本发明提供了一种含有氧化石墨烯的农药组合物的制备方法,按质量百分比计,该杀虫剂包括:A组分为虫螨腈:5%‑10%,B组分为茚虫威、或甲维盐、或甲氧虫酰肼、或氯虫苯甲酰胺:0.5%‑10%,增效剂为氧化石墨烯:10%‑20%,乳化剂为烷基硫酸钠:2%‑5%,分散剂为聚氧乙烯醚:1%‑5%,防冻剂为乙二醇或丙二醇:1%‑5%,防腐剂为苯甲酸钠:0.2%‑0.5%,增稠剂为硅酸镁铝:0.2%‑0.5%,消泡剂为有机硅:1%‑3%,用去离子水补足。经搅拌混合,研磨加工制成。

一种含有氧化石墨烯的农药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及农作物的杀虫剂领域,具体涉及一种含有氧化石墨烯的农药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
农作物生长过程中常用虫螨腈、茚虫威、甲维盐、甲氧虫酰肼、氯虫苯甲酰胺等农药进行病虫害的防治。但反复使用上述农药使害虫的抗药性逐渐增大,一些地区的甜菜夜蛾种群对双酰胺类药剂氯虫苯甲酰胺处于高水平抗性,对茚虫威处于中等至高等水平抗性,对昆虫生长调节剂类药剂甲氧虫酰肼处于低至中等水平抗性。使用这类农药的单一品种防治农作物害虫的效果已不理想。
为增加防治效果,只好以上两种农药进行复配使用。但是使用一段时间后害虫抗药性又增强,防治效果又明显下降。如何在不增加农药使用量的基础上,延缓以上农药产品的使用寿命并保证对害虫的防治效果,是当前急需解决的的一个课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含有氧化石墨烯的农药组合物,在不增加农药使用量和使用次数的基础上有效地提高农药对害虫的防治效果,降低农药的使用量,保证食品安全。且对人、畜低毒,对环境友好。
一种含有氧化石墨烯的农药组合物制备方法如下,按质量百分比计,该杀虫剂包括:
A组分为虫螨腈:5%-10%,
B组分为茚虫威、或甲维盐、或甲氧虫酰肼、或氯虫苯甲酰胺:0.5%-10%,
增效剂为氧化石墨烯:10%-20%,
乳化剂为烷基硫酸钠:2%-5%,
分散剂为聚氧乙烯醚:1%-5%,
防冻剂为乙二醇或丙二醇:1%-5%,
防腐剂为苯甲酸钠:0.2%-0.5%,
增稠剂为硅酸镁铝:0.2%-0.5%,
消泡剂为有机硅:1%-3%,
用去离子水补足。经搅拌混合,研磨加工制成。
与现有农药技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1.一种含有氧化石墨烯的农药组合物,由于在农药组合物中加入氧化石墨烯作为增效剂,有效的提高了农药的生物活性,提高对农作物害虫的防治效果。
氧化石墨烯一种性能优异的新型碳材料,其大量的含氧官能团使碳层带负电荷,带正电荷的阳离子很容易进入层间,并把层间距撑大,为聚合物和无机纳米粒子的负载提供有利的条件。氧化石墨烯可损伤害虫的体壁,为农药进入昆虫体壁提供新的通道,氧化石墨烯还可沉淀在害虫的体壁上,提高农药的利用率。
2.一种含有氧化石墨烯的农药组合物具有以下特征:具有杀虫、杀螨活性,兼有內吸、胃毒和触杀作用;与其他杀虫剂无交互抗性;对哺乳动物经口毒性、经皮毒性较低;具有独特的化学结构。
3.一种含有氧化石墨烯的农药组合物用于防治农作物害虫时,在喷洒过程中会有大量的药液落入土壤中,氧化石墨烯在土壤中能够促进杀虫剂分解,防止杀虫剂在土壤中富集,能够保护环境。
本发明可以按农药生产领域常规生产方法制备。将两种活性成分和氧化石墨烯以及分散剂、防冻剂、防腐剂、增稠剂、稀释剂搅拌混合,经研磨、加工制成所需要的剂型。使用量为30毫升-50毫升/亩,稀释后用常规喷雾器均匀喷雾一次或多次。可有效的防治农作物上的多种害虫。

