3. The auxiliary paper-based material arranging and packaging device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first feeding mechanism (3) comprises:
the first fixing rods (31) are connected to one side of the top of the fixing frame (21);
the second fixing rods (32) are connected between the inner side of the upper part of the first fixing rod (31) and the pushing frame (24) in a sliding manner;
a first baffle (33) is connected between one sides of the second fixing rods (32);
a third fixing rod (34) is connected to one side of the top of the fixing frame (21), and a first blanking frame (35) is connected between the upper parts of the third fixing rods (34);
the rotating plates (36) are rotatably connected to the inner sides of the tops of the fixed frames (21);
a torsion spring (37), wherein the torsion spring (37) is connected between the rotating plate (36) and the top of the fixed frame (21);
the top of the fixed frame (21) is connected with a stop lever (38), and the stop lever (38) is matched with the rotating plate (36).
4. An auxiliary paper material arranging and packing device as claimed in claim 2 or 3, further comprising a second blanking mechanism (4), wherein the second blanking mechanism (4) comprises:
one side of the top of the pushing frame (24) is connected with a second baffle plate (41);
the top of the fixing frame (21) is connected with a fourth fixing rod (42), and a second blanking frame (43) is connected between the upper parts of the fourth fixing rods (42).

the two sides of the bottom of the fixing frame (21) are both connected with fifth fixing rods (51), and a belt pulley assembly (52) is rotatably connected between the lower parts of the fifth fixing rods (51);
the upper parts of the fixed frames (21) are connected with pull rods (53) in a sliding manner, and the pull rods (53) are connected with the pushing frame (24);
the bottoms of the pull rods (53) are respectively connected with a chaste bar component (54), and the chaste bar components (54) are respectively meshed with the belt pulley component (52) on the same side.
6. An auxiliary paper material arranging and packing device as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a third blanking mechanism (6), wherein the third blanking mechanism (6) comprises:
the bottoms of the fixing frames (21) are connected with sixth fixing rods (61);
the push rods (62) are connected between the sixth fixing rod (61) and the pull rod (53) on the same side in a sliding manner;
a third baffle (63), wherein the third baffle (63) is connected between one sides of the push rods (62);
the fixing columns (64) are connected with 2 fixing columns (64) on the inner side of the fixing frame (21), and a third blanking frame (65) is connected between the fixing columns (64).
7. The auxiliary paper-based material arranging and packaging device as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a marking mechanism (7), wherein the marking mechanism (7) comprises:
a seventh fixing rod (71), wherein one side of the top of the fixing frame (21) is connected with the seventh fixing rod (71), pigment barrels (72) are arranged on the inner sides of the seventh fixing rods (71), and the bottoms of the pigment barrels (72) are connected with pipes (74);
the upper parts of the pipes (74) are all sleeved with the torsion switches (75);
the inner sides of one part of the fixing frame (21) are symmetrically and slidably connected with the straight rack (76);
the first gears (78) are rotatably connected between the inner walls of the fixing frames (21), the first gears (78) are meshed with the straight racks (76) on the same side, and the straight racks (76) on the upper side are connected with the pipes (74);
the inner sides of the upper side spur racks (76) of the seals (77) are connected with the seals (77);
the inner walls of the eighth fixing rods (73) and the fixing frame (21) are provided with the eighth fixing rods (73), and the eighth fixing rods (73) are matched with the torsion switch (75).
