Claims (5)
1. A cleaning and overhauling device for the interior of a municipal pipeline is characterized by comprising a cleaning device;
a propulsion body (100);
the pipe wall mud removing device (200) is sleeved at the front end of the propelling main body (100), the pipe wall mud removing device (200) comprises a mounting ring (203), a plurality of elastic rods (201) are uniformly distributed on the mounting ring (203), the outer ends of the elastic rods (201) are fixedly connected with a dirt scraping strip (202), a flushing water pipe is connected in the main body (100), and a cavity is formed in the mounting ring (203);
the elastic rod (201) comprises a fixed sleeve (2011), a sliding plug (2012) is sleeved on one side of the fixed sleeve (2011), a sliding sleeve (2013) is sleeved in the sliding plug (2012), a sliding block (2014) is sleeved in the sliding sleeve (2013), the sliding block (2014) is elastically connected with one side of the inner wall of the sliding sleeve (2013) through a compression spring (2015), a sliding rod (2016) is fixedly connected to the other side of the sliding block (2014), a threaded block (2017) is in threaded connection with one end of the sliding rod (2016), and the threaded block (2017) is fixedly connected to one side of the inner wall of the fixed sleeve (2011);
a flushing water pipe is arranged in the propulsion main body (100), a water outlet of the flushing water pipe is connected with the mounting ring (203), through grooves are formed in the sliding rod (2016), the thread block (2017) and the sliding block (2014), and through holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the through grooves, of the mounting ring (203), the fixed sleeve (2011) and the sliding sleeve (2013);
the dirt scraping strip (202) is of an arc-shaped structure, the inner part of the dirt scraping strip is a cavity, the dirt scraping strips (202) connected with the elastic rods (201) form a ring body, through holes are formed in the positions corresponding to the joints of the elastic rods (201), the dirt scraping strip (202) comprises an arc-shaped strip (2021), a water outlet (2022) is fixedly connected to the assembly of the arc-shaped strip (2021), an outer arc scraper (2023) is arranged at the outer arc edge of the left side of the arc-shaped strip (2021),
the pipe wall cleaning device (300) comprises a suction pump (301), the suction pump (301) is fixedly connected to the inner cavity of the propulsion main body (100), the propulsion main body (100) is sleeved with an annular air bag (303), an air outlet of the suction pump (301) is communicated with the inner cavity of the annular air bag (303) through a connecting pipe (302), and the annular air bag (303) is provided with a layer of cleaning cloth cover (305);
the ultrasonic detector comprises a detection device (400), wherein the detection device (400) comprises a rotating ring (401) and an ultrasonic detector (402) arranged on the outer side of the rotating ring (401);
the repairing device (500) is arranged on the right side of the propelling main body (100), the repairing device (500) comprises a servo motor (501), the servo motor (501) is fixedly connected to the right side of the propelling main body (100), an output end of the servo motor (501) is fixedly connected with a driven plate (502) and a rotating ring (401), the driven plate (502) and the rotating ring (401) rotate synchronously, an electric push rod (503) is fixedly connected to the outer surface of the driven plate (502), a repairing plate (508) is fixedly connected to the free end of the electric push rod (503), the repairing plate (508) corresponds to the ultrasonic detector (402), a storage battery (504) and a glue supply device (505) are fixedly connected to the right side of the driven plate (502), and the storage battery (504) is electrically connected with the repairing plate (508) through a connecting lead (507), a glue outlet of the glue supply device (505) is fixedly connected with a glue supply pipe (506), one end of the glue supply pipe (506) penetrates through the middle part of the repair plate (508) to be provided with a glue supply opening,
when the ultrasonic detector (402) detects a gap, the servo motor (501) stops rotating, and the electric push rod (503) and the glue supply device (505) are started simultaneously to perform repairing work.
2. The internal cleaning and overhauling device for the municipal pipeline according to claim 1, wherein the internal cleaning and overhauling device comprises the following components: the outer diameter of the rotating ring (401) is smaller than that of the mounting ring (203).

The internal cleaning and overhauling device for the municipal pipeline according to claim 3, wherein the internal cleaning and overhauling device comprises the following components in parts by weight: the outer surface of the arc-shaped strip (2021) is fixedly connected with a steel wire brush layer.

The internal cleaning and overhauling device for the municipal pipeline according to claim 1, wherein the internal cleaning and overhauling device comprises the following components: repair board (508) includes arc (5081), the middle part fixedly connected with hot plate (5082) in arc (5081) outside, arc (5081) outside fixedly connected with spacing frame (5083).

The internal cleaning and overhauling device for the municipal pipeline according to claim 1, wherein the internal cleaning and overhauling device comprises the following components: the propulsion main body (100) is provided with limiting blocks (304) on two sides, and two opposite sides of the limiting blocks (304) are respectively overlapped with the outer wall of the annular air bag (303).
