After the examinee finishes the interview, the interview score sheet output by the system can be printed on site.
The interview management system provided by the invention can enable each interviewer to have a uniform standard scale according to the evaluation of the examinees by carrying out standard, convenient and uniform operation setting on the interview scores and configuring accurate evaluation standards, meanwhile, the final interview scores of the examinees are obtained by scientific method statistics and are immediately output by the output module 7 of the interview management system after the interview is finished, and the consistency of the interview evaluation and the fairness of the results can be ensured.
An embodiment is provided below to illustrate a partial execution flow among modules of the interview management system, and refer to fig. 2 in particular.
In this embodiment, the interview management system specifically includes an interaction module 1, a setting module 2, an arranging module 3, a collecting module 4, a recommending module 5, a counting module 6, and a logging module 9.
The login module 9 may set different permissions corresponding to different management roles. Specifically, the management roles of the interview management system comprise an administrator, a supervisor and an examiner; the supervisor is used for supervising the interview condition of an examinee and the evaluation condition of an examiner in the interview process, evaluating whether illegal operation exists or not, and specifically evaluating through the real-time data acquired by the acquisition module 4.
The login module 9 further includes a page resource list of the interview management system, and these resources can be correspondingly allocated to different management roles of the system according to the role authority, so as to provide corresponding system function operation pages for each management role.
It should be noted that, in order to simplify the server configuration work and reduce the problems occurring in the environment deployment process, in an embodiment of the present invention, a Docker virtualization technology is used to establish a cross-platform interview management system, and an administrator, a supervisor, and an examiner can respectively perform operations on the interview management system through user terminal devices. It is understood that the user terminal device includes a personal computer, a notebook computer, a mobile computing device or a tablet computer.
The Docker is a Client/Server (CS) architecture, and in some possible implementations, a Docker Client is a remote controller, which sends a request to a Docker Host through TCP/REST to complete control over the remote Docker Server, where the request type includes requests to create a container, run the container, stop the container, delete the container, query a mirror image, and the like; when the Docker server receives the request, the request is transferred to Daemon, the Docker client request is correspondingly managed through the Daemon, and then the Docker client request is forwarded to the libcontaner execution environment in the container through the Driver. This type of architecture allows multiple Docker containers to run in full isolation while sharing the same kernel, and on the other hand, because Docker containers do not require a dedicated operating system, system lightweight requirements can be achieved.
It can be understood that, for the user in the administrator role, after entering the interview management system through the login module 9, the data entries of the interaction module 1 can be used to receive the configuration data of the interview item and the interviewer data, and the setting module 2 performs system configuration on the interview item.
In the present embodiment, the setting module 2 includes an item setting sub-module 23, a batch setting sub-module 21, and a flow setting sub-module 22. The project setting submodule 23 is configured to import configuration data, examiner data, and examinee data of the interview project, and determine whether the setting by the batch setting submodule 21 is completed, and if the setting is completed, lock the imported data, so that the data is in an unchangeable state, and ensure that the interviewer data is safe and reliable.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the configuration data of the interview project further includes data such as recruitment unit information, position information, and supervisor information, and the system opens the right to add and edit the data received by the interaction module 1 for the user of the administrator role.
Specifically, the configuration data of the interview project comprises interview test data, page display configuration data, personnel data and evaluation data; the page display configuration data comprises a newly added interview management system page resource list; the test question data comprises a plurality of road surface test questions and corresponding label information; the personnel data comprises the number of examinees, the types of the examinees, the scoring proportion of various types of the examinees, the scoring rules of interviews, the ratio of written exams and interview scores and the like; the evaluation data comprises interview scoring items and interview scoring rules.
Illustratively, for the teacher recruitment interview item, the corresponding interview scoring items comprise speech expression ability, a behavior meter and other scoring items.
It can be understood that the examiners can be further divided into two types of chief examiners and common examiners, and the specific gravity of the scores of the examiners of different types can be set in a self-defined mode so as to enable the final interview scores to be more objective and fair.
In the setting module 2, after the project setting submodule 23 finishes data import, the batch setting submodule 21 performs interview batch setting according to the configuration requirement of interview projects; in this embodiment, the interview can be divided into a plurality of batches according to the recruitment position type in the interview project.
Further, after the project setting submodule 23 locks the imported data, the process setting submodule 22 may be used to set interview processes, and set a corresponding operation time period for each process; wherein the interview process comprises a sign-in process, a drawing process, an assessment process and a batch process; the batch process is specifically an interview time period corresponding to an interview batch.
