Abstract
The invention relates to a polishing solution and a preparation method thereof, wherein the polishing solution comprises carnauba wax and isopropanol, the mass ratio of the carnauba wax to the isopropanol is 1:5-1:20, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: putting carnauba wax and isopropanol into a container, heating in a water bath at the temperature of more than or equal to 65 ℃, and continuously stirring until the carnauba wax is completely dissolved; cooling the solution in the container to below 40 deg.C, and stirring continuously during cooling. The polishing solution prepared by the invention is used for polishing sugar-coated tablets, breaks through the limitation of the traditional solid wax polishing technology, has lower requirements on the working experience of operators, greatly improves the polishing success rate of the sugar-coated tablets and reduces the resource waste.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a polishing solution and a preparation method thereof, which are used for polishing sugar-coated tablets.
Background
Most tablets are coated with a sugar coating called "sugar-coated tablet" which can make the tablet beautiful and mask the bad smell of Chinese medicine, so that patients are willing to take the tablet, and most tablets take syrup as the main coating material. The sugar coating has certain moisture-proof and air-isolating effects, can cover up unpleasant odor of the medicine, improve appearance, is easy to swallow, and has little influence on tablet disintegration.
The prior sugar-coated tablet polishing process in China is solid wax polishing, and the polishing material addition amount, the operation time of each step, the appearance mastering degree and the like are completely mastered by the experience of workers and the technology, so that long-term experience exploration and learning are very needed. The method has the disadvantages that the tablets must be polished in a wet state after being coated with a color layer, the polishing success rate is low, the polishing is easy to fail, and the production time is not easy to arrange; secondly, the culture time is long, the cost is high, the quality can not be stably controlled, and the product uniformity is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a polishing solution and a preparation method thereof.
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a polishing solution for polishing sugar-coated tablets comprises carnauba wax and isopropanol, wherein the mass ratio of the carnauba wax to the isopropanol is 1:5-1: 20.
In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the polishing solution, which comprises the following steps:
s1, putting the carnauba wax and the isopropanol into a container for water bath heating, wherein the water bath temperature is more than or equal to 65 ℃, and continuously stirring until the carnauba wax is completely dissolved;
s2, cooling the solution in the container to below 40 ℃, and continuously stirring the solution during the cooling period to obtain the product.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: 1. the sugar-coated tablets are polished by adopting a liquid polishing method, so that the limitation of the traditional solid wax polishing technology is broken; 2. when the traditional solid wax is used for polishing, the dryness and humidity of the sugar-coated tablet which is not polished need to be considered, and the liquid polishing only needs to dry the surface of the sugar-coated tablet which is not polished, so that the requirement on operators is low; 3. greatly improves the polishing success rate of the sugar-coated tablets and reduces the resource waste.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments.
Example 1
A polishing solution comprising 1 part carnauba wax and 5 parts isopropyl alcohol.
Example 2
A polishing solution comprising 1 part carnauba wax and 20 parts isopropyl alcohol.
Example 3
A polishing solution comprising 1 part carnauba wax and 10 parts isopropyl alcohol.
The preparation method of the polishing solution of the three examples is as follows:
s1, putting the carnauba wax and the isopropanol into a container for water bath heating, wherein the water bath temperature is more than or equal to 65 ℃, and continuously stirring until the carnauba wax is completely dissolved;
s2, cooling the solution in the container to below 40 ℃, and continuously stirring the solution during the cooling period to obtain the polishing solution.
The method for polishing sugar-coated tablets with the polishing solution obtained in the above three examples was as follows:
adding sugar-coated tablet into coating pan, adding polishing solution, rotating coating pan to make the polishing solution uniformly distributed on the surface of sugar-coated tablet, and rotating coating pan until the polishing solution is dried.
Comparative example 1
The existing solid wax polishing is carried out, and wax powder for polishing comprises 98 parts of solid Chinese wax and 2 parts of silicone oil.
The preparation method of the wax powder comprises the following steps: heating wax powder to 80-100 ℃ for melting, sieving with a 100-mesh sieve, removing impurities, adding 2% silicone oil, mixing, cooling, crushing, and sieving with a 80-mesh sieve.
The method for polishing sugar-coated tablets by using wax powder comprises the following steps:
coating sugar-coat on the tablet in a coating pan, adding two-thirds of wax powder according to the amount of the sugar-coated tablet to be polished when the tablet is nearly dried, rotating the coating pan to make the sugar-coated tablet rub against each other in the pan to generate luster, and adding the remaining one-third of wax powder until the surface of the sugar-coated tablet is bright.
When the solid wax is polished, the nearly dry state of the tablets after sugar coating in the coating pan needs to be judged by operators according to experience, so that different operators have differences, and the polishing effect of the final sugar-coated tablets is different.
The 20000 sugar-coated tablets of the same batch were divided into four groups and subjected to polishing test, respectively, with the following data:
it is evident from the above table that the success rate of liquid polishing is much higher than that of solid wax polishing.
