The embodiment of the application discloses display panel and display device, wherein, this display panel includes: a detection area, the display panel further comprising: a substrate including a first sub-portion, a position of the first sub-portion corresponding to a position of the detection area; an anode layer including a detection terminal disposed on the first sub-portion; a limiting layer arranged on the first sub-portion, wherein an opening region is arranged on the limiting layer, and the position of the opening region corresponds to the position of the detection terminal; the height of the detection terminal is at least larger than that of the limiting layer; and the spacer is arranged on the limiting layer. The display panel and the display device provided by the embodiment of the application can improve the product yield.

Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a display panel and a display device.
Background
The flexible display panel has advantages of lightness, thinness, flexibility, folding and the like, the occupation ratio of the flexible display panel in electronic equipment is higher and higher in recent years, the array area of the display panel is basically designed by 7T1C at present, and the requirement on the electrical property of a product is higher due to the fact that a compensation circuit is involved; the devices for monitoring electrical property on the production line basically use Test Element Groups (TEG).
When the electrical property of a product is measured by the TEG equipment, two identification procedures need to be carried out, the identification procedures are to grasp the image of the detection terminal through the image identification equipment so as to determine the position of the detection terminal, and then the probe of the TEG is connected to the detection terminal. However, when the last recognition process is performed, the interference of other film layers is easily caused, so that the image of the terminal to be detected cannot be accurately acquired, the probe cannot be accessed, the measurement cannot be performed, and the product yield of the display panel is reduced.

