like pieces 4 so as to overlap the two ends, the occurrence of breakage of the sheet-like food B can be more effectively suppressed when the sheet-like food B is pulled out from between the two main body pieces 2 and 3.
Further, since the two belt-like sheets 4 are formed of a sheet material having a higher slip property than the main body sheet 2 on one side, friction caused by contact between the sheet-like food B and each belt-like sheet 4 can be reduced. This makes it possible to more effectively suppress breakage of the sheet-like food B when the sheet-like food B is pulled out from between the two main body pieces 2, 3.
The packaging material for cooked rice processed foods according to the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. The configuration, method, and the like of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily adopted and combined (the configuration, method, and the like of one embodiment may be applied to the configuration, method, and the like of another embodiment), and the configuration, method, and the like of the following various modifications may be arbitrarily selected, and may be applied to the configuration, method, and the like of the above-described embodiment.

Alternatively, two strip-shaped sheets 4 may be disposed between the sheet-like food B and the body sheet (outer sheet) 2 on one side, and further, two strip-shaped sheets 4 may be disposed between the sheet-like food B and the body sheet (inner sheet) 3 on the other side.
In the above embodiment, the two belt-shaped sheets 4 are configured such that the inner end portions 4a1, 4b1 and the outer end portions 4a2, 4b2 are not joined to the one main body sheet (outer sheet) 2, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, only the outer end portions 4a2, 4b2 may be configured such that they are not joined to the one main body sheet (outer sheet) 2.

In the above embodiment, the two belt-like sheets 4 are continuously joined to the one main body sheet 2 over the entire length in the second direction, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the two belt-like sheets 4 may be intermittently joined to the one main body sheet 2 in the second direction.
In the above embodiment, the two belt-shaped sheets 4 are configured such that the inner end portions 4a1, 4b1 and the outer end portions 4a2, 4b2 are not joined to the one main body sheet (outer sheet) 2, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the entirety of the inner end portions 4a1, 4b1 and the outer end portions 4a2, 4b2 may be joined to the one main body sheet (outer sheet) 2. In other words, the whole of each belt-like sheet 4 may be joined to the main body sheet (outer sheet) 2 on one side.
