The present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, but the following embodiments are only used for understanding the principle of the present invention and the core idea thereof, and do not limit the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that modifications to the invention as described herein, which do not depart from the principles of the invention, are intended to be within the scope of the claims which follow.
Examples
A pipe rolling and bundling device, see fig. 1 to fig. 20.
As shown in fig. 1, the device comprises a feeding mechanism 700 for conveying the tube, a winding mechanism 600 for winding the tube, a bundling mechanism 300 for bundling a tube disc (the tube disc refers to the tube after winding), a material returning mechanism 400 for discharging the tube disc, and a grabbing mechanism 500 for disassembling and assembling the winding part flange 900, wherein the feeding mechanism 700 sends the front end of the tube to the winding part 63 of the winding mechanism 600 for fixing, then the tube disc is wound into the tube disc through the rotation of the winding part 63, the grabbing mechanism 500 removes the winding part flange 900, then the tube disc is bundled through the bundling mechanism 300, the material returning mechanism 400 unloads the bundled tube disc, and then the winding part flange 900 is reset and installed on the winding part 63 through the grabbing mechanism 500;
the feeding mechanism 700 comprises a first base plate 31, a feeding roller 2 and a guide roller 3 which are arranged on the first base plate 31 and used for guiding the pipe to move forward, and a following mechanism which follows the pipe to move forward synchronously is arranged on the first base plate 31; the following mechanism comprises an air cylinder for driving the following mechanism to reciprocate, and a clamping part 8 and a supporting part which are arranged on the first guide rail 37, wherein in the process that the clamping part 8 and the supporting part 42 synchronously move forwards along with the pipe, the clamping part 8 always clamps the pipe, and the supporting part 42 always supports the pipe;
the winding mechanism 600 at least comprises one winding unit, the winding unit comprises a winding disc 81 and a power system for driving the winding disc 81 to rotate, a winding part 63 is axially arranged along the winding disc 81, the winding part 63 is driven to radially displace through a synchronous driving mechanism to realize winding radius adjustment, a winding part flange 900 is arranged at the outer end part of the winding part 63, and the winding part flange 900 can axially separate from the winding part 63;
the strapping mechanism 300 comprises a tape feeding mechanism, a hot melting strapping machine, an adjusting mechanism and an opening and closing mechanism, wherein the adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting a strapping position, after the opening and closing mechanism grips the coiled pipe, the tape feeding mechanism is used for feeding the strapping tape into a strapping tape guide rail 134 of the opening and closing mechanism, and after the strapping tape moves forwards along the strapping tape guide rail 134 and forms a closed loop, the hot melting strapping is completed through the hot melting strapping machine;
the grabbing mechanism 500 comprises a hand grip 116 and a positioning mechanism, the hand grip 116 is arranged on the support and used for grabbing the flanges 900 of the winding part, the hand grip 116 is connected with the second rotating shaft 106 and can rotate around the second rotating shaft 106, and when the hand grip 116 rotates around the second rotating shaft 106 to a grabbing station, the positioning mechanism is used for limiting the hand grip 116;
as shown in fig. 1 and 19, the material returning mechanism 400 includes a carrying portion 401 for supporting the tube tray, the carrying portion 401 is connected to a conveying belt 402 and can move to a proper position along with the conveying belt 402 after carrying the tube tray; an air cylinder eight 403 for driving the carrying part 401 to vertically turn is arranged below the carrying part 401, and after the carrying part 401 moves to a proper position along the conveying belt 402 and the carrying part 401 is driven to turn over to a certain angle by the air cylinder eight 403, the tube tray on the carrying part 401 falls into the material tray 200;
