the sludge cleaning machine comprises a machine body (1), wherein the machine body (1) comprises a driving motor (3), a rotating shaft (2) and a driving box (4), the driving motor (3) is positioned in the driving box (4), an output shaft of the driving motor (3) penetrates through the center of the bottom end of the driving box (4) and is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft (2), the driving box (4) is used for fixing the driving motor (3), and the driving motor (3) is used for driving a device on the rotating shaft (2) to rotate so as to complete sludge cleaning work;
the cleaning device (9) comprises a water storage tank (10) and a pipeline mechanism (13), the water storage tank (10) is located at the bottom end of the driving box (4), one end of the pipeline mechanism (13) penetrates through the driving box (4) to be connected with the water storage tank (10), the other end of the pipeline mechanism is connected with an external water source, the water storage tank (10) is used for continuously connecting the external water source into the water storage tank (10), and then water in the water storage tank (10) is sprayed onto the inner wall of the municipal pipeline through the pipeline mechanism (13);
the scraping and brushing device (17) comprises a positioning mechanism (18) and a scraping and brushing accessory (24), the positioning mechanism (18) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (2), the scraping and brushing accessory (24) is sleeved on the positioning mechanism (18), the positioning mechanism (18) is used for fixing the scraping and brushing accessory (24), and the scraping and brushing accessory (24) is used for driving the scraping and brushing accessory (24) to scrape and brush the inner wall of the municipal pipeline through the rotation of the rotating shaft (2);
desilting device (29), desilting device (29) are including taking out dirty mechanism (40) and collection silt mechanism (30), collection silt mechanism (30) cover is located rotation axis (2), takes out dirty mechanism (40) and is located collection silt mechanism (30) inside, extracts through taking out dirty mechanism (40) and collects in collection silt mechanism (30) with belt cleaning device (9) and the rubbish of scraping and brushing device (17) clearance down.

The scrubbing equipment for municipal pipeline dredging according to claim 1, wherein the driving box (4) comprises a box body (7), a balancing weight (5), a through hole (8) and a water pipe hole (6), the box body (7) is cylindrical, the through hole (8) is formed in the bottom end of the center inside the box body (7), the output shaft of the driving motor (3) penetrates through the through hole (8), the water pipe hole (6) is located beside the through hole (8) and penetrates through the box body (7), and the outer surface of the box body (7) is sleeved with the balancing weight (5).

The scrubbing equipment for municipal pipeline dredging according to claim 2, wherein the counterweight (5) is circular, the circumferential surface of the counterweight (5) is provided with a threaded hole, the counterweight (5) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the driving box (4) through a screw, and both sides of the top end of the counterweight (5) are provided with hanging rings.

The scrubbing equipment for municipal pipeline dredging according to claim 1, wherein the middle of the top end of the water storage tank (10) is provided with a shaft hole (45) which is coaxial with the through hole (8) of the driving box (4), the rotating shaft (2) is rotatably connected with the water storage tank (10) through the shaft hole (45), the side of the shaft hole of the water storage tank (10) is provided with a pipe hole (11) which is coaxial with the pipe hole (6) of the driving box (4), and the pipe wall of the water storage tank (10) is provided with four rows of three branch pipe orifices (12) which are vertically arranged.

The scrubbing equipment for municipal pipeline dredging according to claim 1, wherein the pipeline mechanism (13) comprises a main water pipe (14), twelve shunt pipes (15) and a rotary sprayer (16), the main water pipe (14) is sleeved in the pipe orifice of the water storage tank (10) through the water pipe orifice (6) of the driving box (4), one end of each shunt pipe (15) is sleeved on the pipe orifice (12) of the water storage tank (10), and the other end of each shunt pipe (15) is sleeved with the rotary sprayer (16).

The scrubbing equipment for municipal pipeline dredging according to claim 1, wherein the positioning mechanism (18) comprises three connecting rods (19), fixing holes (23), two telescopic rods (20), two limiting holes (22) and two limiting screws, the connecting rods (19) are horizontally sleeved on the rotating shaft (2), the two telescopic rods (20) are horizontally symmetrically sleeved at two ends of the connecting rods (19) and are in sliding connection with the connecting rods (19), the fixing holes (23) are formed in the centers of the connecting rods (19), the limiting holes (22) are formed in two ends of the connecting rods (19), threads are arranged in the fixing holes (23) and the limiting holes (22) and are matched with the positioning screws (21), and the positioning screws (21) are used for fixing the positions of the telescopic rods (20) and the connecting rods (19).
