Abstract

When some personnel need to be selected to participate in a project, firstly, acquiring and sending a personnel extraction request, wherein the personnel extraction request comprises information such as project time, project location, extraction number of people, extraction professional category and the like; then, selecting initial personnel of the major or related major in the personnel system according to the major category information in the personnel extraction request, integrating the selected initial personnel to form an initial personnel set, and acquiring and sending work information of each personnel in the initial personnel set after the initial personnel are selected, wherein the work information of each personnel comprises the work time arrangement information of the personnel, the participated project information, the geographical position information of the personnel and the like; then, the number of persons to be extracted, the project time and the project place in the person extraction request are compared and matched with the work time arrangement information, the participated project information and the person geographic position information in the work information of each person in the initial person set, and then the required target participators are extracted.
According to the method, suitable participants can be quickly and effectively extracted according to project requirements, personnel extraction is carried out according to actual working conditions of the personnel, and the extraction efficiency of the personnel and the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the extraction are effectively improved.
Based on the second aspect, in some embodiments of the present invention, the method for selecting the initial person of the corresponding specialty according to the specialty classification information in the person extraction request includes the following steps:
matching the personnel belonging to the professional in the personnel system by adopting a category matching method according to professional category information in the personnel extraction request, and establishing a first personnel set;
acquiring historical participators of the same item in a personnel system by adopting a clustering analysis algorithm according to professional category information in the personnel extraction request, and establishing a second personnel set;
and selecting the participants according to the first personnel set and the second personnel set to establish an initial personnel set.
In order to ensure the comprehensiveness of the extracted personnel and avoid repeated extraction of the personnel, firstly, matching the personnel belonging to the professional in a personnel system by adopting a category matching method according to professional category information in a personnel extraction request, and establishing a first personnel set, wherein the category matching method refers to matching the same or similar professions according to professional categories so as to select related personnel; extracting corresponding personnel, after a first personnel set is established, acquiring historical participators of the same item in a personnel system by adopting a clustering analysis algorithm according to professional category information in a personnel extraction request, establishing a second personnel set, and selecting out experts participating in the historical items of the same category; the cluster analysis refers to an analysis process of grouping a set of physical or abstract objects into a plurality of classes consisting of similar objects, and the cluster analysis algorithm comprises a division method, a hierarchical method, a density-based method, a grid-based method and a model-based method; and then, selecting proper participants according to the first and second personnel sets, preferentially selecting the personnel who have participated in the same project, improving the extraction efficiency, and then establishing an initial personnel set to provide a personnel data basis for follow-up.
Based on the second aspect, in some embodiments of the present invention, the method for establishing the second person set by using a cluster analysis algorithm to obtain historical participants of the same item in the staff system according to the professional category information in the staff extraction request includes the following steps:
acquiring historical participators of the same item in a personnel system by adopting a clustering analysis algorithm according to professional category information in the personnel extraction request;
and acquiring the historical scores of the historical participants, selecting target historical participants in an inverted mode according to the historical scores of the historical participants, and establishing a second personnel set.
When extracting the personnel who have historically participated in the same project work, in order to improve the extraction efficiency and the extraction specialty, firstly, acquiring the historical participators of the same project in a personnel system by adopting a cluster analysis algorithm according to the professional category information in the personnel extraction request, carrying out cluster analysis in machine learning according to the important work to be participated in this time and the related work which is completed before, selecting the personnel participated in the historical projects of the same category, then acquiring the historical scores of all the historical participators, selecting the target historical participators in an inverted mode according to the historical scores of all the historical participators, establishing a second personnel set, carrying out cluster analysis according to the working properties of the personnel participated in before and the current extraction project, and carrying out inverted selection on the personnel with the proper number, wherein the extracted personnel are more suitable for the related work requirements. And when the experts are extracted, historical participation work evaluation results are considered, the experts are encouraged to participate in the work seriously, and the selected proportion is improved.
Based on the second aspect, in some embodiments of the present invention, the method for extracting target participants according to the personnel extraction request and the work information of each personnel in the initial personnel set includes the following steps:
comparing the project time in the personnel extraction request with the participation time in the work information of each personnel in the initial personnel set to generate a comparison result, and deleting the personnel information corresponding to the initial personnel set according to the comparison result to obtain a first target personnel set;
setting a position selection range according to the item position information in the personnel extraction request;
and extracting target participators in the first target personnel set according to the position selection range and the geographical position information in the working information of each personnel in the initial personnel set, and establishing a target personnel set.
In order to avoid repeated extraction of people with related work arrangement in the same time period, item time in a personnel extraction request is compared with participation time in work information of each person in an initial personnel set to generate a comparison result, and corresponding personnel information in the initial personnel set is deleted according to the comparison result to obtain a first target personnel set, so that the personnel with specific work items at the same time are avoided, and the extraction efficiency is improved; meanwhile, in order to reduce the time of the routes of the personnel and simultaneously take care of the comprehensiveness of the regional distribution of the selected personnel as much as possible, a position selection range is set according to the project position information in the personnel extraction request, then, target participators are extracted in a first target personnel concentration mode according to the position selection range and the geographical position information in the work information of each initial personnel concentration mode, a target personnel set is established, the extraction range is further reduced for the extraction personnel in the geographical range of the specified place, and the accuracy of the extraction personnel is improved.
Based on the second aspect, in some embodiments of the present invention, the method for extracting target participants according to the personnel extraction request and the work information of each personnel in the initial personnel set further includes the following steps:
acquiring participation intention information of target participants, extracting final personnel in the target personnel set according to the participation intention information of the target participants, and establishing a final participant set.
Considering the participation desire problem of personnel, some personnel may be unwilling to participate in project work, in order to further ensure the extraction rationality, the participation desire information of the target participant is obtained, the final personnel is extracted from the target personnel set according to the participation desire information of the target participant, the final participant set is established, when the target personnel set is unwilling to participate, the information of the part of personnel unwilling to participate is deleted to obtain the final participant set, and then notification information is sent to each participant in the final participant set.

