Abstract
本发明公开了一种管式锁组件,其中,沿任一方向上转动门内操纵件即可转动一操纵锁闩的半圆套筒。该门内操纵件有一可锁住门外操纵件的按钮并装有每当沿任一方向上转动该操纵件将门打开时而使该按钮弹起的机构。
Description
本发明涉及用半圆套筒操纵锁闩机构的管式锁组件。
美国专利No.5,125,696和No.5,269,162公开了一种管式锁组件,其中,一半圆套筒固定到门内和门外操纵件上。在操纵(转动)门内操纵件或未锁住的门外操纵件时,相联的套筒转动而打开锁闩。当门外操纵件锁住时,门外操纵件就无法转动,从而无法转动与之相联的半圆套筒来打开锁闩。
本发明的目的是在这类管式锁组件的门内操纵件上设置一种按钮,以便需要时防止他人进入,而在沿任一方向上转动该操纵件又可解开它。
本发明的其它目的和优点可从下面的说明书部分和附图中看得更清楚,它们按照专利条例的要求例示出一体现出本发明原理的优选实施例。

门内操纵(把手)组件有一套筒,该套筒的一端有一半圆形部分10,另一端有一支撑一塑料轴套12的圆筒形部分11,该轴套12有一轴向通孔13。该圆筒形部分11固定在门内操纵件14上。当从中间位置沿任一方向转动该操纵件时,该半圆形部分10接合普通锁闩组件16的缩回滑动件15而使碰簧销172(图18)缩回。
一圆柱形联接器20安装在半圆形部分10上,它具有一轴向通孔22、一贯穿联接器的轴向延伸的半圆形安装槽24以及一对沿轴向向前(朝向门外操纵件)突出的联接柄舌26。一凸轮组件30的心轴28(图2-5)穿过联接器20的轴向通孔22、锁闩组件16后穿入轴套通孔13。一圆柱形凸轮支撑件32固定在心轴的前端,该支撑件包括一扩大部分34以及一周向连续的直径减小的部分36,它们一起形成两个周向间隔开的、对置的轴向延伸的台阶或止挡38;而一具有螺旋凸轮面42的凸轮40固定在直径减小的部分36上。门内操纵组件的半圆形部分10插入在联接器的半圆形安装槽24中,从而该门内操纵件和该联接器一起转动。
一圆柱形衬套50(图6-9)具有一圆柱形部分52和一半圆柱形部分53,它们可在凸轮支撑件32的直径扩大部分34上滑移。衬套50还包括一具有凸轮从动螺旋面56以及位于其前端的底部57的凸轮从动件54,该底部形成两个轴向延伸的对置的侧部止挡面58。此两止挡面58之一接靠凸轮支撑件台阶38之一以限定图7所示的定位关系,另一止挡面58接靠凸轮支撑件的第二台阶38以限定图8所示的定位关系。图7表示脱离接合状态,而图8表示衬套50与联接器20处于接合状态(联接器20的柄舌26此时与衬套的半圆柱形部分53的止挡面55接合),从而门外操纵件的转动将引起半圆形部分10转动而打开锁闩。弹簧60使衬套的凸轮从动件54压靠在凸轮40上,从图7可见,凸轮40的端部形成有一掣子33,从而在凸轮从动件的螺旋面56移过凸轮面42后,凸轮从动件的尖端因受压而接合于该掣子。这可防止因振动等原因而发生定位的变动。
图10所示的门外操纵组件包括其上装有一用钥匙操纵的锁62的操纵件(杆或把手)140、一玫瑰盖64、一轴承支撑件66、一玫瑰衬套68、一支撑垫圈70、一套筒72、一弹簧挡板74、弹簧60、衬套组件50、凸轮组件30、联接器20、一扭簧76、一扭簧座78和一套圈80。
锁62的芯杆63上有一用来承接凸轮支撑件32上向前突出的柄舌86的横向槽84,从而钥匙从打开位置转动90°到锁上位置也就同时使凸轮组件围绕其心轴转动。这一转动强迫使衬套沿轴向从其接合位置(图8)移动到其脱离接合的位置(图7),此时它由掣子33定位在其脱离接合的位置上。当旋钮转动到打开位置时该掣子解开。衬套销90(图6和图7)位于限制衬套轴向移动的套筒72的槽92中。在脱离接合位置上,该销90位于玫瑰衬套68上的一轴向延伸的销槽94中。由于玫瑰衬套固定在门上,因此当门锁上时操纵件无法转动。当钥匙转动90°将门打开时,衬套与联接器互相连接,从而转动门外操纵件将使碰簧销缩回。若加到操纵杆上的转动力足以使该销从衬套上折断时,由于衬套未与联接器接合,因此转动操纵杆也不能打开锁闩。