as shown in fig. 20, a stock portion 910 is further provided at the inlet side of the feeding mechanism 700, and the stock portion 910 includes: the fixed cross bar 211 is used for supporting the pipe 1, the fixed cross bar 211 is arranged close to the feeding roller 2, the movable cross bar 220 which is arranged above the movable cross bar 220 and used for driving the pipe 1 to bend downwards is arranged, the movable cross bar 220 is fixedly connected with the sliding component 215, the sliding component 215 is fixed on a vertically arranged belt 212, the belt 212 is connected with the output end of a second motor 218, the upper part of the belt 212 is wound on a belt pulley A210, the belt pulley A210 is arranged on the vertical rod of a support 219, the lower part of the belt 212 is wound on a belt pulley B on a third rotating shaft 217, the third rotating shaft 217 is connected with the second motor 218, and the second motor 218 is arranged on a cross beam at the bottom of the support 219; when the second motor 218 rotates in the forward direction, the belt 212 drives the movable cross rod 220 to ascend, when the second motor 218 rotates in the reverse direction, the belt 212 drives the movable cross rod 220 to descend, and when the movable cross rod 220 descends, the pipe 1 is driven to bend downwards. In this embodiment, three sets of fixed cross bars 211 are provided, two sets of movable cross bars 220 are provided, and three sets of fixed cross bars 211 and two sets of movable cross bars 220 are alternately arranged, that is, the movable cross bars 220 are arranged between the fixed cross bars 211 and the fixed cross bars 213, a set of fixed cross bars 213 is arranged between the movable cross bars 220 and the movable cross bars 221 (the movable cross bars 221 are fixed on the belt 214 through sliding components), a set of fixed cross bars 216 is further arranged outside the movable cross bars 221, each movable cross bar is driven by a second motor 218 at the same time, and the second motor 218 is controlled by the control cabinet 800 and its circuit. In order to facilitate the feeding of the pipes, the cross bars can be replaced by rollers. During the use, after the tubular product in front of feed mechanism 700 was cut, can drive tubular product 1 through fixed horizontal pole decline and bend down, tubular product 1 bending part is equivalent to prestoring tubular product, just so can prevent that tubular product 1 from overstocking in feed mechanism 700 the place ahead, need not to shut down feed mechanism in the production process.
In this embodiment, the circuits of the mechanisms are connected to the control system of the control cabinet 800, and the operation is controlled by the control system of the electrical control cabinet 800.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the following mechanism of the feeding mechanism 700 further includes an abutting portion 6, and during the process of the following mechanism synchronously moving forward along the pipe 1, the abutting portion 6 always abuts against the end of the pipe 1 (the abutting portion 6 always abuts against the front end of the pipe 1, as shown in fig. 5), of course, during the process of the following mechanism synchronously moving forward along the pipe 1, the abutting portion 6 may also abut against the bottom end or the side end of the pipe. The cylinders for driving the following mechanism to reciprocate comprise a first cylinder 11 and a third cylinder 9, when the device is used, the first cylinder 11 drives the abutting part 6 and the supporting part 42 to reciprocate back and forth, the third cylinder 9 drives the clamping part 8 to reciprocate back and forth, and the third cylinder 9 needs to act simultaneously with the first cylinder 11 to prevent the clamping part 8 from running late. In order to realize smooth feeding of the pipe, as shown in fig. 5, the supporting portion 42 is a supporting rod supported at the bottom of the pipe 1. The feeding mechanism further comprises a pressing guide mechanism, the pressing guide mechanism comprises a second air cylinder 34 and a pressing guide wheel 7 driven by the second air cylinder 34, and the pressing guide wheel 7 is located right above the pipe 1. When the following mechanism runs to the position near the downward pressing guide mechanism, the second air cylinder 34 drives the downward pressing guide wheel 7 to retract upwards, the attaching part 6 of the following mechanism is waited to pass through, and runs to the front of the downward pressing guide mechanism, after the pipe 1 is sent to the corresponding position on the winding wheel, the following mechanism