It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, further discussion thereof is not required in subsequent figures.
Figure 1 is a flow diagram illustrating a call processing method according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the call processing method may include steps S102 to S108.
In step S102, the calling terminal collects advance notice information of the calling user when initiating a call, and sends the advance notice information and the call information of the calling terminal to the called terminal. For example, the dialing information may include a calling number and a called number.
For example, a preview information box is set on the dialing interface of the calling terminal to collect preview information of the calling subscriber. For example, the calling subscriber may input announcement information into the announcement information box. And during each call, the calling terminal synchronously packages the advance notice information and the dialing information and pushes the advance notice information and the dialing information to the called terminal through the telecommunication operator network.
In some embodiments, the step of the calling terminal transmitting the announcement information and the dialing information to the called terminal may include: the calling terminal sends the advance notice information to the digital network server and sends the dialing information to the core network equipment; and the called terminal receives the dialing information sent from the core network equipment and is connected to the digital network server according to the dialing information to read the forecast information. For example, the called terminal may connect to the digital network server to read the advance notice information according to the calling number and the called number in the dial information.
In some embodiments, the forecast information may include: personal information of the calling user (e.g., name, occupation, etc.) and/or call purpose (e.g., consultation, etc.), etc.
In step S104, the called terminal displays advance notice information and the calling number.
For example, after receiving the dialing information, the called terminal may ring after a preset time, so as to synchronously display the announcement information and the calling number during the ringing process. Here, the preset time may be set according to actual needs, for example, an arbitrary time value between 0 second and 3.0 seconds. By setting the preset time, the called terminal has enough time to read the forecast information from the digital network server, thereby synchronously displaying the forecast information and the calling number in the ringing process.
In step S106, after the call is ended, the called terminal collects the evaluation information of the called user for the call, and sends the evaluation information to the digital network server.
In some embodiments, the evaluation information may include: and the called user carries out credit evaluation on the consistency of the call content and the advance notice information. For example, when the call is ended, an evaluation collecting box is generated on the screen of the called terminal, and the called user can input evaluation information in the evaluation collecting box by using score evaluation or rating evaluation (e.g. star evaluation) as credit evaluation to evaluate the consistency degree of the call and the advance notice information set by the calling party. For example, 0 to 5 points may be set to represent 5 evaluation points, wherein the total inconsistency is 0 points, the maximum consistency is 5 points, and other consistency degrees may be selected from 2 points, 3 points or 4 points. Of course, one skilled in the art will appreciate that other scores may be provided by embodiments of the present disclosure. For another example, 1 star to 5 stars may be set to indicate 5 levels, and a star score may be used to indicate how well the current call matches the announcement information set by the caller. Of course, one skilled in the art will appreciate that other levels may be provided by embodiments of the present disclosure.
Of course, those skilled in the art will understand that the evaluation information of the embodiments of the present disclosure may also include other information, which may be input or set according to actual needs. Accordingly, the scope of the present disclosure is not limited in this respect.
In step S108, the digital network server establishes credit information of the calling subscriber according to the forecast information and the evaluation information.
In some embodiments, the credit information may include: the degree of matching or credit of the caller information. Here, the matching degree is a degree of matching between the announcement information of the calling subscriber and the call information. Credit refers to the degree to which a calling user can be trusted. After the call is finished, the called user evaluates the calling user according to the forecast information and the call content of the calling user; the called terminal sends the evaluation score of the called user to the digital network server; the digital network server calculates according to the accumulated evaluation scores about the calling users to obtain the matching degree or the credit degree of the calling user information. For example, the digital web server may weight-average all rating scores for the calling subscriber, and the average thus obtained may be used as a match or credit.
In other embodiments, if the credit rating is embodied by using a rating scale, the rating scale may be converted into a corresponding rating score to perform corresponding calculation, so as to obtain a matching degree or a credit degree of the caller information.
