While those not described in detail in this specification are well known in the art, on the other hand, each of the electrical components in the apparatus is electrically connected to the control device 11, and the working logic and the working sequence between each of the electrical components can be controlled by programming and manual work.
Please refer to fig. 5, a connecting plate 24 is fixedly connected to one side of the bottom end of the recovery plate 21, one end of the connecting plate 24 penetrates through the driving plate 20, a sliding slot is formed in the driving plate 20 and on the outer side close to the driving plate 20, an electric telescopic rod 25 is fixedly connected between one end of the connecting plate 24 penetrating through the driving plate 20 and the spraying box 10, the electric telescopic rod 25 is of an XTL100 type, and the electric telescopic rod 25 can drive the recovery plate 21 and the driving plate 20 to move relatively, so as to conveniently increase the height of the recovery plate 21.
Referring to fig. 6, a second driving motor 121 is fixedly connected to one end of the upper surface of the raw material tank 12, an isolation tank 122 is fixedly connected to the top end of the interior of the raw material tank 12, a plurality of stirring blades 123 are rotatably connected between the isolation tank 122 and the raw material tank 12, the output end of the second driving motor 121 and the top ends of the stirring blades 123 are both located inside the isolation tank 122, the output end of the second driving motor 121 and each stirring blade 123 are in transmission connection through a synchronous belt 124, and the problem of precipitation and the like can be prevented by continuously stirring the contamination-resistant coating 7.
Referring to fig. 7, the sprayer 17 includes two sets of connection blocks 171 connected to the spray box 10, a connection pipe 172 is fixedly connected between the two sets of connection blocks 171, a first high pressure sprayer 173 and a second high pressure sprayer 174 are fixedly connected to a side surface of the connection pipe 172, the first high pressure sprayer 173 and the second high pressure sprayer 174 are arranged in a staggered manner, discharge ports of the first high pressure sprayer 173 and the second high pressure sprayer 174 are both fixedly connected with a high pressure nozzle 175, the high pressure nozzle 175 is a trapezoidal member, an included angle between the first high pressure sprayer 173 and a vertical direction is 15 °, an included angle between the second high pressure sprayer 174 and the vertical direction is 30 °, a spray range can be increased by the dual-angle high pressure sprayer, and a spray area can be increased by the trapezoidal high pressure nozzle 175.
The application method of the spraying equipment comprises the following steps: conveying the anti-contamination paint 7 into the raw material box 12 through a feed inlet of the raw material box 12, starting a second driving motor 121, driving each stirring blade 123 to rotate by an output end of the second driving motor 121 through a synchronous belt 124, stirring the anti-contamination paint 7, conveying the product C into the spraying box 10 by a conveying belt 9, starting a first driving motor 22, driving a spiral rod 23 to rotate by the first driving motor 22, driving two groups of driving plates 20 to do opposite movement, driving a recovery plate 21 to move by the two groups of driving plates 20, stopping the first driving motor 22 after a connecting belt 211 of the recovery plate 21 contacts with the edge of the product C, starting an electric telescopic rod 25, driving the recovery plate 21 to vertically slide along the recovery plate 20 by the electric telescopic rod 25 through a connecting plate 24, and stopping when the connecting belt 211 of the recovery plate 21 is tightly attached to the lower side of the edge of the artificial plate;
starting a first high pressure sprayer 173 and a second high pressure sprayer 174 of the side sprayer 17 on the product C, the first high pressure sprayer 173 and the second high pressure sprayer 174 spraying the anti-staining coating 7 on the surface of the product C through a high pressure nozzle 175 to obtain an artificial board, the excess anti-staining coating 7 being dropped onto the connection strip 211 from the edges of both sides of the product C and sliding along the connection strip 211 into the recovery plate 21, finally being collected into the recovery tank 14 along the folding pipe 26, and finally starting the recovery pump 15 to pump the collected anti-staining coating 7 into the raw material tank 12 through the recovery pipe 16 for secondary use;
the artificial board drying method comprises the steps of starting the conveyor belt 9, conveying the artificial board to the lower side of the first group of heaters 19, stopping the conveyor belt 9, starting the heaters 19, drying the artificial board for the first time, starting the conveyor belt 9 later, conveying the artificial board to the lower side of the second group of heaters 19, drying the artificial board for the second time, repeating the steps, drying the artificial board to obtain a finished product, and finally starting the conveyor belt 9 to convey the artificial board to next processing equipment.

Claims (10)