实施例1:一种含有氧化石墨烯的农药组合物,包括以下质量百分比的组份:虫螨腈10%,茚虫威10%,氧化石墨烯15%以及烷基硫酸钠2.5%、聚氧乙烯醚2.5%、有机硅1.5%、苯甲酸钠0.3%、硅酸镁铝0.5%、乙二醇1.8%、用去离子水补足,经搅拌混合、研磨等加工制成。可较好的防治小菜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、甘蓝夜蛾等蔬菜害虫。
实施例2:一种含有氧化石墨烯的农药组合物,包括以下质量百分的组份:虫螨腈10%、甲维盐5%、氧化石墨烯15%以及烷基硫酸钠2%、聚氧乙烯醚2.5%、有机硅1.5%、苯甲酸钠0.3%、硅酸镁铝0.5%、乙二醇1.8%、用去离子水补足,经搅拌混合、研磨等加工制成。能够有效的防治果树、棉花等农作物上的多种害虫。
实施例3:一种含有氧化石墨烯的农药组合物,包括以下质量百分比的组份:虫螨腈5%、甲氧虫酰肼10%、氧化石墨烯15%以及烷基硫酸钠2%、聚氧乙烯醚2.8%、有机硅1.7%、苯甲酸钠0.5%、硅酸镁铝0.5%、丙二醇2.6%、用去离子水补足,经搅拌混合、研磨等加工制成。能够有效的防治大田作物的多种害虫。
实施例4:一种含有氧化石墨烯的农药组合物,包括以下质量百分比的组份:虫螨腈10%、氯虫苯甲酰胺0.8%、氧化石墨烯20%以及烷基硫酸钠2%、聚氧乙烯醚2.5%、有机硅1.5%、苯甲酸钠0.3%、硅酸镁铝0.5%、丙二醇1.8%、用去离子水补足,经搅拌混合、研磨等加工制成。对鳞翅目的夜蛾科、蛀果蛾科、卷叶蛾科、细蛾科等有很好的控制效果,还能控制双翅目潜蝇科;烟粉虱等多种非鳞翅目害.虫。
具体制备过程如下:
1.按质量百分比分别称取乳化剂烷基硫酸钠、分散剂聚氧乙烯醚、防冻剂乙二醇或丙二醇、消泡剂有机硅、防腐剂苯甲酸钠、于容器中,进行预混合搅拌。
2.按质量百分比分别称取虫螨腈原药和茚虫威原药(或甲维盐原药、或甲氧虫酰肼原药、或氯虫苯甲酰胺原药)、去离子水于上述容器中进行混合。
3.将混合均匀的物料送入研磨机中研磨,控制流速,细度控制在D90 5.0μm以下。
4.将研磨好的物料放入另一容器中进行再搅拌,使物料充分混合均匀。
5.取样检验产品质量,不合格产品重新进行加工。
6.将检验合格的物料进行包装。
实验例1:为验证一种含有氧化石墨烯的农药组合物的增效效果,我们进行了共毒系数测定试验,试验结果如下(以虫螨腈和茚虫威复配为例):

将虫螨腈与茚虫威按下列配比混配,虫螨腈∶茚虫威=1∶2、3∶2、5∶2、7∶2、9∶2五个配比。在预试验的基础上,用0.1%吐温-80水溶液和氧化石墨烯溶液稀释各配比母液,每个处理设计五个浓度。实验过程如下:

调查小菜蛾的死亡虫数。试验药剂及其组合对小菜蛾的毒力测定结果见表2。采用浸叶法进行室内毒力测定。选取生长一致的甘蓝叶片,用打孔器制成大小一致的叶蝶,将叶蝶浸入待测药剂10s后取出,置于垫有保湿滤纸的培养皿内,然后接入虫态一致的小菜蛾3龄幼虫,每个处理20头试虫,重复4次,用0.1%吐温-80水溶液处理作为空白对照,置于温度(25±1)℃,相对湿度68%~70%,光照周期L∶D=16∶8h的人工气候箱内饲养。适宜条件下24h后观察小菜蛾的死亡情况,记录死亡虫数。
根据调查数据,计算各处理的校正死亡率,单位为百分数(%)。按照公式(1)和(2)计算,计算结果均保留到小数点后两位:

计算各处理的校正死亡率,根据公式(3)、(4)、(5)计算混剂的共毒系数。用DPS软件进行分析,计算各药剂的LC50以及95%置信限。

复配剂的共毒系数:CTC≥120判断为增效作用;CTC≤80判断为拮抗作用;80<CTC<120判断为相加作用。

虫螨腈、茚虫威及两者不同配比对小菜蛾的毒力测定结果见表1。当虫螨腈∶茚虫威配比为1∶2、3∶2、5∶2、7∶2、9∶2时,混配药剂对小菜蛾共毒系数分别为96.2634、104.0166、124.9505、106.3811、99.4245,其中配比为1∶2、3∶2、7∶2、9∶2时表现为相加作用,配比为5∶2时共毒系数值最大,说明该药增效作用显著。
实验例2:为验证一种含有氧化石墨烯的农药组合物的田间药效,我们进行了二年四地田间药效试验,结果如下(以虫螨腈和茚虫威复配为例):

根据药效试验结果及试验单位推荐用量,氧化石墨烯和虫螨腈、茚虫威混配制成悬浮剂,在甘蓝小菜蛾卵孵化期到低龄若虫盛发期施药,能够有效防止甘蓝小菜蛾。
实验例3:为测定一种含有氧化石墨烯的农药组合物的毒性,我们进行了毒理试验,结果如下(以虫螨腈和茚虫威复配为例):

A组分为虫螨腈:5%-10%,
B组分为茚虫威、或甲维盐、或甲氧虫酰肼、或氯虫苯甲酰胺:0.5%-10%,
增效剂为氧化石墨烯:10%-20%,
乳化剂为烷基硫酸钠:2%-5%,
分散剂为聚氧乙烯醚:1%-5%,
防冻剂为乙二醇或丙二醇:1%-5%,

虫螨腈5%,甲氧虫酰肼10%,氧化石墨烯15%以及烷基硫酸钠2%、聚氧乙烯醚2.8%、有机硅1.7%,苯甲酸钠0.5%、硅酸镁铝0.5%、丙二醇2.6%、用去离子水补足,经搅拌混合、研磨等加工制成。能够有效的防治大田作物的多种害虫。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有氧化石墨烯的农药组合物,其特征在于,本发明的组合物可以制成悬浮剂,该组合物的组成按质量百分比计:
虫螨腈10%,氯虫苯甲酰胺0.8%,氧化石墨烯15%以及烷基硫酸钠2%、聚氧乙烯醚2.5%、有机硅1.5%,苯甲酸钠0.3%、硅酸镁铝0.5%、丙二醇1.8%,用去离子水补足。经搅拌混合、研磨等加工制成。对鳞翅目的夜蛾科、蛀果蛾科、卷叶蛾科、细蛾科等有很好的控制效果,还能控制双翅目潜蝇科;烟粉虱等多种非鳞翅目害虫。