retracts under the action of the first air cylinder 11 to reset, and the second air cylinder 34 drives the downward pressing guide wheel 7 to extend downwards to the top of the pipe 1. In order to control the feeding length, the feeding mechanism further comprises a meter wheel 13, and the meter wheel 13 is arranged beside the guide roller 3. In order to facilitate tube arrangement, a second guide rail 39 and a transverse discharging motor 4 are arranged on the side of the first base plate 31, and the following mechanism, the feeding roller 2 and the guide roller 3 are driven by the transverse discharging motor 4 to integrally move transversely along the second guide rail 39; an upper discharging motor 14 and a lower discharging motor 14 are arranged below the first substrate 31, and the following mechanism, the feeding roller 2 and the guide roller 3 are driven by the upper discharging motor 14 and the lower discharging motor to integrally move up and down. A guide support shaft 40 is arranged on the first base plate 31 in a penetrating mode, a support plate 41 is arranged on the surface of the first base plate 31, the second guide rail 39 is installed on the support plate 41, and the following mechanism, the feeding roller 2, the guide roller 3 and other components are also installed on the support plate 41. When in use, the transverse discharging motor 4 at the side of the first substrate 31 can drive the supporting plate 41 and the whole structure on the supporting plate 41 to move transversely along the second guide rail 39; the first base plate 31 is further provided with a through hole, a guide support shaft 40 penetrates through the through hole, the upper end of the guide support shaft 40 is connected with a support plate 41, and the upper and lower discharge motors 14 can drive the support plate 41 and the structure on the support plate 41 to integrally move up and down. The feeding mode adopts a motor to drive the rollers to feed materials in a rotating mode, wherein the feeding rollers 2 are horizontally arranged in one group, the guide rollers 3 are arranged in four groups, two groups are transversely arranged, and two groups are vertically arranged. The first base plate 31 is further provided with a drag chain 32, a drag chain 33 and a drag chain 35 for protecting cables. The clamping part 8 is positioned at the rear side of the supporting part 42 (close to the feeding roller 2), and the clamping part 8 comprises a pipe clamp which is driven by a clamping cylinder to clamp and unclamp. The feeding mechanism 700 further comprises a pipe shearing mechanism 45, and after the pipe is wound up, the pipe 1 is sheared through the pipe shearing mechanism 45.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 to 13, the winding mechanism 600 is composed of two winding units, including a first winding unit 51 and a second winding unit 52, each winding unit includes a winding disc 81 and a power system for driving the winding disc 81 to rotate, wherein the power system of the first winding unit 51 includes a motor 54 and a pulley transmission mechanism engaged therewith, and the power system of the second winding unit 52 includes a motor 60 and a pulley transmission mechanism engaged therewith. A winding part 63 is arranged along the axial direction of the winding disc 81 (in this embodiment, the winding part 63 of each winding unit is composed of 6 winding arms), the winding radius is adjusted by driving the winding part 63 to radially displace through a synchronous driving mechanism, a winding part rib is arranged at the outer end of the winding part 63, and the winding part rib can axially separate from the winding part 63. Specifically, the winding part flange includes a magnet mount pad 89 and the electro-magnet 75 of setting on magnet mount pad 89, the axis position of the circle of enclosing synthetic by all winding parts 63 still is provided with the magnet absorption piece 85 with electro-magnet 75 matched with to and set up on magnet mount pad 89 and be the baffle 62 that circumference was arranged (the free baffle 62 quantity of every rolling in this embodiment is 6), in the use, magnet mount pad 89, electro-magnet 75 and baffle 62 adsorb as whole and fix on magnet absorption piece 85, when needing to unload the pipe, only need close electro-magnet 75 switch earlier, move away winding part flange, then will roll up the tubular product that the pipe is rolled up unload can, tubular product need not along baffle 62 roll-off during unloading the pipe, it is shorter to unload the pipe stroke.