Thus, a call processing method according to some embodiments of the present disclosure is provided. In the call processing method, a calling terminal collects advance information of a calling user when initiating a call, and sends the advance information and dialing information of the calling terminal to a called terminal. The dialing information includes a calling number and a called number. Then, the called terminal displays the announcement information and the calling number. After the call is finished, the called terminal collects the evaluation information of the called user on the call and sends the evaluation information to the digital network server. The digital network server establishes the credit information of the calling subscriber according to the forecast information and the evaluation information. In this embodiment, the called user can decide whether it is necessary to make a call based on the announcement information. In addition, whether the calling subscriber is a trustable subscriber can be obtained by establishing the credit information of the calling subscriber. Therefore, the possibility that the called user is harassed or cheated can be reduced, and the problems that bad calls are frequent, credit maintenance is lacked and the like in the existing communication mode are solved.
In some embodiments, the call processing method may further include: in the case where the digital web server has stored the credit information of the calling subscriber, the called terminal also reads the already stored credit information of the calling subscriber when connecting to the digital web server and displays the already stored credit information of the calling subscriber.
In the above embodiment, the digital network server may iterate the advance notice information and the evaluation information before and after each call, generate the credit profile of the calling subscriber, and present the credit information and the advance notice information to the called subscriber as a reference when the call is next time. Therefore, the called user can see the credit information of the calling user, so that whether the user is a trusted user can be judged, whether the call needs to be connected is determined, and the possibility that the called user is harassed or fraudulently caused is reduced.
In some embodiments, the call processing method may further include: after receiving the evaluation information, the digital network server can update and store the credit information of the calling subscriber according to the forecast information and the evaluation information.
In some embodiments, the digital web server may accumulate ratings information. By accumulating a large amount of data of the evaluation information of the calling user, the reliability of the credit data of the calling user can be effectively improved, and the possibility that the called user is harassed or cheated is further reduced.
Fig. 2 is a flow diagram illustrating call processing methods according to further embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the call processing method may include steps S201 to S206. For example, the first user terminal in fig. 2 may be used as a calling terminal, and the second user terminal may be used as a called terminal.
In step S201, when the first user terminal is used as a calling terminal to initiate a call, the first user terminal dials and collects advance notice information of the calling user. The announcement information may be written by the calling subscriber on the first user terminal, and may be, for example, personal information of the calling subscriber and/or a call destination.
In step S202, the first user terminal sends the dialing information to the core network device via the access network (e.g., cellular network) according to the existing link, and transmits the announcement information to the digital network server via the data link.
In step S203, the core network device transmits the dialing information to the second user terminal (i.e., the called terminal), and before the second user terminal rings, the second user terminal connects to the digital network server according to the dialing information and reads the advance notice information. In addition, the second user terminal reads the credit information of the calling user if the credit information has been established by the digital network server.
In step S204, the second user terminal presents the announcement information, the credit information (if any), and the calling number on the second user terminal along with the ringing of the second user terminal as a reference for the called user to make a call. In order to ensure that the announcement information of the first user terminal can be displayed synchronously with the calling number, the second user terminal may ring after delaying a preset time. At this time, the call signaling flow in the network may be unchanged.
In step S205, if the called user makes a call, after the call is ended, the second user terminal may collect the evaluation of the called user on the call content, and upload the evaluation to the digital network server through the data link.
In step S206, the digital network server establishes or updates the credit information of the calling subscriber according to the announcement information written by the calling subscriber and the evaluation information provided by the called subscriber. Therefore, when the call is made next time, the credit information of the calling subscriber and the forecast information can be displayed to the called subscriber.
Thus, a call processing method according to further embodiments of the present disclosure is provided. In the call processing method, the called user can decide whether it is necessary to make a call or not based on the advance notice information and the credit information (if any). By establishing or updating the credit information of the calling subscriber, whether the calling subscriber is a trustable subscriber can be known. In this way, the likelihood of the called user being harassed or fraudulently annoyed is reduced.
Aiming at the problems of frequent bad calls, lack of credit maintenance and the like caused by the prior art, the embodiment of the disclosure provides the call processing method, which is a calling and called peer-to-peer call processing method, can gradually establish a calling and called peer-to-peer credit call system and better identify the bad calls. The problem of telephone harassment can be solved more objectively, scientifically, thoroughly and powerfully. The user obtains better conversation service almost under the condition of no burden, and the user experience is greatly improved. By establishing a communication credit system, the social honest credit trend can be cultivated, and bad calls can be effectively reduced. In addition, operators can accumulate a large amount of user credit data, secondary mining and utilization can be carried out, and the method has great social benefit and commercial value.
