The combustion control system monitors combustion flame through a flame monitor, namely an electric eye, and if the flame is not on after the combustion is started or the flame is suddenly extinguished in the running process, the electric eye locks the burner controller because the flame light cannot be detected, stops all actions, and simultaneously lights a fault lamp, namely, an audible and visual alarm, and the burner controller controls the whole combustion process.
However, under the condition of strong illumination, the electric eye detects external light to enable the controller to continuously supply oil under an error signal, so that certain danger is generated, the interference of the external light to the electric eye is eliminated, and particularly the sealing of the hearth is well done.
The system also comprises a sound monitoring system which is used for monitoring the explosion sound in the furnace; and the pressure monitoring system is used for monitoring the pressure in the furnace.
The combustion state in the furnace is further confirmed through sound detection, and the decibel number can be set according to the actual situation according to the specific working condition environment on site, so that the correctness and reliability of a detection signal are ensured;
in order to ensure that the air pressure in the furnace is basically stable, a pressure transmitter is arranged at a proper position on a smoke exhaust pipe of the furnace body to monitor the furnace pressure in real time and control the rotating speed of a fan, so that the aim of basically keeping the air pressure constant is fulfilled, meanwhile, the air pressure can also be used for indirectly reflecting the monitoring of the combustion condition in the furnace, the air pressure needs to fluctuate in the combustion process with a certain rule, if the fluctuation is smaller than an empirical value within a certain period of time, the feeding machine can be stopped after the comprehensive judgment of parameters of reference sound, temperature and the like.
The multiple monitoring system is arranged to monitor the condition in the furnace, and the multiple monitoring system and the feeding system form interlocking protection, so that the feeding system is stopped when the temperature in the furnace drops to an alarm value, the combustion and explosion are abnormal, and the wind pressure is abnormal, the alarm is given in time, and the absolute safety of the operation of the equipment is ensured.

the second furnace body (121) is arranged below the first furnace body (111) and is communicated with the first furnace body (111) through the feed opening, and a storage bin (122) is arranged in the second furnace body (121);
the grid net (117) is arranged in the first furnace body (111) and is positioned at the lower part of the furnace body;
the burner of the burner (116) extends into the first furnace body (111) and faces the grid net (117).