In order to improve the stability of the winding part rib, as shown in fig. 12, a first stop block 80 with a limiting groove is arranged on the baffle plate 62 of the winding part rib, a connecting rod 96 is arranged on the winding part 63, a first limiting block 79 is arranged on the connecting rod 96, the first limiting block 79 on the connecting rod 96 is driven to move radially to realize the separation and the matching of the first limiting block 79 and the limiting groove when the winding part 63 moves radially, when the first limiting block 79 is matched with the limiting groove, the axial limiting of the baffle plate 62 can be realized, and the winding part rib is prevented from being separated from or loosened from the winding part.
The baffle plate 62 of the rolling part rib is arranged along the circumferential direction of the magnet mounting seat 89, the baffle plate 62 is slidably sleeved on the rolling part 63, and the baffle plate 62 is also slidably sleeved on the guide rod 74.
As shown in fig. 11, the synchronous driving mechanism includes a first rotating shaft 82 disposed at an output end of a motor (not shown in the motor drawing), a first primary bevel gear 77 disposed on the first rotating shaft 82, a second secondary bevel gear 78 disposed on the first lead screw 73, the first primary bevel gear 77 meshing with the second secondary bevel gear 78, a lead screw nut 71 disposed on the first lead screw 73, the lead screw nut 71 fixedly connected to the winding portion 63 (the lead screw nut 71 may also fixedly connected to the winding portion 63 through a connecting block 72); the first rotating shaft 82 drives the main bevel gear 77 to rotate so as to drive the auxiliary bevel gear 78 and the first screw rod 73 to rotate, and the first screw rod 73 rotates to drive the screw rod nut 71 to displace so as to drive the radial displacement of the winding part 63 to realize the winding radius adjustment. Specifically, a motor of the synchronous driving mechanism drives a first rotating shaft 82 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 82 drives a first main bevel gear 77 to rotate, the first main bevel gear 77 drives a second bevel gear 78 to rotate, the second bevel gear 78 drives a first screw rod 73 to rotate, a screw nut 71 displaces along the first screw rod 73 in the rotating process of the first screw rod 73, and the screw nut 71 drives a rolling part 63 to synchronously displace along the radial direction, so that the rolling radius is adjusted through displacement.
In order to improve the stability and flexibility of the winding radius adjustment, as shown in fig. 7 and 10, six spokes 76 are arranged on the winding disc 81, and each baffle plate 62 is slidably sleeved on the corresponding spoke 76; a first slide rail 70 is arranged along each spoke 76, each rolling part 63 is sleeved on the corresponding spoke 76 and the first slide rail 70 at the same time, each rolling part 63 can slide along the corresponding first slide rail 70 and the corresponding spoke 76, a fixed seat 83 is arranged on each spoke 76, and one end of each screw rod 73, which is not connected with the secondary bevel gear 78, is connected to the fixed seat 83.
As shown in fig. 13, two stop rods are disposed on the winding portion 63, wherein the distance between the first stop rod 65 and the spoke 76 is equal to the diameter of the tube, and the distance between the second stop rod 68 and the spoke 76 is equal to an integral multiple of the diameter of the tube, which may be one time, two times, or another integral multiple. The preferred scheme is that the distance between the second stop rod 68 and the spoke 76 is equal to 2 times of the diameter of the pipe, and the stability is better. In order to be suitable for the rolling of pipes with different diameters, the rolling part 63 can be provided with a strip-shaped hole 86, the blocking rod penetrates through the strip-shaped hole 86 and is connected to the sliding support on the inner side of the rolling part 63, and when the blocking rod slides along the strip-shaped hole 86, the distance between the blocking rod and the spoke 76 is changed, so that the blocking part can be used for clamping and placing pipes with different diameters. Due to the arrangement of the blocking rods, the pipes can be arranged in a stable and ordered manner in the winding process, and the scattering and disorder of the pipes can be avoided.
