the automatic filling machine comprises a second oil pump, a pressure pump slurry conveying pipe, a slurry spraying device, a slurry spraying head, a pressure gauge, a slurry injecting guide pipe and a slurry stopping plug; the guniting device comprises a guniting part, an elastic protection pad and a cylinder; the cylinder is connected with the guniting part through the elastic protection pad, the second oil pump pumps slurry into the guniting device through the pressure slurry conveying pipe, and the slurry is mixed in the guniting device and then is inserted into a soil layer through the grouting guide pipe to be sprayed; the pressure gauge is used for measuring the internal pressure of the soil body;
the pressure gauge of the automatic filling machine is in signal connection with the slurry pumping machine and is used for automatically feeding pressure change data back to the slurry pumping machine after measuring a pressure change value in a soil body, and the slurry pumping machine adjusts the grouting amount through the slurry flow control system.

The raw material stirrer A of the soil mass tunnel rapid grouting system comprises a stirring rotor 11, a stirring chamber wall 12, a stirring chamber 13, a control valve 14, a storage chamber 15, a conduit 16 and a stirrer shell 17; the raw material stirrer A is welded and fixed on the movable lower truss C; the mixing rotor 11 mixes and stirs water and colloid materials in the mixing chamber 13, after the slurry is well stirred, the control valve 14 at the bottom of the mixing chamber 13 is opened, the slurry flows to the storage chamber 15, and then the slurry is transmitted through the conduit 16.
The slurry pump B of the soil tunnel rapid grouting system consists of a first oil pump 21 and a slurry flow control system 22. The slurry pump delivers slurry to the automatic grouting machine C through conduit 16 and controls the amount of slurry pumped through the slurry flow control system 22 and records the slurry output.

receiving the flow signal value and the pressure signal value transmitted by the flow sensor and the pressure measuring instrument,
comparing a flow signal value transmitted by a flow sensor on each feeding pipeline with a corresponding preset flow value, and controlling to close a corresponding first flow control valve when the preset flow value is reached;
and adjusting the opening degree of the second flow control valve according to the pressure signal value to adjust the grouting amount.
The automatic grouting machine C of the soil mass tunnel rapid grouting system consists of a second oil pump 51, a pressure pump grouting pipe 32, a grouting part 33, an elastic protection pad 34, a cylinder 35, a grouting head 36, a pressure gauge 37, a grouting guide pipe 38 and a grout stop plug 39; the guniting device consists of a guniting part 33, an elastic protection pad 34 and an air cylinder 35; the second oil pump 51 pumps the slurry into the slurry spraying device 31 through the pressure slurry conveying pipe 32, and the slurry is mixed in the slurry spraying device 31 and then is inserted into the soil layer 61 through the grouting guide pipe 38 to spray the slurry; the pressure gauge 37 measures the amount of pressure slurry inside the soil body to adjust the grouting amount.
This quick slip casting system of soil body tunnel, wherein: after the pressure gauge 37 of the automatic grouting machine C measures the pressure change value in the soil layer 61, the pressure change data is automatically fed back to the grouting machine B through the data line 71, and the grouting amount of the grouting machine B is rapidly adjusted through the slurry flow control system 22.
The moving trolley of the soil tunnel rapid grouting system consists of a trolley body truss 41, wheels 42 and connecting bolts 43.

the pressure gauge of the automatic filling machine is in signal connection with the slurry pumping machine and is used for automatically feeding pressure change data back to the slurry pumping machine after measuring a pressure change value in a soil body, and the slurry pumping machine adjusts the grouting amount through a slurry flow control system;
the slurry flow control system comprises a flow controller, a flow sensor, a first flow control valve and a second flow control valve, wherein the flow sensor and the first flow control valve are both installed on a feeding pipeline used for feeding to the slurry pumping machine, the second flow control valve is installed on a discharging pipeline used for feeding to the automatic filling machine, the flow controller is connected with the flow sensor, the first flow control valve and the second flow control valve in an equal line mode, and the flow controller is used for:
