The working principle is as follows: putting the textile wastewater into a working box 7, then putting a flocculating agent into the working box 7 through a feed hopper 6 by a worker, then starting a first motor 202 to drive an upper rotating rod 204 to rotate, driving a lower rotating rod 204 to rotate through the mutual matching of the first motor 202 and a belt pulley 205, so that stirring blades 203 on the two rotating rods 204 complete the mixing work of the textile wastewater and the flocculating agent, then starting a second motor 304 to drive an upper gear plate 301 to rotate, driving a lower gear plate 301 to rotate through the mutual matching of the gear plate 301 and a gear belt 303, further driving the gear belt 303 to move, thus enabling a transmission pipeline 29 to do downward pressing motion under the support of a lifting block 10, and after a middle water inlet head 8 is positioned in the working box 7, closing the second motor 304, starting a water suction pump 14, finally discharging the textile wastewater into a middle rotating box 18 through a water outlet pipeline 15, the auxiliary plate 31 completes one filtering operation, the heater 19 is started, the high temperature generated by the heater 19 is transmitted to each part of the serpentine coil 21 through the metal heat-conducting block 20, the filtered textile wastewater enters the serpentine coil 21 through the transfer box 18, the textile wastewater is sterilized by the high temperature at each position of the serpentine coil 21, the textile wastewater after being sterilized enters the working box 7 again, the secondary filtering is completed by the first filtering plate 28, when the impurities on the first filter plate 28 need to be cleaned, the hydraulic rod 24 is started, the clamping plate 404 is positioned inside the working box 7, the third motor 405 is started, the two moving blocks 402 on the electric bidirectional threaded rod 403 make relative transverse movement, and finally the clamping plate 404 clamps the clamping butt plate 26, then, the hydraulic rod 24 is activated to lift the first filter plate 28 to the outside of the work box 7.