若门内操纵件上有一旋钮100(图11和12),门也可从门内锁住。该旋钮有一非圆形轴102插入在凸轮组件的心轴28中的一相配的非圆形孔104中。它被一推进圈106卡住并由一弹簧掣子108保持在各90°位置上。
也可通过按下一按钮110(图13-15)从门内将门锁上。按钮110的圆柱形外表面上有一对对置的键112装在操纵杆孔116中的相应键槽114中,从而按钮可不转动地移动。该按钮有一向里突起的杆118(图15),它位于内部驱动凸轮122上的螺旋槽120中,按钮则套在该凸轮122上。内部驱动凸轮的孔126中有一压缩弹簧124,它被压缩在内部驱动凸轮122与按钮110之间。按钮的向前移动受一挡圈128的限制。内部驱动凸轮122有一向前伸出的非圆形轴130插入凸轮支撑件的心轴28的一相配的非圆形孔132中。
图16和17示出锁闩组件。当按下内部按钮时,凸轮支撑件的心轴28转动而使心轴的槽134(图4)正对一滑动件138的插销136。一对由弹簧座142支撑的弹簧139把该滑动件138压向心轴。这些弹簧的弯曲端部144接合滑动件138上的斜面146。当槽134正对插销136时,两弹簧把插销压入槽中而使心轴保持在形成脱离接合状态的方位上,从而锁住门外操纵件。因此槽134和插销136形成一插销。该插销可用三种方法解开:可转动门内操纵件而移动缩回滑动件15,该滑动件上有一对圆柱150,它们抵靠滑动件138并一起把该滑动件移出该槽;门外的人可把一合适的开锁插针插入门外操纵件140(图17)上的孔(未画出)中而向后移动位于包括有该槽的心轴的一孔中的应急致动器162(该应急致动器162有一扩大部163,它在如此移动时插入该槽中从而解开该插销);受一固定在锁闩壳体上的铆钉156支撑而可作枢轴转动的锁闩凸轮154每当门关上时将围绕枢轴转动而通过一连杆158移动缩回滑动件15从而移动滑动件138(锁闩凸轮154的上端166插进碰簧销172上的一合适开口170中,该开口的大小做成可被凸轮166的上端有效地插进)。
Claims (4)
1、一种管式锁组件,包括:
一锁闩组件,包括:
一具有接靠装置和圆柱装置的可横向移动的锁闩滑动件;
一具有一插掣件的插掣滑动件,所述插掣滑动件可在所述锁闩滑动件上从一脱离锁定位置滑动到一抵靠所述圆柱装置的锁定位置;
把所述插掣滑动件从所述脱离锁定位置压向所述锁定位置的弹簧装置;
一门内操纵组件,包括:
一可转动的操纵件;
一固定在所述操纵件上的套筒,该套筒具有接合所述接靠装置的装置,从而转动所述操纵件就可横向移动所述锁闩滑动件;以及
一按钮组件,包括:
一按钮;
其上具有用来插入所述插掣件的槽的一心轴;
互连所述按钮和所述操纵件的装置,使所述按钮不相对所述操纵件转动地从一外部位置沿轴向移动到一内部位置;
互连所述按钮和所述心轴的装置,使得当所述按钮从所述外部位置沿轴向移动到所述内部位置时,所述心轴转动到所述插掣件可被推入所述槽中的方位上;
从而,当所述插掣件位于所述槽中时所述按钮将保持在所述内部位置上;以及
从而,转动所述操纵件将把所述按钮从所述内部位置移动到所述外部位置并同时横向移动所述锁闩滑动件进而移动所述插掣滑动件从而使所述插掣件从所述槽中退出。
2、按权利要求1所述的管式锁组件,其中,所述圆柱装置包括一对圆柱,所述滑动装置还包括:
对置的向前伸出的两腿,用来钩住所述的一对圆柱;以及
对置的向内倾斜的后表面,所述弹簧装置包括:
一弹簧座;以及
一对具有弯曲端部的片簧,该对弯曲端部在所述缩回滑动件在所述脱离锁定位置与锁定位置之间移动时紧紧抵靠所述倾斜后表面。
3、按权利要求1所述的管式锁组件,还包括:
一与所述心轴连接的门外操纵组件。
4、按权利要求1所述的管式锁组件,还包括:
一门外操纵组件,以及
选择性地连接所述门外操纵组件与所述心轴的装置。