In order to prevent the tube from falling off during the winding process, as shown in fig. 13, a tube end insertion rod 66 is fixedly arranged on the winding part 63, a pressing block 69 is fixedly arranged on the spoke 76, and the pressing block 69 is positioned above the tube end insertion rod 66; in use, the ends of the tubing 67 are inserted onto the tube end insertion rod 66 and the press 69 is pressed against the tubing 67 of the tube end insertion rod 66 as the coil 63 is moved up the spokes 76 to the appropriate position (which is dependent on the thickness of the tubing).
As shown in fig. 7, 8 and 9, the tube winding mechanism further includes a rotating disc 55 and a first motor 59, the first motor 59 is fixed on a frame-shaped bracket 58, a bracket 57 is fixed on the rotating disc 55, the first winding unit 51 and the second winding unit 52 are symmetrically installed on the bracket 57, and the rotating disc 55 is driven by the first motor 59 to rotate so as to drive the bracket 57 and the two winding units to turn. The rotating disc 55 serves to increase the stress area in the axial direction and reduce the axial stress of the first rolling monomer 51 and the second rolling monomer 52.
As shown in fig. 7 and 9, four axial force bearing points 91 are uniformly distributed on the side wall of the rotating disk 55 which is not attached to the bracket 58, and the force bearing points 91 are bearing universal wheels.
As shown in fig. 1, the pipe winding mechanism further comprises a turning positioning mechanism, the turning positioning mechanism comprises a second air cylinder 56, a second limit block 64 is arranged at the end of a telescopic rod of the second air cylinder 56, a second stop block 84 is arranged on the rotating disc 55, and the second air cylinder 56 drives the second limit block 64 to be matched with the second stop block 84 on the rotating disc 55 to position the rotating disc. In the turning process, the telescopic rod of the second air cylinder 56 is contracted, the second limit block 64 is separated from the second limit block 84, when the device is turned to a proper position, the telescopic rod of the second air cylinder 56 extends out, and the second limit block 64 and the second limit block 84 are driven to be matched and fixed, so that the positioning of the first winding rotating disc 55, the first winding single body 51 and the second winding single body 52 is realized.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a pipe clamping mechanism is arranged between the first winding unit 51 and the second winding unit 52, the pipe clamping mechanism comprises a support frame 53 connected to the middle of the support 57, the support frame 53 is simultaneously sleeved on the vertical rod 87, the support frame 53 is provided with an air cylinder 61, the tail end of the air cylinder 61 is connected with a connecting block 90, the connecting block 90 is fixedly sleeved on the vertical rod 87, and a clamping rod 88 is hinged to the connecting part of the vertical rod 87 and the support frame 53, so that the clamping rod 88 can rotate around the root part of the clamping rod 88; when the cylinder 61 drives the connecting block 90 to act, the connecting block 90 drives the clamping rods 88 to be close to the vertical rods 87, so that the vertical rods 87 and the clamping rods 88 can clamp the pipe together, or the pipe can be supported by the clamping rods 88.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the tape feeding mechanism of the strapping mechanism 300 includes a tape mounting portion, an electric clutch 122 is further provided on the tape mounting portion, the electric clutch 122 is activated, and then the electric clutch 122 controls the mounting plate of the tape mounting portion to stop rotating, the tape mounting portion is used for mounting the tape 121, a tape feeding roller driven by a tape feeding motor 138 and a tape storage portion 137 for pre-placing the tape, and an outlet of the tape storage portion 137 is connected to the tape guide 134 of the opening and closing mechanism. In this embodiment, the tape storage 137 is substantially a tape storage tray capable of storing a tape of a desired length, and the tape fed by the tape feed roller is stored on the tape storage tray.