a limiting layer arranged on the first sub-portion, wherein an opening region is arranged on the limiting layer, and the position of the opening region corresponds to the position of the detection terminal; the height of the detection terminal is at least larger than that of the limiting layer;
and the spacer is arranged on the limiting layer.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Furthermore, the terms "first", "second" and "first" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, features defined as "first", "second", may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of the described features. As shown in fig. 1, the conventional display panel includes: the liquid crystal display panel comprises a first detection area and a display area, wherein the first detection area comprises a substrate 11, a first insulating layer 12, a second insulating layer 13 and a first detection terminal 14, and the first detection terminal 14 and a source drain electrode in the display area are arranged on the same layer. The periphery of the first detection terminal 14 is free from interference of other film layers, so that the image recognition apparatus can capture an image of the first detection terminal.
As shown in fig. 2, the display panel further includes: and the second detection region comprises a substrate 11, a first insulating layer 12, a second insulating layer 13, a second detection terminal 15, a limiting layer 16 and a spacer 17, wherein the second detection terminal 15 is arranged on the same layer as the anode in the display region, the limiting layer 16 is provided with an opening region, and the opening region corresponds to the position of the second detection terminal 15 so as to expose the second detection terminal outside.
However, when the image recognition device focuses on, the film layer where the spacer 17 is located is focused first, and there is a height difference of approximately 3um between the spacer 17 and the second detection terminal 15, so that the gathering effect of the image recognition device on the second detection terminal 15 is affected, and then the image recognition is failed, the access probe is failed, and further the measurement cannot be performed.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic partial cross-sectional view of a display panel according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the display panel of the present embodiment includes a detection area 101 and a display area 102, and further includes: a base substrate 21, an anode layer 26 and a confining layer 27.
The substrate base plate 21 includes a first sub-portion 211, and the position of the first sub-portion 211 corresponds to the position of the detection region 101; referring to fig. 4, the substrate 21 includes a second sub-portion 212, and the position of the second sub-portion 212 corresponds to the position of the display area 102.
Anode layer 26 includes a sense terminal 261, and sense terminal 261 is provided on first subsection 211. Referring to fig. 4, anode layer 26 may also include an anode 262.
A limiting layer 27 disposed on the first sub-portion 211, wherein an opening region (not shown) is disposed on the limiting layer 27, and the position of the opening region corresponds to the position of the detection terminal 261; the height h2 of the detection terminal 261 is at least greater than the height h1 of the confinement layer 27;
spacers 28 are provided on the confinement layer 27.
Because the height of the detection terminal is greater than that of the limiting layer, the height difference between the detection terminal and the spacer is reduced, interference of the spacer is avoided, an image of the terminal to be detected can be accurately acquired, access to a probe and measurement are facilitated, and the product yield of the display panel is improved.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the display panel further includes: a first metal layer 22.
The first metal layer 22 includes a first metal portion 221, the first metal portion 221 is disposed between the first sub-portion 211 and the detection terminal 261, and the detection terminal 261 is disposed above the first metal portion 221, wherein the detection terminal 261 partially covers the first metal portion 221, or an area of an orthographic projection of the first metal portion 221 on the first sub-portion 211 is greater than or equal to an area of an orthographic projection of the detection terminal 261 on the first sub-portion 211. Because the first metal part is added below the detection terminal, the height of the detection terminal is increased, and the height difference between the detection terminal and the spacer is reduced, so that the interference of the spacer is avoided.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, in order to further increase the height of the detection terminal, the first metal layer 22 further includes: a gate 222, the gate 222 being located within the display region 102; the thickness of the first metal part 221 is greater than that of the gate electrode 222. Of course, in other embodiments, the thickness of the first metal portion 221 may be equal to the thickness of the gate electrode 222.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the display panel further includes: a second metal layer 24 disposed between the first metal layer 22 and the anode layer 26, the second metal layer 24 including a second metal portion 241; the second metal portion 241 is disposed directly above the first metal portion 221. That is, the second metal portion 241 is provided between the first metal portion 221 and the detection terminal 261. Due to the fact that the second metal part is added below the detection terminal, the height of the detection terminal is further increased, the height difference between the detection terminal and the spacer is further reduced, and interference of the spacer is avoided.
In an embodiment, the second metal layer 24 may further include: an electrode part 242, wherein the electrode part 242 is arranged on the grid 222 and corresponds to the position of the grid 222; the second metal portion 241 has a thickness greater than that of the electrode portion 242. Of course, in other embodiments, the thickness of the second metal portion 241 may be equal to the thickness of the electrode portion 242.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the display panel further includes: a third metal layer 29.
A third metal layer 29 is provided between the second metal layer 24 and the anode layer 26, the third metal layer 29 including a third metal portion 291; the third metal portion 291 is disposed directly above the second metal portion 241, that is, the third metal portion 291 is disposed between the second metal portion 241 and the detection terminal 261. Due to the fact that the third metal part is added below the detection terminal, the height of the detection terminal is further increased, the height difference between the detection terminal and the spacer is further reduced, and interference of the spacer is avoided.
In one embodiment, in order to further increase the height of the detection terminal, the third metal layer 29 further includes: the source/drain electrode 292 is disposed on the electrode portion 242, an orthographic projection of the source/drain electrode 292 on the substrate base plate 21 is not overlapped with an orthographic projection of the electrode portion 242 on the substrate base plate 21, and the thickness of the third metal portion 291 is greater than that of the source/drain electrode 292. In other embodiments, the thickness of the third metal portion 291 may be equal to the thickness of the source/drain 292.
The display panel may further include a first insulating layer 23 and/or a second insulating layer 25, the first insulating layer 23 being disposed between the first metal layer 22 and the second metal layer 24, and the second insulating layer 25 being disposed between the second metal layer 24 and the third metal layer 29.
In another preferred embodiment, the height of the detection terminal 261 may be greater than the height of the spacer 28. Of course, in other embodiments, the height of the detection terminal 261 may be equal to the height of the spacer 28.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the display panel may include one or both of the first metal layer, the second metal layer, and the third metal layer. In other embodiments, the height of the detection terminal may be increased by other methods, such as increasing the height of an insulating layer below the detection terminal, or in other embodiments, the height of the detection terminal may be increased by increasing the thickness of the detection terminal, which is not limited to this.
The embodiment of the application also provides a display device, which comprises any one of the display panels.
Although not shown, the display device may further include a camera, a bluetooth module, and the like, which are not described in detail herein.
The display device includes, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a computer monitor, a game machine, a display screen, a television, a wearable device, and other life appliances or household appliances with display functions.
The display panel and the display device of the embodiment of the application comprise a detection area, and the display panel further comprises: a substrate including a first sub-portion, a position of the first sub-portion corresponding to a position of the detection area; an anode layer including a detection terminal disposed on the first sub-portion; a limiting layer arranged on the first sub-portion, wherein an opening region is arranged on the limiting layer, and the position of the opening region corresponds to the position of the detection terminal; the height of the detection terminal is at least larger than that of the limiting layer; a spacer disposed on the confinement layer; because the height of the detection terminal is greater than that of the limiting layer, the height difference between the detection terminal and the spacer is reduced, interference of the spacer is avoided, an image of the terminal to be detected can be accurately acquired, access to a probe and measurement are facilitated, and the product yield of the display panel is improved.

a limiting layer arranged on the first sub-portion, wherein an opening region is arranged on the limiting layer, and the position of the opening region corresponds to the position of the detection terminal; the height of the detection terminal is at least larger than that of the limiting layer;
and the spacer is arranged on the limiting layer.
2. The display panel according to claim 1, characterized in that the display panel further comprises:
and the first metal layer comprises a first metal part, the first metal part is arranged between the first sub part and the detection terminal, the detection terminal is arranged above the first metal part, and the detection terminal covers a part of the first metal part.
