The environment-friendly water-based ink for printing of the packaging carton is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of water-soluble acrylic resin; 50-65 parts of water; 30-40 parts of water-based pigment; 2-4 parts of ethanol; 0.5-1 part of star anise oil; 0.5-1 part of 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one; 3-5 parts of a pH value stabilizer; 0.3-0.5 part of a dispersing agent; 0.3-0.5 part of emulsified silicone oil; 3-5 parts of sodium carboxymethyl starch; 1-2 parts of nano calcium carbonate.
2. The environmentally friendly aqueous ink for printing on a packaging carton according to claim 1, wherein the dispersant is triethylhexylphosphoric acid or polyoxyethylene glycol alkyl ester.
3. The environment-friendly aqueous ink for printing on a packaging carton according to claim 1, wherein the pH stabilizer is triethanolamine buffer or dimethylacetamide buffer with a pH of 8.5.
4. The environment-friendly water-based ink for printing on packaging cartons as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) taking the raw materials according to the parts by weight for standby, firstly adding water into a reaction kettle, controlling the temperature of the reaction kettle to be between 80 and 90 ℃, then slowly and sequentially adding water-soluble acrylic resin, ethanol and emulsified silicone oil under the stirring condition, preserving heat for 40 to 50 minutes, and uniformly mixing and stirring to form a bottom material;
(2) reducing the temperature of the reaction kettle to 35-40 ℃, adding a pH stabilizer into the bottom material obtained in the step (1), and adjusting the pH value of the bottom material to 8-8.5;
(3) adding a dispersing agent into the backing material, then adding the water-based pigment, the nano calcium carbonate and the sodium carboxymethyl starch, stirring and dispersing for 40-50 min at a high speed in a high-speed dispersing machine, and then carrying out reflux grinding for 10-15 hours by using a grinding machine;
(4) adding star anise oil and 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one according to the weight parts, continuously grinding until the particle size of the obtained slurry is less than or equal to 10 mu m, and discharging to obtain the environment-friendly water-based ink for printing of the packaging carton.
