This embodiment provides a terminal for implementing the method for identifying a robot phone according to the first and second embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, where the terminal includes: the system comprises a first receiving unit 11, a collecting unit 12, a first sending unit 13, a second receiving unit 14 and a reminding unit 15; the first receiving unit 11 is configured to receive a call request; the collecting unit 12 is configured to collect an acoustic feature of the calling terminal when the first receiving unit 11 receives the call request and establishes a call; the first sending unit 13 is configured to send a calculation request to the edge server, where the calculation request includes the acoustic feature of the calling terminal acquired by the acquiring unit 12, so that after the edge server receives the calculation request, it calculates whether the voice sent by the calling terminal is a robot voice according to the acoustic feature of the calling terminal, and when the voice sent by the calling terminal is calculated to be a robot voice, returns a notification message; the second receiving unit 14 is configured to receive the reminding information returned by the edge server; the reminding unit 15 is used for reminding according to the reminding information.
Further, the terminal may further include: a second transmitting unit 16; the second sending unit 16 is configured to send an inquiry request to the edge server, where the inquiry request includes a subscriber identity of the calling terminal, so that the edge server, after receiving the inquiry request, inquires whether the subscriber identity of the calling terminal exists in a preset blacklist, and returns an inquiry result, where when the subscriber identity of the calling terminal exists in the blacklist is inquired, a prompt message is added to the inquiry result; at this time, the second receiving unit 14 is further configured to receive a query result returned by the edge server; the reminding unit 15 is configured to perform reminding according to the reminding information when the query result received by the second receiving unit 14 is that the subscriber identity of the calling terminal exists in the blacklist; the acquiring unit 12 is configured to continue to perform the step of acquiring the acoustic feature of the calling terminal when the query result received by the second receiving unit 14 is that the subscriber identity of the calling terminal does not exist in the blacklist.
For the functional units of the terminal and the interaction between the functional units provided in this embodiment, reference is specifically made to the description of the corresponding method steps in the first embodiment and the second embodiment of the present invention, and details are not described here again.

The present embodiment provides a server, as shown in fig. 6, including: a first receiving unit 21, a calculation judging unit 22 and a reminding information returning unit 23; the first receiving unit 21 is configured to receive a calculation request, where the calculation request includes an acoustic feature of a calling terminal; the calculation and judgment unit 22 is configured to calculate whether the voice sent by the calling terminal is a robot voice according to the acoustic characteristics of the calling terminal; the reminding information returning unit 23 is configured to return the reminding information when the voice sent by the calling terminal is calculated by the calculation and determination unit 22 to be the robot voice, so that the terminal can remind the user according to the reminding information after receiving the reminding information.
Further, in some embodiments, the server further comprises: a second receiving unit 24, a querying unit 25, an adding unit 26, and a query result returning unit 27; wherein, the second receiving unit 24 is configured to receive the query request; the query request comprises a user identification code of the calling terminal; the query unit 25 is configured to query whether the user identifier of the calling terminal exists in a preset blacklist according to the user identifier of the calling terminal received by the second receiving unit 24; the adding unit 26 is configured to add a reminding message to the query result when the querying unit 25 queries that the blacklist includes the subscriber identity of the calling terminal; the query result returning unit 27 is configured to return a query result when the querying unit 25 queries that the subscriber identity of the calling terminal exists in the blacklist, and when the querying unit 25 queries that the subscriber identity of the calling terminal does not exist in the blacklist.
In some embodiments, the server may further comprise: a blacklist adding unit 28; at this time, the calculation request sent by the terminal also includes the user identification code of the calling terminal; the blacklist adding unit 28 adds the user identification code of the calling terminal to a preset blacklist when the calculation and determination unit 22 calculates that the voice sent by the calling terminal is the robot voice.

Claims (10)

