Claims (10)

1. A diverter device for an exhaust gas feed coke oven system, comprising:
an exhaust gas shutter (1), the exhaust gas shutter (1) being provided with a connecting pipe (102) for connecting with a flue branch pipe (7);
an adjusting assembly capable of adjusting the amount of intake air of the connecting pipe (102);
the reversing mechanism of the waste gas shutter (1) is linked with the adjusting component to enable the connecting pipe (102) and the waste gas shutter (1) to be opened and closed synchronously.
2. The reversing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the reversing mechanism of the exhaust gas shutter (1) comprises a rotating shaft (101), and the exhaust gas shutter (1) is opened and closed by the rotation of the rotating shaft (101);
wherein the adjustment assembly comprises: the adjusting weight (5) can seal the connecting pipe (102), and the connecting assembly is used for connecting the adjusting weight (5) and the rotating shaft (101); the adjusting weight (5) is lifted to open and close the connecting pipe (102) through rotation of the rotating shaft (101).
3. The reversing device of claim 2, wherein the connection assembly comprises: the driving wheel (4) is arranged on the rotating shaft (101) and rotates synchronously with the rotating shaft (101), and the lifting component (3) is wound on the driving wheel (4); the tail end of the lifting part (3) is fixedly connected with the adjusting weight (5).
4. The reversing device according to claim 3, wherein the connecting assembly further comprises a pull rod (2), and the lifting member (3) is fixedly connected with the adjusting weight (5) through the pull rod (2).
5. A reversing device according to claim 3, characterized in that the lifting member (3) is a chain and the driving wheel (4) is a sector wheel.

The reversing device according to claim 2, wherein the adjusting weight (5) has a divergent part capable of closing the connecting pipe (102), the top end of the divergent part is close to the rotating shaft (101), the bottom end of the divergent part is far away from the rotating shaft (101), and the divergent part is divergent from the bottom end to the top end thereof.
7. The reversing device according to claim 6, characterized in that the diverging section is conical, frustoconical or has a spherical cap capable of closing the connecting tube (102).
8. An exhaust gas-fed coke oven system, characterized in that it comprises a reversing device according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. The exhaust gas inlet coke oven system of claim 8, further comprising: a machine side flue branch pipe (13) extending to the machine side of the coke oven, and a coke side flue branch pipe (14) extending to the coke side of the coke oven; the machine side flue branch pipe (13) and the coke side flue branch pipe (14) are both provided with flue branch pipes (7) communicated with the machine side flue branch pipe (13), and the machine side flue branch pipe (13) and the coke side flue branch pipe (14) are both one.
10. The exhaust gas intake coke oven system of claim 9, further comprising a main flue pipe (10), wherein the machine side branch flue pipe (13), the coke side branch flue pipe (14) and the main flue pipe (10) are communicated by a tee fitting, and the machine side branch flue pipe (13) and the coke side branch flue pipe (14) are each provided with a switching valve (12).