The adjusting mechanism comprises a rail 129 arranged on the second substrate 125, a mounting plate 124 capable of reciprocating along the rail 129 is arranged on the rail 129, the tape feeding mechanism and the hot-melt bundling mechanism are arranged on the mounting plate 124, and the tape feeding mechanism and the hot-melt bundling mechanism are driven to move correspondingly when the mounting plate 124 moves. In this embodiment, the mounting plate 124 and the components thereon are realized by a first motor 123 and a lead screw sliding mechanism, the output end of the first motor 123 is connected with a lead screw, the other end of the lead screw is connected with a support, a lead screw nut is arranged on the lead screw and fixedly connected with the mounting plate 124, and the first motor 123 drives the lead screw nut to displace along the lead screw when rotating, so as to drive the mounting plate 124 to move. Meanwhile, the mounting plate 124 is also disposed on the rail 129 through a sliding groove, so that the stability of the pipe strapping device can be improved.
The hot melting bundling mechanism comprises a mounting seat 126 arranged on the cross beam 130 and a hot melting machine 127 arranged on the mounting seat 126, the hot melting machine 127 adopts a second motor 136 as a power source, a third cylinder 135 is arranged below the hot melting machine 127, a telescopic rod of the third cylinder 135 is connected with a hot melting sheet of the hot melting machine 127, and after hot melting bundling is completed, the third cylinder 135 drives the hot melting sheet to be separated from the bundling belt, so that the hot melting sheet is not in contact with the bundling belt, quick cooling of a hot melting part can be facilitated, and bundling efficiency is improved. The opening and closing mechanism comprises four clamping parts, namely a first clamping part 141 and a second clamping part 131, the first clamping part 141 and the second clamping part 131 are respectively positioned at the corner of a quadrangle, the second clamping part 131 is respectively arranged on a baffle 143, and the baffle 143 is arranged close to the hot melting machine 127; the strapping guide rail 134 is disposed inside the four clasping portions, and in a state of clasping the pipe, the four clasping portions and the strapping guide rail 134 jointly form a closed loop structure around the pipe.
The opening and closing mechanism further comprises a transversely arranged air cylinder four 128 and a longitudinally arranged air cylinder five 132, the air cylinder four 128 is used for driving the clasping portion to move transversely to achieve transverse separation and closing of the opening and closing mechanism, and the air cylinder five 132 is used for driving the clasping portion to move longitudinally to achieve longitudinal separation and closing of the opening and closing mechanism.
The cylinder IV 128 is arranged on the cross beam 130, the cylinder IV 128 is connected with the first clasping part 141 through a connecting part, the connecting part comprises a first sliding block 139 connected with a telescopic rod of the cylinder IV 128, the first sliding block 139 is arranged on a first sliding rail 140 in a matching mode, a second sliding rail 142 is arranged on the first sliding block 139, a clasping part mounting piece 133 used for mounting the first clasping part 141 is arranged on the second sliding rail 142 in a matching mode, the inner wall of the clasping part mounting piece 133 can be attached to the outer wall of the adjacent first clasping part 141 and the outer wall of the second clasping part 131, and the clasping part mounting piece 133 is driven through a cylinder V132; the first sliding block 139, the second sliding rail 142, the first clamping part mounting piece 133, the fifth air cylinder 132 and the first clamping part 141 are driven to integrally move transversely through the fourth air cylinder 128, and the first clamping part mounting piece 133 and the first clamping part 141 are driven to integrally move longitudinally through the fifth air cylinder 132. The number of the cylinders four 128 is two, and the number of the cylinders five 132 is two.
In fig. 14 and 15, a seventh cylinder 102 and a tube clamping and pressing portion arranged on a support of the winding machine are further schematically shown, a telescopic rod of the seventh cylinder 102 is connected with a positioning block 104, and when a gripper of the winding machine is located at a gripping station, the seventh cylinder 102 drives the positioning block 104 to be matched with a positioning groove; the pipe clamping and pressing part comprises a connecting plate 103 and a clamping and pressing part 105 which is arranged at the end part of the connecting plate 103 and used for clamping and pressing a pipe, the clamping and pressing part 105 is of an arc sawtooth structure, when the pipe is cut, the clamping and pressing part is used for pressing the pipe, the tail part of the pipe (a pipe section close to the cut part) is prevented from swinging left and right, and the tail part of the pipe is enabled to complete final rolling along a groove of the arc sawtooth structure.

