Background
The existing adhesive tape die cutting process divides a product into two parts from top to bottom, two sets of dies are designed to respectively manufacture semi-finished products, and finally the two semi-finished products are combined together through a jig. Based on the method, the double-sided adhesive tape is directly exposed towards the direction of the mold, the mold is directly formed through a sleeve cutting production line by 3-4, and the cutter faces the adhesive surface to cut asynchronously, so that the working efficiency is greatly improved, and the material cost is saved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for manufacturing an asynchronous adhesive tape with a glue-faced surface, aiming at the defects of the prior art.

the manufacturing method of the asynchronous adhesive tape with the adhesive-faced surface comprises a release film layer and an adhesive tape layer, and comprises the following steps:
s1, compounding the checking position of the film A on the stripping film, cutting the film through a sleeve cutting machine with a first die and discharging waste; feeding materials through a composite double-faced adhesive tape discharging mechanism, compounding the composite double-faced adhesive tape on the film A, enabling the bottom adhesive tape of the composite double-faced adhesive tape to be in contact with the upper surface of the film A, and enabling the upper adhesive tape of the composite double-faced adhesive tape to be exposed outside; finally, the stripping film enters a sleeve cutting machine provided with a second die;
the materials of S2 and S1 enter a sleeve cutting machine provided with a second die, and a cutting knife edge of the second die is aligned with the upper adhesive tape of the composite double-sided adhesive tape; meanwhile, the B film passes through an asynchronous material passing wheel to be fed, asynchronous cutting is carried out, and the cut B film is compounded on the upper glue of the composite double-sided adhesive tape;
and S3, directly compounding the release film on the whole surface of the material processed in the step S2, putting the material into a sleeve cutting machine provided with a third die, directly cutting, discharging a waste outer frame, and finally forming the product.
Further, in S2, the B film passes through the asynchronous material passing wheel, and the asynchronous cutting machine is set to step L1 and L2, where L1 is less than L2, where L1 is the step of cutting the asynchronous B film and L2 is the step of passing the carrier film and the composite double-sided adhesive.
Further, the film A and the film B are both PET films.
Furthermore, the foam of the second die edge is anti-sticking foam.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the process of the invention is that the double faced adhesive tape is directly exposed towards the direction of a mould, the double faced adhesive tape is directly formed through a sleeve cutting production line, a cutter faces the adhesive surface, asynchronous cutting is carried out, auxiliary film materials are not required to be shielded, meanwhile, the asynchronous sleeve cutting machine is provided with steps L1 and L2, L1 is smaller than L2, L1 is used for feeding the asynchronous adhesive tape, L2 is used for feeding the adhesive tape for cutting, asynchronously-generated waste materials are all outside the shape of the product, waste discharge is convenient, product precision is ensured, cutting is convenient, the bare adhesive on the adhesive tape for removing the adhesive tape can not generate a cutter mark and an extrusion mark, and raw material cost and process loss are greatly saved (the original percentage is reduced to 10-15 percent from 20-30 percent); most importantly, the product is integrally formed by original parts and is directly manufactured and formed through a sleeve cutting production line, so that the subsequent mass production requirement is met; the invention has reasonable process design and simple operation, greatly improves the working efficiency, saves the material cost, reduces the manufacturing of personnel, increases the yield of products, and has beautiful appearance and accurate size.

s1, compounding the PET (A) film check position on the stripping film, cutting the stripping film through a sleeve cutting machine provided with a first die, and discharging waste; feeding materials through a composite double-sided adhesive tape discharging mechanism, compounding the composite double-sided adhesive tape on a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) (A) film, contacting the bottom adhesive tape of the composite double-sided adhesive tape with the upper surface of the PET (polyethylene terephthalate) (A) film, and exposing the upper adhesive tape of the composite double-sided adhesive tape; finally, the stripping film enters a sleeve cutting machine provided with a second die;
the materials of S2 and S1 enter a sleeving and cutting machine provided with a second die, a cutting knife edge of the second die is aligned to the upper adhesive of the composite double-sided adhesive tape, and the foam of the knife edge of the second die is anti-sticking foam; simultaneously feeding the PET (B) film through an asynchronous material passing wheel, carrying out asynchronous cutting, and setting the steps L1 and L2 of an asynchronous cutting machine, wherein L1 is less than L2, L1 is the step of feeding the cutting asynchronous PET (B) film, and L2 is the step of passing the material support base film and the composite double-sided adhesive; compounding the asynchronously cut PET (B) film on the upper glue of the composite double-sided adhesive tape;
and S3, directly compounding the release film on the whole surface of the material processed in the step S2, putting the material into a sleeve cutting machine provided with a third die, directly cutting, discharging a waste outer frame, and finally forming the product.
The process of the invention is that the double faced adhesive tape is directly exposed towards the direction of a mould, and is directly formed through a sleeve cutting production line, a cutter faces the adhesive surface, and the asynchronous cutting is carried out without shielding an auxiliary membrane material, the asynchronously generated waste materials are all outside the shape of the product, the waste discharge is convenient, the product precision is ensured, the cutting is convenient, and the bare adhesive on the stripping and attaching membrane can not generate a cutter mark and an extrusion mark, so that the raw material cost and the processing loss are greatly saved (from 20 to 30 percent to 10 to 15 percent); most importantly, the product is integrally formed by original parts and is directly manufactured and formed through a sleeve cutting production line, so that the subsequent mass production requirement is met; the invention has reasonable process design and simple operation, greatly improves the working efficiency, saves the material cost, reduces the manufacturing of personnel, increases the yield of products, and has beautiful appearance and accurate size.
