Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a ceramic fiber ceiling and a suspended ceiling system thereof.
Background
At present, with the rapid development of economy and the improvement of living standard of people, people put forward acoustic requirements on most buildings, which not only shows the requirements on large buildings such as concert halls, theaters and hall, but also shows the requirements on voice rooms, classrooms, song practicing rooms of schools, even residences and train carriages. In the prior art, in order to meet the acoustic requirements, a layer of sound-absorbing paper is usually covered on a metal plate or other plates provided with sound-absorbing holes on a ceiling, but the sound-absorbing paper has a poor sound-absorbing effect and cannot meet the requirements of high sound-insulating performance basically; there is also ceiling covering both sound absorbing paper and honeycomb core of aluminum material, which is more sound insulating than the sound absorbing paper alone, but has complicated structure, heavy weight and poor installation compatibility. In recent years, other related products are also published, but the technical indexes are as follows: the comprehensive evaluation of fire-proof grade, sound-absorbing effect, environmental protection grade, water-repellent rate and moisture absorption rate is not high and is not satisfactory and can not meet the requirements of people.
