Abstract
The invention provides a reversing device and a reversing method for combustion of VOCs waste gas in a reheating coke oven, and belongs to the technical field of reversing devices. The device comprises a VOCs waste gas pipe communicated with a waste gas disc of a complex heat type coke oven, a rotating shaft arranged on the complex heat type coke oven, a sector wheel connected with the rotating shaft, and a lifting rod used for controlling the lifting of a waste gas weight in the waste gas disc; the sector wheel is connected with the lifting rod through a zipper; the rotating shaft controls the lifting of an air door cover plate on the compound heat type coke oven through a connecting rod; the rotating shaft is provided with a pull rod for controlling the rotating shaft to rotate; the reversing device is used for a reheating coke oven for stopping a blast furnace gas system. The invention realizes the waste gas reversing function by utilizing the pull rod, the zipper on the fan-shaped wheel, the lifting rod and the waste gas weight in the waste gas disc of the original blast furnace gas reversing system, so that the VOCs waste gas is matched into the waste gas disc, the pulling force of the lifting rod is not increased, and the structure of the waste gas disc is not damaged.

Background
VOCs waste gas enters a coke oven to be combusted, the VOCs waste gas firstly enters a coke oven waste gas disc, the VOCs waste gas is mixed with air sucked by the waste gas disc and then enters the coke oven to be combusted, and the waste gas disc needs to be reversed once every 20-30 minutes (air inlet/flue gas outlet), so that the waste gas and the waste gas disc which are distributed by people need to be reversed uniformly.
The reversing technology of the gas waste gas tray of the reheating coke oven is that a reversing function is realized through a reversing pull rod, a fan-shaped wheel, a zipper and a gas/waste gas block, when air is fed, the waste gas block falls, a gas gyroscope is lifted, an air door is opened, gas and air enter the coke oven, when smoke is discharged, the waste gas block is lifted, the gas gyroscope falls, the air door is closed, and the smoke enters a flue through the waste gas tray.
