As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the embodiment of the present invention discloses a partition wall, and the partition cavity includes a wall body 10, a wall plate 20, and a connection keel 30.
The wall body 10 includes a support body 11 and rock wool 12. The support body 11 is formed by splicing a plurality of support keels 111 made of U-shaped light metal materials in a criss-cross manner, and the criss-cross support keels 111 can be fixed by fasteners, so that: support body 11 and be the rectangle frame form, and enclose into a plurality of check that the matrix was arranged between this vertically and horizontally staggered's support keel 111, foretell rock wool 12 is all filled to every check, and this rock wool 12 has fire prevention and syllable-dividing effect.
The wall body 10 is provided with the wall panels 20 on both sides, and the outer panels of the wall panels 20 form the wall surface of the partition. The connection keel 30 is provided between the wall body 10 and the wall panel 20, the connection keel 30 is fixed on the support keel 111 of the support body 11 of the wall panel 20, and the wall panel 20 is fixed on the connection keel 30. That is, in the present invention, the wall panel 20 is fixed to the support body 11 of the wall body 10 by means of the connection keel 30 (whereas the wall panel 20 of the partition wall of the related art is directly fixed to the support keel 111 of the support body 11).
The advantages of the above embodiment are:
1. according to the partition wall, the connecting keels 30 are additionally arranged, so that the wall board 20 is fixed on the connecting keels 30 instead of being directly fixed on the support body 11, the influence of the flatness of the two sides of the support body 11 on the wall board 20 is reduced, namely, the influence of the support body 11 on the flatness of the wall board 20 is reduced by the connecting keels 30, and the appearance quality of the wall surface of the partition wall is better than that of the wall surface of a partition cavity in the prior art.
2. The direct or indirect contact area of the wall panel 20 with the connecting studs 30 is reduced, which facilitates the positioning of the wall panel 20 and the adjustment of the flatness and perpendicularity thereof.
Two specific embodiments of the wall panel 20 and the connecting studs 30 are described below
Example 1
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the connecting runners 30 are indirectly fixed to the support body 11, and the wall panels 20 are directly fixed to the connecting runners 30. Specifically, a backing plate 40 is disposed between the connecting keel 30 and the support body 11, the backing plate 40 is fixed on the support body 11, and the connecting keel 30 is attached to the backing plate 40. In some preferred schemes, the connecting keel 30 is fixed by a fastener, for example, a screw 60 sequentially penetrates through the connecting keel 30 and the backing plate 40 and then extends into the vertical supporting keel 111 of the supporting body 11 to form a threaded connection with the supporting keel 111, so that the connecting keel 30 is fixed; and the wall plate 20 is directly adhered to the coupling keels 30 by means of glue. Preferably, backing plate 40 is gypsum board.
The advantages of example 1 are:
1. the backing plate 40 is provided between the connection keel 30 and the support body 11, and the backing plate 40 enhances the soundproof effect of the partition wall.
2. Backing plate 40 sets up between connecting fossil fragments 30 and support body 11, and this backing plate 40 has further reduced the unevenness of the side of supporting body 11 to the influence of connecting fossil fragments 30, and then makes the roughness of fixing at the wallboard 20 of connecting fossil fragments 30 improve, and then has improved the outward appearance effect of the wall of partition wall.
3. The backing plate 40 prevents the connecting keel 30 from directly contacting the support body 11, thereby effectively preventing the connecting keel 30 from contacting or colliding with the support keel 111 to generate noise.
Example 2
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the connecting runners 30 are directly fixed to the support body 11, and the wall panels 20 are indirectly fixed to the connecting runners 30. Specifically, a backing 50 is disposed between the wall panel 20 and the connector grid 30, the backing 50 being secured to the connector grid 30 and the wall panel 20 being secured to the connector grid 50. In some preferred schemes, the connecting keel 30 is also fixed by a fastener, for example, after the screw 60 is inserted through the connecting keel 30, the connecting keel extends into the vertical supporting keel 111 of the supporting body 11 to form a threaded connection with the supporting keel 111, so that the connecting keel 30 is fixed on the supporting body 11; the lining board 50 is directly adhered to the connecting keel 30 through glue, and the wall board 20 is directly adhered to the lining board 50. Preferably, the backing 50 is a magnesium board.
The advantages of example 2 are:
the liner panels 50 enhance the strength of the wallboard 20.
To avoid interference between the nut of the screw 60 and the wall panel 20 or liner 50 adhered to the connector keel 30. The connecting keel 30 is provided in the following structure: as shown in fig. 4, the cross-section of the connection keel 30 is formed in a rectangular shape, and a recess 31 is formed at a side of the connection keel 30 facing the wall panel 20, the recess 31 extending in a length direction of the connection keel 30. The bottom of the recess 31 is formed with an elongated hole 32, and after the screw 60 is inserted through the elongated hole 32, the nut of the screw 60 is inserted into the recess 31 without protruding out of the connecting keel 30, so that the lining board 50 or the wall board 20 is fixed on the connecting keel 30 without interfering with the nut of the screw 60.
