The working principle is as follows: three sets of feeding and discharging doors on the box body 1 are opened, the fabric to be desized is fed into the box body 1 from the feeding and discharging door at one side of the box body 1 and is sequentially sleeved among three sets of guide rollers 8, two sets of scraping rollers 7 and two sets of squeezing rollers 201, and then penetrates out from the feeding and discharging door at the other side and is connected with an external traction device, the desizing slurry is injected into the box body 1 through a feeding pipe 11, a rotating disc 205 is rotated, two sets of bidirectional threaded rods 203 rotate along with the rotating disc, two sets of connecting blocks 204 longitudinally and relatively move under the driving of the bidirectional threaded rods 203 and the limiting action of the squeezing rollers 201, the two sets of squeezing rollers 201 relatively and longitudinally move along with the rotating disc, the two sets of squeezing rollers 201 are controlled to clamp the fabric, a driving motor 302, a circulating pump 401, a fan 601 and the traction device are controlled to be started, an electric heating plate 502 is heated, the traction device drives, the fan 601 adsorbs the air around the first air distribution pipe 603, impurities such as dust, thread ends and the like deposited on the fabric are adsorbed to a certain degree, the adsorbed impurities are filtered and collected when passing through the dust collection cylinder 604, the slurry in the box body 1 is pumped out by the circulating pump 401 through the pumping pipe 402 and then flows back to the box body 1 through the backflow nozzle 406 to achieve a circulating effect, slurry balls formed in the reaction process of the fabric and the slurry and impurity liquid remaining on the fabric are pumped out by the circulating pump 401 and are filtered and collected when passing through the filter cylinder 403, a part of the filtered slurry flows into the liquid distribution pipe 503 through the liquid inlet pipe 504 and then flows on the electric heating plate 502 through liquid distribution holes on the liquid distribution pipe 503, the slurry is evaporated to generate steam when falling on the electric heating plate 502 after being heated, the steam treatment is carried out on the fabric passing on the filter cylinder 403, the driving motor 302 drives the two groups of scraping rollers 7 to rotate through the transmission gear 303, the first belt pulley 304 and the belt 305, scraping roller 7 scrapes the two sides of the fabric, scrape the thick liquid group and the end of a thread that probably remain on it back in the thick liquid, scraping roller 7 rotates and stirs the thick liquid simultaneously to prevent that impurity such as thick liquid group from piling up in 1 inboard bottom of box and solidifying, when the fabric passes through between two sets of squeeze rolls 201, two sets of squeeze rolls 201 squeeze it, extrude unnecessary thick liquid on it down, when the fabric is sent out by box 1 opposite side business turn over material door at last, fan 601 air-dries the fabric through second cloth tuber pipe 606, accelerate its drying process.