1. The preparation method of the waterproof stain-resistant artificial board is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: arranging 4-6 layers of veneers in a criss-cross manner, gluing to prepare a first substrate (3) and a second substrate (5), and drying the first substrate (3) and the second substrate (5);
step two: coating adhesive and preservative on the upper surfaces of the water-stop sheet (1) and the first water-stop film (2), and then performing primary assembly, cold pressing and hot pressing solidification on the water-stop sheet (1), the first water-stop film (2) and the first substrate (3) to obtain a product A;
step three: coating adhesive and preservative on the upper surfaces of the product A and the second water-resisting film (4), and performing secondary assembly, cold pressing and hot pressing solidification on the product A, the second water-resisting film (4) and the second substrate (5) to obtain a product B;
step four: coating base paper impregnation primer on the surface of the product B, assembling the impregnated bond paper (6) and the product B, and performing hot-pressing lamination to obtain a product C;
step five: conveying the product C to spraying equipment, and spraying a stain-resistant coating (7) on the surface of the product C to obtain an artificial board;
the application method of the spraying equipment comprises the following steps: the anti-staining coating (7) is conveyed into the raw material box (12) through the feed inlet of the raw material box (12), the second driving motor (121) is started, the output end of the second driving motor (121) drives each stirring blade (123) to rotate through a synchronous belt (124), the anti-soiling paint (7) is stirred, the conveyor belt (9) conveys the product C into the spraying box (10), the first driving motor (22) is started, the first driving motor (22) drives the screw rod (23) to rotate, the two groups of driving plates (20) are driven to do opposite movement, the two groups of driving plates (20) drive the recovery plate (21) to move, after a connecting belt (211) of the recovery plate (21) contacts the edge of the product C, stopping the first driving motor (22), starting the electric telescopic rod (25), and driving the recovery plate (21) to vertically slide along the driving plate (20) through the connecting plate (24) by the electric telescopic rod (25);
starting a first high-pressure ejector (173) and a second high-pressure ejector (174) of an upper side sprayer (17) of the product C, spraying the anti-staining coating (7) on the surface of the product C by a first high-pressure ejector (173) and a second high-pressure ejector (174) through a high-pressure nozzle (175) to obtain an artificial board, dropping the redundant anti-staining coating (7) onto a connecting strip (211) from the edges of the two sides of the product C, sliding the product C along the connecting strip (211) into a recovery plate (21), finally converging the product C into a recovery tank (14) along a folding pipe (26), and finally starting a recovery pump (15) to pump the collected anti-staining coating (7) into a raw material tank (12) through a recovery pipe (16) for secondary use;
starting the conveyor belt (9), conveying the artificial board to the lower side of the first group of heaters (19), stopping the conveyor belt (9), starting the heaters (19), drying the artificial board for the first time, then starting the conveyor belt (9), conveying the artificial board to the lower side of the second group of heaters (19) for the second time, repeating the steps, drying the artificial board to obtain a finished product, finally starting the conveyor belt (9), and conveying the artificial board to next processing equipment.
2. The method for preparing a waterproof and stain-resistant artificial board according to claim 1, wherein the water-stop sheet (1) comprises a fiber board, an adhesive, paraffin, gelatin and hard acid ester, and the fiber board is mixed with the adhesive, the paraffin, the gelatin and the hard acid ester, paved, pre-pressed and hot-pressed to form the water-stop sheet (1).
3. The method for preparing a waterproof and stain-resistant artificial board according to claim 1, wherein the surface of the impregnated bond paper (6) is coated with aqueous polyurethane resin, and the first water-stop film (2) and the second water-stop film (4) are both made of CPE film.

The preparation method of the waterproof stain-resistant artificial board according to claim 1, wherein the spraying equipment comprises a base frame (8), a spraying box (10) and a recycling pump (15), the side surface of the spraying box (10) is fixedly connected with a control device (11), the upper surface of the base frame (8) is fixedly connected with a conveyor belt (9), the spraying box (10) is fixedly connected with the base frame (8), the spraying box (10) is sleeved outside the conveyor belt (9), the upper surface of the spraying box (10) is fixedly connected with a raw material box (12), the two sides of the spraying box (10) are adhered and connected with shielding curtains (13), the lower surface of the spraying box (10) is fixedly connected with a recycling box (14), the recycling pump (15) is placed inside the base frame (8), and the feed inlet of the recycling pump (15) is communicated with the bottom end of the recycling box (14), a discharge port of the recovery pump (15) is fixedly connected with a recovery pipe (16) through a flange, and a discharge port of the recovery pipe (16) is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the raw material tank (12);
one side of the top end in the spraying box (10) is fixedly connected with a plurality of sprayers (17), and one side of the interior of the spraying box (10) close to the sprayer (17) is fixedly connected with a plurality of heaters (19), the two sides of the interior of the spraying box (10) close to the heater (19) are fixedly connected with heat insulation plates (18), and both sides of the rear surface of the spraying box (10) are fixedly connected with a first driving motor (22), both sides of the interior of the spraying box (10) are rotatably connected with screw rods (23), the output end of the first driving motor (22) is fixedly connected with the screw rod (23), two sides inside the spraying box (10) are both connected with driving plates (20) in a sliding way, two ends of the driving plate (20) are respectively in threaded connection with the outer sides of the two groups of screw rods (23), and one side of the driving plate (20) facing the conveyor belt (9) is connected with a recovery plate (21) in a sliding way.

The method for preparing the waterproof stain-resistant artificial board according to claim 4, wherein the two screw rods (23) have opposite rotation directions of threads at two ends, and two limiting rings are fixedly connected to two sides of the threads of the two screw rods (23), and the two screw rods (23) are located at the lower side of the heat insulation board (18).

The method for preparing the waterproof and stain-resistant artificial board according to claim 4, wherein the top end of the recovery board (21) facing the conveyor belt (9) is provided with a liquid inlet, a connecting belt (211) is fixedly connected to the side of the liquid inlet facing the conveyor belt (9), the connecting belt (211) is a circular arc-shaped member, and the liquid outlet of the recovery board (21) is fixedly connected to the recovery tank (14) through a folding pipe (26).