For example, the interview period of one interview lot can be set to 2019, 9, 15 am, and the interview period of another interview lot can be set to 2019, 9, 15 pm.
Specifically, when the starting time of the operation time period set by the check-in process or the drawing process is entered, a prompt window corresponding to the time period is displayed on a page of the interview management system, and the prompt window can be used for setting the text information of 'start check-in' or 'start drawing'; correspondingly, when the ending time of the process operation time period is reached, the prompt window is correspondingly set to 'sign in ending' or 'drawing out ending', at the moment, the interaction module 1 stops receiving the examinee sign-in information and the examinee drawing result, and the examinee information which is not signed in and has not drawn out cannot enter the examination process.
The examination process is a process of performing formal interview by examinees, and the examination process operation time period of the examinees can be set through the process setting sub-module 22, for example, the formal interview time of each examinee is limited to 5 minutes, and after the interview time is over, the system enters the timing of the examination process of the next examinee according to the received instruction, so that interview examinees in different sequences cannot communicate with each other, the leakage of the interview process is avoided, and the interview efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that in the interview management system, the interview personnel check-in mode includes the steps of entering identity information by an attendance machine, carrying out biological identification, and clicking a check-in button arranged at the front end of the interview management system.
When the attendance machine is used for signing, attendance machine information needs to be associated in the interview management system so as to read the identity information of the interviewer recorded by the attendance machine, and when the attendance machine is successfully read, the successful sign-in is displayed.
When the biological identification is carried out, the interview management system can extract the biological identification characteristics of the interviewer from the collected biological information according to a preset biological identification algorithm, and compares the extracted biological characteristics with a pre-stored biological characteristic template to identify the identity of the interviewer, and when the identification is successful, the sign-in success is displayed.
It can be understood that the interview management system can also adjust the biometric algorithm parameters and the comparison threshold according to the successfully identified biometric features so as to improve the identification accuracy. Optionally, the biometric algorithm includes a fingerprint algorithm, a vein algorithm, a face algorithm, an iris algorithm, and a voiceprint algorithm.
It should be noted that the drawing rule of the interviewer is defined in the interview item configuration data received by the interaction module 1, and the drawing rule can be specifically defined by the post identifier, the minimum drawing number, the maximum drawing number, and the step value.
In this embodiment, the arranging module 3 is specifically configured to complete the following arranging process:
and receiving the data imported by the interaction module 1, respectively recording the examiner data and the examinee data corresponding to the interview batches divided by the setting module 2 by taking the interview room as a unit, and outputting an examiner list and an examinee list corresponding to each interview batch of each interview room.
It should be noted that the data imported by the item setting submodule 23 in the setting module 2 specifically includes the drawing result of the examiner and the examinee, the drawing result includes a drawing number, the drawing number and the interview lot have an association relationship, different interviewees can be uniquely identified by identifying the drawing result, and then each interviewee is correspondingly divided into interview rooms based on interview lot information.
In one embodiment, for the examiners, the orchestration module 3 may randomly divide the examiners according to the number of examiners defined by each interview room, the type requirement of the examiners, and the examiner drawing result to obtain the examiner arrangement result of each interview room.
In one embodiment, the arranging module 3 may randomly group the examinees according to their drawing numbers, and randomly match the grouping result with the interview rooms to obtain the examinee arranging result of each interview room.
It should be noted that the editing module 3 is further provided with a candidate room management function, and is configured to match and associate the interview room with the candidate room, so as to reasonably arrange the candidate places of the interviewees to be interviewed, and ensure that the interview process is performed in order.
Specifically, the arranging module 3 is electrically connected with the rolling screen arranged in each candidate room, so that the list of examinees corresponding to the interview room associated with the candidate room is dynamically displayed in the rolling screen of the candidate room, the candidate examinees can know the interview progress more accurately, and the satisfaction degree of interview management is improved.
In the acquisition module 4, after each examinee answers the intelligently recommended interview questions in sequence, the examinee submits scoring data of the examinee within a specified time period of the assessment process, at the moment, the acquisition module 4 synchronously stores the received scoring data in the database, and the scoring data of the examinee is associated with the personal information of the examinee in the database.
After the interview project is finished, the statistical module 6 calculates the score data of the examinees stored in the database according to a preset rule and sends the calculation result to the output module 7; and the output module 7 outputs the examinee interview result report form with corresponding dimensionality according to the dimensionality instruction input by the user.