1. A method of identifying a robot phone, comprising:
receiving a call request;
when a call is established, acquiring the acoustic characteristics of a calling terminal;
sending a calculation request to an edge server, wherein the calculation request comprises the acoustic characteristics of the calling terminal, so that after the edge server receives the calculation request, whether the voice sent by the calling terminal is the robot voice is calculated according to the acoustic characteristics of the calling terminal, and when the voice sent by the calling terminal is calculated to be the robot voice, returning a reminding message;
receiving reminding information returned by the edge server;
and reminding according to the reminding information.
2. The method of identifying a robot phone of claim 1, further comprising, after the step of receiving a call request and before the step of establishing a call:
sending an inquiry request to an edge server, wherein the inquiry request comprises a subscriber identity of a calling terminal, so that the edge server inquires whether the subscriber identity of the calling terminal exists in a preset blacklist after receiving the inquiry request, and returns an inquiry result, wherein when the subscriber identity of the calling terminal exists in the blacklist, reminding information is added in the inquiry result;
receiving a query result returned by the edge server;
when the query result is that the user identification code of the calling terminal exists in the blacklist, reminding is carried out according to the reminding information;
and when the query result is that the user identification code of the calling terminal does not exist in the blacklist, executing the step of acquiring the acoustic characteristics of the calling terminal.
3. A method of identifying a robot phone, comprising:
receiving a calculation request, wherein the calculation request comprises the acoustic characteristics of a calling terminal;
calculating whether the voice sent by the calling terminal is the robot voice or not according to the acoustic characteristics of the calling terminal;
and when the voice sent by the calling terminal is calculated to be the robot voice, returning reminding information so that the terminal can remind according to the reminding information after receiving the reminding information.
4. A method of identifying a robot phone according to claim 3, characterized in that the method further comprises:
receiving a query request; the query request comprises a user identification code of the calling terminal;
inquiring whether a user identification code of the calling terminal exists in a preset blacklist or not according to the user identification code of the calling terminal;
when the user identification code of the calling terminal exists in the blacklist, adding reminding information in a query result, and returning the query result;
but when the user identification code of the calling terminal does not exist in the blacklist is inquired, an inquiry result is returned.
5. A method for identifying a robot phone according to claim 3, wherein the calculation request further includes a subscriber identity of the calling terminal;
when the voice sent by the calling terminal is calculated to be the robot voice, the method further comprises the following steps:
and adding the user identification code of the calling terminal into a preset blacklist.
6. A terminal, comprising:
a first receiving unit for receiving a call request;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the acoustic characteristics of the calling terminal when the first receiving unit receives the calling request and establishes a call;
the first sending unit is used for sending a calculation request to an edge server, wherein the calculation request comprises the acoustic characteristics of the calling terminal acquired by the acquisition unit, so that the edge server can calculate whether the voice sent by the calling terminal is the robot voice or not according to the acoustic characteristics of the calling terminal after receiving the calculation request, and return a reminding message when the voice sent by the calling terminal is calculated to be the robot voice;
the second receiving unit is used for receiving the reminding information returned by the edge server;
and the reminding unit is used for reminding according to the reminding information.
7. The terminal of claim 6, further comprising:
a second sending unit, configured to send an inquiry request to an edge server, where the inquiry request includes a subscriber identity of a calling terminal, so that after receiving the inquiry request, the edge server inquires whether a preset blacklist includes the subscriber identity of the calling terminal, and returns an inquiry result, where when the blacklist is inquired that the subscriber identity of the calling terminal exists, the inquiry result is added with a prompting message;
the second receiving unit is further configured to receive a query result returned by the edge server;
the reminding unit is used for reminding according to the reminding information when the query result received by the second receiving unit is that the subscriber identification code of the calling terminal exists in the blacklist;
the acquisition unit is configured to continue to perform the step of acquiring the acoustic feature of the calling terminal after the terminal establishes a call when the query result received by the second receiving unit is that the subscriber identity of the calling terminal does not exist in the blacklist.
8. A server, comprising:
the first receiving unit is used for receiving a calculation request, wherein the calculation request comprises the acoustic characteristics of a calling terminal;
the calculation judging unit is used for calculating whether the voice sent by the calling terminal is the robot voice or not according to the acoustic characteristics of the calling terminal;
and the reminding information returning unit is used for returning the reminding information when the calculation and judgment unit calculates that the voice sent by the calling terminal is the robot voice, so that the terminal can remind according to the reminding information after receiving the reminding information.
9. The server according to claim 8, wherein the server comprises:
a second receiving unit, configured to receive a query request; the query request comprises a user identification code of the calling terminal;
the query unit is used for querying whether the user identification code of the calling terminal exists in a preset blacklist according to the user identification code of the calling terminal received by the second receiving unit;
the adding unit is used for adding reminding information into the query result when the query unit queries that the subscriber identification code of the calling terminal exists in the blacklist;
and the query result returning unit is used for returning the query result when the query unit queries that the subscriber identity code of the calling terminal exists in the blacklist and the query unit queries that the subscriber identity code of the calling terminal does not exist in the blacklist.
10. The server according to claim 8, wherein the calculation request further includes a subscriber identity of the calling terminal;
the server further comprises: a blacklist adding unit;
and the blacklist adding unit adds the user identification code of the calling terminal into a preset blacklist when the calculation judging unit calculates that the voice sent by the calling terminal is the robot voice.
