The desanding and purifying equipment for the building engineering according to claim 8, wherein: the discharge port (2305) is communicated with the corrugated pipe (25) through a hollow thread fixing piece (24), the lower side of the corrugated pipe (25) is communicated with a sewage purifier (26), and the sewage purifier (26) is communicated with a water tank (28) through a sixth water conveying pipe (27).