Claims (10)
1. The personnel extraction system is characterized by comprising a request acquisition module, an initial selection module, a personnel information module and a target extraction module, wherein:
the request acquisition module is used for acquiring and sending a personnel extraction request;
the initial selection module is used for selecting initial personnel corresponding to the professions according to the professional category information in the personnel extraction request and establishing an initial personnel set;
the personnel information module is used for acquiring and sending the working information of each personnel in the initial personnel set;
and the target extraction module is used for extracting target participators according to the personnel extraction request and the work information of each initial personnel set.
2. The people extraction system of claim 1, wherein the initial selection module comprises a first selection submodule, a second selection submodule, and an initial set submodule, wherein:
the first selection submodule is used for matching the personnel belonging to the profession in the personnel system by adopting a category matching method according to the professional category information in the personnel extraction request and establishing a first personnel set;
the second selection submodule is used for acquiring historical participators of the same item in the personnel system by adopting a clustering analysis algorithm according to professional category information in the personnel extraction request and establishing a second personnel set;
and the initial set sub-module is used for selecting participators according to the first personnel set and the second personnel set and establishing an initial personnel set.
3. The people extraction system of claim 2, wherein the second extraction submodule comprises an extraction unit and a score extraction unit, wherein:
the extraction unit is used for acquiring historical participators of the same item in the personnel system by adopting a clustering analysis algorithm according to professional category information in the personnel extraction request;
and the score selecting unit is used for acquiring the historical scores of the historical participants, selecting the target historical participants in an inverted mode according to the historical scores of the historical participants, and establishing a second personnel set.
4. The people extraction system of claim 1, wherein the goal extraction module comprises a time sub-module, a range setting sub-module, and a location sub-module, wherein:
the time submodule is used for comparing the project time in the personnel extraction request with the participation time in the working information of each personnel in the initial personnel set to generate a comparison result, and deleting the corresponding personnel information in the initial personnel set according to the comparison result to obtain a first target personnel set;
the range setting submodule is used for setting a position selection range according to the item position information in the personnel extraction request;
and the position submodule is used for extracting the target participators in the first target personnel set according to the position selection range and the geographical position information in the working information of each personnel in the initial personnel set so as to establish the target personnel set.

The personnel extraction system of claim 4, wherein the target extraction module further comprises a willingness submodule, configured to obtain willingness information of target participants, extract final personnel in the target personnel set according to the willingness information of the target participants, and establish a final participant set.
6. A person extraction method, comprising the steps of:
acquiring and sending a personnel extraction request;
selecting initial personnel corresponding to the professions according to the professional category information in the personnel extraction request, and establishing an initial personnel set;
acquiring and sending work information of each person in the initial person set;
and extracting target participators according to the personnel extraction request and the work information of each personnel in the initial personnel set.
7. The personnel extraction method according to claim 6, wherein the method for selecting the initial personnel corresponding to the professions according to the professional category information in the personnel extraction request comprises the following steps:
matching the personnel belonging to the professional in the personnel system by adopting a category matching method according to professional category information in the personnel extraction request, and establishing a first personnel set;
acquiring historical participators of the same item in a personnel system by adopting a clustering analysis algorithm according to professional category information in the personnel extraction request, and establishing a second personnel set;
and selecting the participants according to the first personnel set and the second personnel set to establish an initial personnel set.

The people extraction method according to claim 7, wherein the method for obtaining historical participators of the same item in the people system by adopting a cluster analysis algorithm according to professional category information in the people extraction request comprises the following steps:
acquiring historical participators of the same item in a personnel system by adopting a clustering analysis algorithm according to professional category information in the personnel extraction request;
and acquiring the historical scores of the historical participants, selecting target historical participants in an inverted mode according to the historical scores of the historical participants, and establishing a second personnel set.
9. The person extraction method according to claim 6, wherein the method for extracting the target participant according to the person extraction request and the work information of each person in the initial staff set comprises the following steps:
comparing the project time in the personnel extraction request with the participation time in the work information of each personnel in the initial personnel set to generate a comparison result, and deleting the personnel information corresponding to the initial personnel set according to the comparison result to obtain a first target personnel set;
setting a position selection range according to the item position information in the personnel extraction request;
and extracting target participators in the first target personnel set according to the position selection range and the geographical position information in the working information of each personnel in the initial personnel set, and establishing a target personnel set.
10. The person extraction method according to claim 9, wherein the method of extracting the target participant according to the person extraction request and the work information of each person in the initial staff set further comprises the steps of:
acquiring participation intention information of target participants, extracting final personnel in the target personnel set according to the participation intention information of the target participants, and establishing a final participant set.