In addition, after the first winding monomer 51 finishes winding and the pipe 1 is cut off, the second motor 218 can be started, the second motor 218 rotates reversely and drives the movable cross rod 220 to descend through the belt 212, the pipe 1 is driven to bend downwards when the movable cross rod 220 descends, the bent part of the pipe 1 is equivalent to a pre-stored pipe, so that the pipe 1 can be prevented from being accumulated in front of the feeding mechanism 700, and the feeding mechanism does not need to be shut down in the production process; then the second motor 218 rotates in the forward direction and drives the movable cross bar 220 to ascend through the belt 212 until the pipe 1 returns to the horizontal feeding state.
Winding: in an initial state, the rolling radius is smaller, and the limiting block I79 and the limiting groove of the limiting block I80 are in a separated state; when the pipe end part winding device is used, the end part of a pipe is conveyed to the vicinity of the winding part 63 through the feeding mechanism, the end part of the pipe is inserted into the pipe end part insertion rod 66, then the synchronous driving mechanism is started, the winding radius is increased, in the process, the pressing block 69 is pressed on the pipe of the pipe end part insertion rod 66 (namely, the pressing block 69 presses the end part of the pipe), meanwhile, the first limiting block 79 and the connecting rod 96 are radially displaced along with the winding part 63 until the first limiting block 79 is matched with the first stopping block 80, so that the first limiting block 79 and the first stopping block 80 are mutually clamped, and the first stopping block 80 is fixedly arranged on the baffle plate 62, so that the fixed limiting of the baffle plate 62 can be realized, and the baffle plate 62 is prevented from axially disengaging; then, starting a power system of the rolling monomer 51 to enable the rolling monomer 51 to rotate to realize tube rolling, after the rolling of the rolling monomer 51 is finished, firstly, closing the power system of the rolling monomer 51, then starting the motor I59, driving the rotating disc 55 to rotate by the motor I59, further driving the movable support 57 and the two rolling monomers to turn over, after the positions of the rolling monomer 51 and the rolling monomer 52 are interchanged, starting the turning positioning mechanism, and driving the limiting block II 64 and the block II 84 to be matched and fixed through the air cylinder II 56 to realize the positioning of the rolling monomer; the tube may then be rolled onto the winding monomer 52; when the rolled tube is bound, the flanges of the rolling part are removed, and then the rolled tube is unloaded.
Bundling: before bundling, the bundling position is adjusted through an adjusting mechanism, then the opening and closing mechanism is separated through the cylinder four 128 and the cylinder five 132, then the coiled pipe is partially placed in the hollow part of the opening and closing mechanism, then the opening and closing mechanism is closed and holds the pipe tightly through the cylinder four 128 and the cylinder five 132, finally the tape-feeding mechanism and the hot-melting bundling mechanism are started, and after the bundling tape moves forwards along the bundling tape guide rail and forms a closed loop, hot-melting bundling is completed through the hot-melting bundling mechanism; when the diameters of the bundles of the pipes to be bundled are different, the hollow part of the opening and closing mechanism can be driven to be enlarged or reduced by the air cylinder four 128 and the air cylinder five 132, so that the pipe bundling device is suitable for different diameters of the bundles.

Unloading: before the tubes are bundled, the motor 161 acts to drive the conveying belt 402 to perform reverse transmission, the bearing part 401 moves to the position below the bundled tubes along with the conveying belt 402 to support the tubes, after the tubes are bundled, the motor 161 acts to drive the conveying belt 402 to rotate in the forward direction, the bundled tubes move to the position obliquely above the material tray 200 along with the conveying belt 402, then the eight 403 cylinders act to drive the bearing part 401 to turn upwards to a certain angle, the tube tray on the bearing part 401 falls into the material tray 200, and the steps are repeated to realize the unloading of the next bundled tubes.
