The joint tape is an effective method for repairing pavement cracks, but at present, the joint tape is mostly paved by people, the labor intensity of constructors is high, and the working efficiency needs to be improved.

The connecting blocks 424 are respectively arranged between the two ends of the tamping barrel 423 and the two tamping rods 422, the tamping barrel 423 is rotationally connected with the connecting blocks 424, the position of the tamping rods 422 opposite to the connecting blocks 424 is provided with a sliding groove 425 for the connecting blocks 424 to slide along the vertical direction, the tamping rods 422 are fixedly provided with springs 426 in the sliding groove 425, and the springs 426 are located above the connecting blocks 424 and are abutted against the connecting blocks 424.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the winding mechanism 5 includes a winding frame 51, a winding roller 52, a fixing component 6 and a driving component 7, the winding frame 51 is fixed on the vehicle underframe 11, the winding roller 52 is horizontally arranged perpendicular to the advancing direction of the vehicle body 1, one end of the winding roller 52 is rotatably connected to the winding frame 51, the other end of the winding roller 52 is arranged in a suspended manner, the axis of the winding roller 52 is in the same horizontal plane with the horizontal axis of the handrail 13, and the fixing component 6 is arranged on the winding roller 52 and used for fixing the isolation paper 101.
